I absolutely love this salon! It was my first time there and Sharde(master stylist) did an amazing job on my hair! I wanted to go blonder as my hair was multiple different colors and she worked her magic and now my hair looks and feels amazing! Definitely would recommend going to her!

I have been going to Marion for brow waxing and tinting for a few years now. Although I have been to a few different salons for these services over the years, Marion is by far the best! I think it’s also important to mention that these services are very reasonably priced!

I love Kayla and how she handles my fine soft curls and coaches me through my curl journey!!!!! She really has been a tremendous help with teaching me what products to use that don’t weigh my hair down. I bought two Aveda products and love how bouncy and defined my curls look. She did highlights for me too and they are just so amazing!!!

I am so impressed with this Salon the best Salon I have been to. I had a really bad experience with another salon before I came to this one. I was out of state visiting family this weekend and they took me right away to help fix my hair. I had Pam The owner of the salon and she was amazing and worked miracles for my hair. She spent hours on my hair and then ended up doing more than she first told me to help me out free of charge just because she wanted to. This salon helped me revive my hair back and get my color back to the way I love it. I would definitely recommend this salon and was super impressed.

Absolutely some of the best service I have ever received. My stylist, Kayla, also recommended I used a different shampoo and conditioner and within 2 washes I noticed a difference. Love this place, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the worst service/treatment Ive ever had! If you know me personally I dont usually leave a bad review cos I work in the same industry and I know how it affects the business BUT this one is an exceptional! I cant believe how poorly they have done my hair! The first pic shows the color/balayage I wanted to achieve. The second & third photo is when I first came home dissatisfied. Fourth pic was after I washed my hair. Now tell me if this is worth your money? I paid $300 to deserve this? Not even close to what I was trying to get. Their stylist even made me feel like she have done the right color. I was speechless. She encouraged me to purchase their products to be able to maintain the color. WTH! I was so disappointed. Two weeks went by still unhappy and decided to give them a call hoping they could fix it. I spoke with the owner I forgot her name, most possibly its Karen. At the beginning of our conversation she was telling me that I was not even in their records and have to give me a call back. Bravo! I got a call back the same day and she told me that since I have signed a paper that it says they are not responsible for anything unless I have purchased their Aveda products!? That wasnt my point here, my concerns were about getting the right balayage/look I wanted! She said if I want to get it corrected then I have to pay for another service. LOL. Please dont waste your money here! Please do not support this type of business who are disrespectful to their customers.

WORST WORST WORST customer service and treatment. Went there for hair straighting treatment. They did a good job that day and promise my hair will be straight for atleast 6 months. Well next day my hair were back to the same old. Went there to get it fixed and they lied about everything. Did not try to fix it or give money back. Called their employee honest and made me Liar. Refused to show me video recording for that day.. Spend $350 there no nothing. I wish I can sue them. Would not recommend them to even my enemies. Will be posting on every social media i can

Im VERY particular about who works on my hair and I do my research and ask a lot of questions. After a recent move to the area, this one is perfect. Kayla especially is fabulous with color and cut. I probably will not return. I loved my hair stylist. Shes great. The prices are the most I have ever paid for my hair. But I kept return returning because of my stylist. I dont mind spending money as long as the service and customer service are worth it. In fact I prefer paying for quality. But I dont want to drive 45 minutes, pay top dollar just to be talked down to and implied that I didnt know what I was doing. And to be fair I did miss an appointment. I had forgotten to write that date down. So I called them, apologized and explained that I rely on the appointment reminders, which I did not get. The lady said No problem. I asked her if there was a fee. She said no that it was ok. Great. I actually told her I would too my stylist well. And believe me folks, I tip well, usually if warranted 30 percent. Well, when I went to check out, the lady said there would be a $40.00 missed appointment fee. ( $40.00 for a missed appointment. Does it hat give you an idea of the prices?). I had wanted to walk out when one of the other stylest talked down to me. But stayed. And let me tell you, I regret it. My hair looks great. But not for almost $200.00. Yep, you read right $200.00. I drop an average of over $200.00 everytime I walk in that door. But no longer. So, any ladies out there if you know of a great hair stylist, let me know. I pay good and tip even better.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service.Charged me more than $300 for one time hair service with promise it will stay good for 6 months but after just one hair wash my hair were back to pretreatment stage.Went to complain at store and all staff was extremely unprofessional and instead of being appologistic they blamed me and had threatening behavior.WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Sarah cut my 4 year old daughter’s hair when she went from waist length hair to above the shoulders and made her simple haircut into a whole princess treatment! Her hair turned out beautiful and my daughter was so happy. Highly recommend!

I went to Sleek Salon and Spa for a consultation with Sarah on a hair color. Just a week before i received a terrible hair service at another salon that I will not name and this service left my hair brittle, dry and unmanageable. Sarah and the owner Pam were super nice and gave me a step by step on what to do to my hair and scheduled me an appointment for coloring in two weeks. They recommended this service that cleanses and moisturizes the hair to repair the damage it had undergone. It took about half an hour or massaging and washing and a hand massage too, thanks to Kayla and Sam, I felt super pampered and beautiful when i walked out with hair softer and bouncier !

Courtney did my eyebrows and she did a great job! The atmosphere was so relaxing, soft music and a heated bed! I dozed off while she did my eyebrows! Everyone was very friendly, Courtney even made me a mimosa before I left! I will be back to utilize the massage and facial services! This place is a winner!!

I walked into the salon, looking for a cut and brow wax. Didnt have an appointment and I had actually never been to the salon. The receptionist was extremely polite and had me sit till a stylist was ready. I was then taken to a chair where my stylist proceeded to ask me general questions about my hair and gave me honest opinions regarding a few pics I had brought in. Long story short, she gave me a great cut!! The aesthetician who did my brows made me very comfortable and there was minimal pain too! I was and still am happy with my new look and will likely go back. Thanks Sleek!

I have been a huge fan of Aveda for years! After trying multiple salons after moving from Colorado I came across this one. From the minute I called I was encountering great customer service. I asked for a very skilled veteran hair stylist and was set up with Abby. The vibe in the salon is even better than it was over the phone. The salon is well kept, very clean, and excellent customer service. Abby took me back a few minutes before my appointment and listened to absolutley all of my needs; believe me there was a lot after having multiple back to back bad hair cuts. Abby gave me a fabulous hair cut! Not only is she good at her job, but she is very kind and easy to talk to! I have set another appointment for her to color it hair on the 23rd and am looking forward to the same relaxing experience!

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten hands down. While the salon is nice and I cant speak for all of the stylists mine was not good. I went in wanting to ad layers to my hair while keeping the length for the most part the same. By the end I think she had taken off about 5 inches instead of just one and now the ends are so thin my hair looks ratty. Not to mention she was super rough and pulled out probably a weeks worth of hair in one hour. Absolutely will never be letting another New Englander touch my hair again.

The stylist Sarah, Samantha, whoever she was, didnt listen to anything I said to them as she CHOPPED, not clipped, CHOPPED my hair. Then wanted to shove all this product down my throat that I needed. I know Aveda and what i use/been told by my the amazing Drew James Aveda Salon back in my hometown,I should have known the moment I came in and heard what im guessing is the manager woman or whatever was yelling. Then gave me a look before I walked in, didnt even smile.Im originally from Florida where I went to Drew James Aveda Salon introduced me to Aveda, took care of me, and LISTENED to me. I miss them already. Im going to search around and pray there is another or two in the area
