Excellent customer service! Cares about the people she is seeing and very knowledgeable about hearing problems. Would recommend anyone who thinks they may have hearing issues to see her!

Today my Aunt had a appointment with Clarity Hearing. The customer service was top notch. Kimberly was so patient with my Aunt and she made sure we understood everything that was happening. She also made sure that my Aunt didn’t have to come out of pocket. I would highly recommend Clarity Hearing.

Kim at Clarity Hearing is AMAZING! She gently guided my Mom, who didnt think she needed hearing aids, into trying and purchasing a very affordable pair! My Mom told me yesterday that she didnt realize how bad her hearing was. Well, we all did! It gives me peace of mind knowing that shes happier and safer with these hearing aids. Kimberly took so much time with my parents explaining and testing so they understood the process. She truly cares about her clients well being. There is no reason to be left out of conversations again. And if you are a vet, you need to let her check and adjust your hearing aids.
