I was greeted by friend clerk (east door). Perfume clerk showed me what was in store. I picked several on sale relaxed ladies t-shirts,(as gifts for family n friend) myself,4 lounge shorts. Good selection. Fair price mark downs. Clerk that greeted me, I found to check me out. She was helpful on telling me final price on each item. Thankedme as I left. Ask me to come back soon.☆☆☆☆☆

Disappointed, quality merchandise has seriously gone done. Zero customer service, not one person in the womens department spoke to me; I was there 30 minutes, browsing.

I did get some good deals. The clothes for my great grandchildren were amazing. I could have spent a lot more if I would have had the money or if the items I needed were priced a little lower. I did have fun and the staff was of great assistance.

It looked like a garage sale, nothing organized and clothes just piled everywhere. Waited in line for almost 45 minutes

Picked up an order and the cashier was very kind and helpful.

Had what I was looking for. Wish I would have known ahead of time that online orders being picked up in store can be done from any register. I had to make another trip to the register. Overall, a good experience.

My mom waited for over 2 hours to have her hair done at the JCP salon just to have them reschedule her for the next day. Her beautician went home and didnt come back and it took them that long to tell my 84 year old mom. When she went back the next day they wouldnt do anything to help with her inconvenience.

Absolutely the best service Ive ever had at the mall. The employees were really helpful and very cheerful. I wish they had more baby clothes but i know its not the employees fault that the baby section is so limited in store.

Starting to look more and more like Kohls. They also inter-mix regular and plus-size clothing in the same area. Better look close before choosing what to try on or buy.

For a store that is supposedly closing down, they sure have prices hiked up way to high. I will shop elsewhere.

Although I found the bedding I wanted, which was great, the selection of clothing in a regular size were sparce. Clothing in petite and small and Xtra large were more available. The prices were great.

I had my hair cut and colored by my stylist, Kim Meeks. She is the best when it comes to hair and hair care. She is very knowledgeable and professional.

Small store. Have most things. Needed jewelry fixed. Associate didnt know how to look up a care plan. Took a full hour to find me in the system. Lots of wrong information in the system as a whole. Im an ex associate, shouldnt have been this difficult.

Love Penneys! Always find what Im looking for and often great sales or deals.

I do like coming here for getting business casual. However I find its hard to find pants in a 32 waist. I seem to have better luck finding my size at Macys in fort Collins.

When I was a kid I used to hide in the center of the round racks of clothes and pretend I was traveling to Narnia.As an adult, Id still rather be in Narnia than a JCPenney, but hey. Five stars for the experience as a kid.

Would give 3.5 stars if I could. They have a Sephora if youre into that kind of thing, and a decent collection of clothes designs. But, they barely have anything for womens juniors size.

Rude floor staff in clothing. All floor staff contacted lacked knowledge in transaction institutions used, didnt offer friendly service, and treated my children like shop liftors... Showing ignorance in stores training capabilities, ethics and enthusiasm. Store was empty of shoppers. You would expect the experience to be more enthusiastic and friendly.
