Always packed in here, but the selection of clothes is nice. The shoe selection is hit or miss, but thats understandable because its an outlet store.

Shopped here for months. Even put shoes in others hands. Im consistently not greeted, not helped, turned away when I ask for help. Ive realized a majority of vans locations in Missouri at least are this way. If you want a nice pair of interesting non basic vans, go to journeys where they actually help and create a shoe buying experience. If you dont care just go to any other shoe place. Extremely dissatisfied with the discrimination.

I absolutely love vans. I dont skate much but aesthetically the shoes are so good. Theres so many unique options that it gets difficult to choose just one pair. The staff is also very helpful. They helped me lace my shoes and even helped me get two shoes for the price of one with a sale they had going on that I didnt know about. Overall, absolutely fantastic place. Recommend 10/10

They have the best staff. They will help you find something in stock and if they dont have it, they will help you order it online from the store. Vans is a brand for anyone, no matter your age. The rewards program is reason enough to keep coming back.

Great people, great clothing, great quality! They have nice clothes and accessories for a nice affordable price. Enjoyed stopping here when we went to the outlet mall! The staff was very kind and helpful and had an answer to every question we had! Definitely reccomend stopping in here.

Always a great experience!

Closed early with no prior warning. Came here 20 minutes before closing and it was locked and they said they’d already been closed for 10 minutes prior, so 30 minutes early. They gave no reason for closing earlier than their posted hours on the door and on Google. We’d driven 30 minutes to get there and had a coupon that expired that day. Dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of leadership and professionalism.

I drove from st Charles to pick up a new pair of size 11 black authentics. I got to the door at 6:40, they close at 7. The store would not let me in which is very disappointing considering it would have been a quick and easy transaction and sale. There were still people shopping in the store when I showed up. Disappointed and will not be returning to this location.
