We had to have a leaded glass front door insert fully restored. Baltic was professional, quick, reasonably priced and neat and clean. I would recommend them.

What a great experience with my family for my Birthday! ...nothing better than fun with your family doing art. Our teacher was outstanding and kind and made the whole time at class filled with laughs. We will do it again! We brought our own food and drink and had the studio to ourselves . Highly recommend it!

I brought my large stained glass window to Baltic Art Studio to be repaired after the movers broke several panes of glass. I was heartbroken, but Evelina was SO easy to work with, as was the kind gentleman that gave me options to repair and reframe the window. In the end, I had so much confidence in them that I left it in their capable hands and it was returned to me more beautiful than when I brought it in to them. I can’t say enough great things about Baltic Art Studio!My first introduction to Baltic Art Studio was attending a group class with friends. I loved how organized the workspace is set up and how easy it is to find what you need (such as a specific glass color). Once we were given an overview, which included: how to use the tools, safety, ideas of what to create, and shown some design ideas/samples… we all went to work. I loved to see what everyone came up with! The final pieces were such a variety of items which included small glass trays, coasters, jewelry, and sun catchers.I later reached out to Evelina to possibly work with me to create a piece to honor my mom. I wanted to work a small amount of her ashes into the design. Evelina was wonderful to work with me. I came into an open class and did my own thing. Of course, if I had any questions or concerns, Evelina was right there to help.Because of these wonderful experiences and the beautiful pieces that I created, I contacted family members and was able to schedule up a class with them. It was such a wonderful time to share with family and again, I loved seeing the creative pieces that all created!

I came to a single fused glass class last spring because a friend thought I might enjoy it and have been coming ever since! I look forward to the class all week. Fused glass is a great medium because you can make things you like right away and learn more ambitious techniques as you go along. Evelina is a great teacher, always ready to demonstrate and explain. Her suggestions about composition and color are helpful but she is always supportive and doesnt push her own ideas. The studio is full of beautiful fused glass and stained glass pieces.Lately I have been taking a stained glass class which has also been a pleasure.

The artists at this studio do phenomenal work, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs stained glass restoration or an original piece created. They restored 3 tall stained glass windows for my home, and I could not be more pleased.

THE PLACE for any type of glass restoration especially stained glass. We brought in a large stained glass window that was in the family for years with three pieces that were broken and somewhat chipped and two pieces that were totally missing. We didnt think it could ever be repaired to a reasonable degree much less the point of looking as it did when it was new but Evelina was able to restore it and the result was absolutely amazing. We still cant believe that is was possible! Thank you very much for your hard work and expertise.

I spoke with Evelina over the phone and then brought in two pieces of stained glass art that needed repairing along with photos of how the art looked before it was damaged. After moving into our new home we came across a large stained glass window in the garage that was broken in several places but looked like it could be repaired if only we could find the right place to do it. We found this stained glass studio in Jefferson Park and we decided to bring the window in and see what could be done. Upon careful examination, the woman who runs the studio along with her father, Evelina, decided that the window could not only be repaired but also restored to its original form. To make a long story short, Evelina did a magnificent job in repairing and restoring this window and it now looks absolutely incredible. A work of art. It takes a lot of talent (and experience) to accomplish something like this and were very glad we found her.

I needed highly skilled professional with experience to repair an antique stained glass window thats been passed down from my great-grandparents. After I found out that Evelina worked on projects for the Art Institute, the Cultural Center and the Museum of Science and Industry and has other noteworthy clients I decided to give her a try. We bought a stained glass window that needed repairs in an antique store earlier this year and about three weeks ago we took it to the Baltic Art Studio to have it repaired. This is the second time that I have used Baltic to design and make cabinet glass inserts. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they are efficient, reasonably priced, and do beautiful work.

A most unique shop in Portage Park where they restore and repair stained class and sell jewelry and other items made out of glass that you wont find elsewhere. Definitely worth a visit.

Theres a lot of good things to say about my experience with Baltic Art Studio but the bottom line is that we wanted a stained glass window created and the entire process and result was magnificent. Evelina and her father are super talented and youll never find anyone nicer to deal with.
