There are no store hours posted on the door. Had to go online just to see that they are closed two days out of the week. Nice to see the lack of customer service you get from Oakley extends all the way down to the lowest levels of the company. Will be happy to find a different brand of sunglasses.

I am not one to leave a review and I understand that different management could have been in place at the time but I am extremely disappointed in the store manager, James decision today when I called. I purchased a giftcard years ago as a gift and went with my boyfriend to purchase glasses this past August. I was told I was unable to use the giftcard towards my purchase because their machine was broke, but if I kept my receipt I would able to come back and get the 50 dollars back since it was their fault I was unable to use the giftcard the day of my purchase. I’ve called back twice a month since August, explained the situation and still kept being told it was broke and that in October a new system should be delivered, today I was finally told the machine was working. I was then told I would not be able to get the 50 dollars back and that the employee who told me this no longer worked there. I was told it would not be worth wasting my time coming in to speak to James as he would not change his mind. Perhaps the store manager or rules may be different now than what was in place in August but management should ensure proper training for employees and be willing to step up to the plate to fix an issue if it was their employee who made the mistake. Now I am stuck with a giftcard that I have no need for as the giftcard was only purchased for the intention of buying the glasses that we purchased in August.

Staff was really helpful. I lost my glasses on vacation, but had an extra set of lenses for them. The employee tried matching the lenses with one of the newer styles and even looked in the back to see if they had the older style they were for.

Nice store. The staff is helpful. The Oakley brand itself is expensive. This is a nice location though, and I recommend the clearance rack!

The hours of this store have gotten horrible. Ive stopped here 3 times in the last month and always closed or it has a note on the door saying closed for an hour or 2.

Great deals on clothing and bags. The whole store is usually 40% off. A lot of the SI stuff can be had for much less than their website and often times less than oakley SI members can get stuff for. Discontinued stuff filters in too like the Hot tub bags. Great bargains on clothing too, sometimes 80% off the website. The staff are always helpful.

Was entirely prepared to pay full price for new pair of Oakleys as my current pair had broke. Worker went out of his way to assure that they werent still covered under warranty. Ended up they were and I got full refund price towards a new pair! Will totally recommend to others.

Terrible experience. Went to buy some flip flops. Sale all 30.00. Take to the register rings up 45.00. Clerk tells me its not on sale. I said alright, I thought I read it wrong. Nope I show her and ask there are several pair here can you make an exception? Im asking very nice but shes not having it. She tells me those are the over stock. Can I talk to a manager please? Still Im being nice she tells me she is the manager and cant do it. I said its clearly marked. She tells me its not her lab. I have no idea what she meant. She then tells me shes not in charge of mens so its not her fault. I dont care whos fault it is. Its summer clearance and your telling me you wont take a discount on something that is marked a certain price and its late in the summer...fall stuff is out now. I have purchased here before, I wont again.

Today my son and I went shopping for fathers day sunglasses. The salesman there was so rude, obnoxious and callus we will never shop there again if he still works there. He treated us like second class citizens. Then he got into a confrontation with my son over details of the sunglasses. Horrible experience there.

So I feel I have to give credit where its due and let me tell you, its due. I had a pair of metal Holbrooks and took pretty good care of them as any $200 pair of sunglasses. My Crosshairs are still going strong after 5+ years of abuse. So I call the Oakley vault and without giving specific details, I got ahold of Justin (manager). Told him my tale of misfortune and longer story, short... He took care of me when policy wouldnt allow it. Brandon greeted me with the standard policy protocol as any good employee should. However he did his due diligence and got ahold of justin instead of turning me away as he had every right to do and got positive results and I left with a new pair of Crosshairs (upgraded from my Holbrooks). I highly recommend these guys as they took care of a regular Joe when they didnt have to. Thanks again for spectacular customer service and care. Means a lot to this lifetime Oakley wearer...

No high pressure sales men like I thought there would be. They did look like dudes that would be wearing the oakleys.They took my wifes old wore out pair of oakleys and gave her a good percent off a new pair. She got to pick out her lenses and the colors of a few things. She was very happy, and it didnt break the bank. When the wife is happy I am happy!
