Saved my trip! Was visiting the area for a bike trip and did not get 10ft before my rear hub blew up. Thought my entire trip was blown. They took me right in and had me out the door in 45 minutes. This was a specialty hub and not a common part to work on ( I-9 ). Couldnt believe it and very reasonable price, would have paid double and thought it was a great deal. Went through a full check of my bike before returning it to me. Will use them everytime Im in the area!!!

WOW!!! We had a great experience at Bicycle Station. Both salesman we worked with were knowledgeable and super helpful. They showed us options for our autistic son who has always been to scared to ride a bike. Neither tried to upsale us to bikes that were more than we needed. We shopped around and of course looked online. For the same price you will pay elsewhere you get the peace of mind that your bike will be maintained meticulously. I also dropped my 18 year old bike off to be tuned up. I was more than willing to to buy new parts but the mechanic told me the old parts were still in great shape and only needed adjustment. Again no pressure or unnecessary upsale. We visited with Patrick the owner when we picked up our new bikes. What a great guy. Smiles all around. Will purchase from them again in the future. I dropped off wheels to be trued, and they couldnt finish the job within the 20+ hour window they allotted. I usually do all my own labor and only buy parts. This experience affirmed that I had the right idea all along. No shop will ever treat you as well as you treat yourself.

This place is great! Bought specialized bikes for both of my sons last year. They are great to work with, very knowledgeable and provide quick tune-ups and repairs, often at no charge. My husband and I recently decided to purchase mountain bikes, but came to Bicycle Station with little knowledge about biking in general. The staff was VERY friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. We were able to test drive the bikes (we test drove several different models) prior to purchasing them and the staff went above and beyond in answering our questions. We ended up ordering our bikes as the colors we wanted were not in stock. When we came to pick the bikes up, one of the bikes was dented (we didnt even notice) and the staff brought it to our attention and quickly resolved the issue. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or have their bike serviced, we will definitely be back for all of our biking needs.

Patrick set me up with a perfect fit. I used their layaway, nice feature. I also like that the place is locally owned. Buy your bike here. Theyre five star quality. I just dont often give a five star rate unless I get some kind of a freebie or some other type of unexpected awesomeness.

Patrick, the owner, is amazing. An employee left my wife & me hanging, and as soon as Patrick found out he called my wife to apologize and accepted full responsibility. The next day he spent two and a half hours helping my wife choose and order an amazing bike. And when the bike arrives in three days he is going to come in on his day off to set it up and fit it to her. We’ve done business with The Bicycle Station in the past and will definitely do business with them in the future because of Patrick.

My fiancé and I stopped into the Bicycle Station 30 minutes before they were about to close to browse around and see if there were any bicycles that we were interested in. When we entered we were kindly greeted. When we found the bicycle we wanted to test ride, the owner Patrick thoroughly explained the bicycle, what it would be best for and how the seat would be best positioned. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the bikes and answered all our questions. We have been looking for the right bicycle for quite some time and he explained things we have never been told when purchasing a bicycle. Even though it was close to closing, he took time to make sure we didn’t have any more questions or concerns. The Bicycle Station is by far the best bicycle shop we have been to with the most variety of bicycles. Definitely recommend!

I came in to get my ebikes brakes and my front/fork stem adjusted. I informed the bike mechanic. At first he was super-friendly and helpful. So he supposedly adjusted my front fork stem. So then I waited until he finished adjusting my brakes. Next he tried to sell me some new front rotors for my front disk brakes. I declined his offer. Then he complained for a few minutes about not being able to adjust my brakes because the front ones were bent. Finally, he fails to adjust my brakes and just claims he is unable to do it.None of my adjustments were done as I asked. He just complained and whined about not be ing ti do the work as well behaved rudely.I took my ebike to another bike shop and they were able to do all the adjustments I asked for without any issue or complaints along the way.

I had the most wonderful time at Bicycle Station. Over several visits I had the opportunity to visit with both Peter and Fritz. Both offered valuable insight into the different bicycles - advantages, disadvantages, value, comfort . . . I think they truly covered everything. After pondering all of the information, I finally decided on a Specialized Vita. This bike is incredible - extremely comfortable, light weight - absolutely perfect for me. It absolutely rides like a dream. Why did it take me so long to make this decision? These guys are truly AWESOME!!!!! Thank you!

This place is awesome. I have checked out all the bike shops from Longmont and up. I liked this one the best. The people were great and very helpful. Also bike selection is awesome. Lots of bikes on sale.

Our family has purchased a few bikes from this location. While the prices are high for a quality bike, the staff are friendly and there is zero pressure to buy anything. Take your time and find what you want. Spend the extra for a bike that will last for years. The store even provides regular tune-ups. My only regret is wasting money at places like Wal-Mart for a bike that was nothing but junk.

I needed a tire and tune up on my bike.I called and Patric was very friendly and told me pricing and when I should expect my bike back .I called rock on wheels and the guy who answered sounded board and told me pricing only .I dropped my bike off about 2:50 and picked it up after work at 6:20 . They did a great job and ran me just under $60. No one tried to talk me into buying expensive gear like they do at rock on wheels .Ill be bringing my boyfriends bike here next week.

I brought my bike in about a hour before close on a friday, they fixed the issue fast even after having to order a new part. They were fast, affordable and kind. An amazing place.

Bicycle Station (Patrick) went above and beyond at helping me find the right bike for me (very novice bike rider) in my budget. And the support I have after purchase is wonderful (tune ups, free air at their location). Their location is perfect as I can just stop here before hitting the Greenway.

3 stars may be a bit harsh, the main thing was the very limited selection of bikes to look at for my wife. That said, I realize that it is the end of the season and so the selection has probably been pretty well picked over. On the upside, the kid that tried to help us was very helpful and friendly.

The best bike shop in town! Unless the employees are swamped, they are helpful and attentive to what you are looking for. High quality bikes are the norm, and their service department is phenomenal!

Went there to see their inventory of mountain bikes. They have a great selection of nice bikes. The reason for the review is the pricing on the discounted bikes are totally misleading.

I just rolled into town with a problem with campagnolo rear derailleur. Troy got the parts bin and modifier some spare parts to get me going again. He went way out of his way to get me back on the road. I would have been out of luck at your average shop. Cant recommend these guys highly enough!

They were great! I destroyed a rear disc brake in Nebraska the day before I was going to ride Curt Gowdy. I called late Sunday afternoon and asked them to hold a brake for me. As soon as I got there Monday morning they put a mechanic on it right away and had me out the door in less than hour. We drove all the way out from Massachusettes to ride Curt Gowdy and if it wasnt for their help I would have missed the ride.The people there also shared their favorite trails out at CG and hooked us up with a map before we left.If you ride CG spend the day and do all of it - the place Rocks!Thanks Bicycle Station!
