Alex at ProSource is the best!! It’s an understatement when I say the wife and I took our time choosing kitchen floor tile. Alex was there to help along the way and never once was “pushy” on how long we took. Pricing is fair and a ton to choose from. We will definitely being using ProSource for future projects.

Alex was our sales consultant from Pro Source and she was very knowledgeable and helpful listening to what we were looking for and making suggestions. We were able to take samples home as well at no charge. If you are looking for flooring, I cant recommend Pro Source enough.

Do not use! The sales staff is fantastic but the delivery of materials in a timely manner, notification of delays, and backorders are absolutely horrible. I am the owner of a large general contracting firm and the past 3 - 4 times we have sourced materials from ProSource, have all resulted in very negative customer experiences and severely effected our relationship with our customers.Furthermore, there was no compensation offered which could be passed along to our customers to remedy the situation and requested return calls from management never came.Save yourself the heartache and stress, go to Lowes, Home Depot, Floor Decor, etc. Not ProSource!

Service is always terrific, very accommodating however, In this particular instance, someone forgot to tell me in stock did not mean in the store i purchased the carpet, and when i came to pick it up on Saturday (as discussed for either possible pickup by me for Friday or Saturday), my roll balances were still in process of being trucked over from another location, and i wasnt notified. Substitution was generously made on upgrade for my 8lb pad, but the carpet wasnt due to arrive for a couple hours, and i would have to come back. Fortunately for me, the truck arrived while we were still loading the pad and signing paperwork, and so an additional trip was not necessary, and the roll balances were loaded perfunctorily.

Extremely disappointed with their customer service! Had issues with inferior flooring we purchased through their Floortrader facility. When we called to file a claim we received a signed letter from ProSource stating that they sent an independent inspector and found no defects. This was of course a blatant lie and no one had come to see the floor. Once we called them out on their lies they said that they would be sending someone. Had to call my credit card company to take the money back and I’m still stuck with terrible flooring and the bill to tear down and replace. Stay clear!!

I came in to Prosource while with my contractor Jessie to pick out my flooring for my Kitchen. I was taken to section for vinyl floor planking and was helped to pick out my flooring. Laying each one I picked out on the floor rule out which one best fit my choices. I wasnt rushed in making a decision as it took me a little while to make my final decision. Pricing was fair and they made sure I had everything I needed for the job. Would definitely use Prosource in the future and recommend them.

We had our water heater go out and flood our bedroom. The restoration company sent us here to pick out our carpet. Lady(cant remember her name) was so helpful and informative. Definetly will be back to look at back splash and possibly some hard wood floors

We are remodeling two bathrooms and used Pro Source for all of our tile, vanity and countertop needs. Working with Susan and Justin was a great experience. With their help we picked out five different tile styles, 2 different vanities and two different countertops. I dont know when well do any more remodeling, but Pro Source will be our first stop for materials.

I’m giving two stars because my in store sales help was good and the carpet/padding portion of my purchase was great quality; otherwise, I could only give one star. The LVP portion of my purchase left a lot to be desired. I’m editing my review to comment that in the world we live in, an understanding of the shipping business is necessary and under no circumstances do I blame Prosource for my product not arriving on time. I blame Prosource for NOT communicating the delay, even to the point that my installers were at your store and I still wasn’t notified! I cannot recommend Prosource at this time.

I only gave 1 star because the sales staff was helpful and pleasant. I have never been treated so poorly by management of a company. I worked for a builder and believed Pro Source was a great company but they fail to handle situations properly and timely. We used them for purchasing materials for a bathroom renovation. We had an issue and needed to return an item, and while the sales staff was helpful (Ashlee and Ann) the manager Andrew lacks integrity. The woman handling our return gave false information and we purchased another, more expensive item. Months later our return had never been processed and after calling multiple times Andrew the manager lied to my face. When approached by the fact he said the item was returned and it hadn’t been his response was “well I assumed it had been”. We are talking about a $2,000 item. I’ve asked to speak to higher management and after being promised to receive a phone call back Andrew left for vacation and us in the wind. It’s sad that a company doesn’t care about their smaller patrons like my family, but I know for a fact they have returned items and refunded the full cost of those items to companies.

I will never buy again fro. Pro Source when you buy flooring or shoe molding you cant return the boxes you have not used and if they do by chance take your items there a stocking fee. As a contractor this is not good for me and its the first and last project i do for them

My husband and I are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and we were able to get everything we needed for our remodel (cabinets, flooring, back-splash, counter-tops, handles, sinks, etc. They are a one-stop-shop. They made the process so easy and every part of our interaction with Pro-Source has been very thorough. They have communicated with us to keep us informed of everything going on. They also had no problems dealing with our contractors directly and coordinating things with them as well. I highly recommend using Pro-Source for any remodel you are planning on doing!

