Had a table lamp that the switch was giving me a problem turning on and off. Took it in and they replaced the switch while I waited. Reasonably price and very nice to dealwith.

The place to go for your lighting needs. Lots of selection and good prices. Buy in store rather than online for a better price generally.Only complaint would be to watch your head as things hang a bit low.

Truly unprofessional! No customer Service! My husband and I walked in in hopes of finding an awesome selection of ceiling fans; we were met with no greeting even after walking right past the desk and being in the store for at least 5 minutes.They even had an female employee walk right past us with no greeting or acknowledgement. My husband and I looked at each other and said let’s go! On the way out the door someone from the desk we walked by goes” Did you have any questions?” My husband replied with “ we did, but we are good now” and we left.

My daughter went there last Saturday to place an order for 5 lighting fixtures (~$1200.00 worth) and stood at the counter for over 15 minutes and no one helped her. A man came in the door and the owner completely looked past my daughter and helped the man. Will not do business with them again and I built houses with them before. Poor customer service.

They have all kinds of beautiful lighting. Stop going to the big box stores, this is the place to find that special light at reasonable prices.