Highly disappointed. The only reason im giving ANY stars to begin with is because Gary Fearer was the only rep who saw us and began tending to us after 45 minutes of waiting for someone to get back with us while we were looking for new floors in the showroom. Gary was very apologetic for not getting to us sooner and for his fellow teammates not tending to us and explained how this is not normally how long folks should be waiting for someone to help them. Gary very professional and courteous with us when choosing the floors and even gave us a quick turnaround in helping us nail down some of the transition pieces which we were very happy with and I thank him for his attention to detail in helping us get what we needed.With that being said, here’s why we’re very unsatisfied with our order & purchase:The material was placed in late May, considering the unprecedented pandemic due to COVID-19, I understand some of your vendors or materials to be delayed. But we have been checking in periodically with phone calls asking for updates on the material which still has not been received. We have left phone numbers for your team members to contact us and reach us but unfortunately we have NOT received ONE phone call with a status update on the delayed material.The last update we had was a drop-dead-date of 10th August for the remainder of the transition pieces to be received, just to find out (by us calling) that the vendor your team uses updated The material is once again delayed with no guarantee of when it would be available.I’d be lying if I said our experience with ProSource up to this point has been good. It’s disappointing to have to make that statement due to how much business transactions Mr. Morales has had with your team & company.Weve finally got someone (Gary) calling us (today) with an update on our material. Heres hoping he can help us in bringing this 2 ½ month long transaction to a close and keep us up to date on the rest of our material.I would really recommend extensive training on your managers in proper pass-downs on customer materials and updates to include Communication with the Customer. Especially when your team members are on vacation or leave for whatever reason. This might help keep your customers satisfied and would minimize horrific experiences like the one weve been dealing with.

Bought 75 boxes of LVP. At the cost of 5k . Ended up needing to take back 8 boxes . Busted us for a 30% restocking fee . Absolutely absurd for a stocked item. Especially after spending 5k. Staff had issues returning phone calls. Can definitely tell they cater to contractors. Not retail customers. The products are probably higher quality then the big box stores . But the staff definitely is not geared towards helping a homeowner. Do your homework before making a purchase if you are a home owner

ProSource has a vast selection to choose from in flooring. Found a great LVP flooring for my basement. Kathy Franklin was wonderful to work with, friendly and professional.

Walked around for half an hour in the interest of purchasing carpet. Could not be assisted by anyone even though they seemed fully staffed. Went elsewhere. They had a great showroom and a wide variety of options at reasonable rates, however so I still rate a 3.

Very Clean and organized. Patrick did a great job working with me to find the perfect hardwoods. He was patient and very informative.

Great products and services.

Sales staff was great to work with when we initially picked out our cabinets, counters, and floors for the new kitchen. They were very helpful and made the process easy. Unfortunately, this is where the wonderful customer service ends.A week after putting in our order and had the price set, ProSource increased our cabinent prices. I do not believe its fair after stating the cabinents were one price and we place the order and then a week later increase the price on them. If the order was placed after the price increase then this would make sense to me.A few weeks pass and we get our cabinets and very excited about them. They were all accounted for except one cabinent. One cabinet was the wrong size and our contractor contacted them about it. ProSource stated they would have the correct cabinent and take the wrong sized one back. Another week passes and finally get the right cabinent size, but the company refused to take back the incorrect sized cabinet.Well at this point I am just happy that the cabinents are installed and excited about the counter to arrive. The day before arrival I was reached out and told they would arrive between 12pm to 3pm. At 3:40pm I reach out to Prosource in regards to an eta. They said we had you between 2pm to 5pm. I restated saying a represenative told me between 12pm to 3pm the day before. They said they would call back in 5 minutes to locate the counter tops. 30 minutes passes by and I call again. Prosource stated they would call back with an eta. 15 mins prosource finally calls back stating They will be here in 30 minutes. I have currently waited an hour and no one from Pro source is here with the counter tops. Nor has anyone called me if they were running more late or have further delays.I am disappointed on the communication of this company and professional service. I believe when you have any major home renovation done on your house and place it in a professional hands then it should be properly.

Excellent and fast service

Purchased admittedly inexpensive laminate flooring for our small rental property.When time came to install it, I wasnt happy with the product. Went to return the flooring and was told there would be a 30% restocking fee. 30 % ? 1/3 of the flooring cost for restocking. Not happy
