My computer crashed on me and I took it in for diagnostics. Unfortunately it was beyond repair, but The technician was able to at least save my data for me on an external hard drive. They then offered me a refurbished computer that they said was way better than a brand new one. I took a chance, and I love the new computer! Its super-fast and super-quiet! Thanks guys!

My brother HP computer was giving us problems. It wasnt turning on or when it would, it would sometimes freeze up. They charged me 40$ for a software update and cleaning. Sounds far to me. Quick and easy transaction. And they didnt try to upsell me. Which I liked.

Be wary and stay away!When I initially took my iPhone XS in for repair I was pleased to find out it would only be an hour - and when I returned my phone was working and looking like new! The praise ends there.About two hours later my screen shorted out. When I returned I was told A) “We don’t have any more screens for that device”, and B) “I can’t issue a refund”. The gentleman working said he could get another screen in by the next day at noon if I was willing to wait and he’d swap it at no charge. I was frustrated but understood - what can they do about a faulty manufacturer’s part right? The “no refund” talk should’ve been a red flag, but seeing as I rely on my phone daily for work I was just ready to do whatever it took to get it functioning again.I came back the next day and they swapped it out.Two weeks later and my screen shorts out again. Same exact issue, same blinking line, another faulty product.I came in today and was told if I wanted another screen I could pay for just the part ($100) and the labor would be free. I asked for a refund. They said no. They called the manager. He said no. They called the company owner (Dennis). He said no. Despite knowing they are selling a cheap part, which each employee has admittedly told me has problems after I return, they offer no money back. I offered to return the screen of course. Still no refund.Their website may say “Lifetime Guarantee” on their product installs but it’s far from it. Two weeks and no money back? No attempt to make it right?Their customer service is severely lacking (visit a store and you’ll understand), their technicians do not appear proficient, and as I listened to the owner (Dennis) lambast his employee upon opening this morning over the phone (I waited 15 mins after the store opened standing at the counter without any acknowledgement) - it gave me a real sense of the priority at this operation - taking every penny they can from the unsuspecting customer.I am not one to write lengthy reviews and had the manager or Dennis taken the time to hear my concerns this morning I doubt I’d be so invested in making a public statement. Unfortunately, customer service is outweighed by a mere $94.99 + tax.Oh, and they only have these good reviews because they ask (and assist) customers to review them on their phones while ringing them up. Mine was 5-star. I could not have updated it quickly enough.Stay very, very far away.

Dropped my phone, and was terribly warped and cracked. Many shops wouldnt even take it. The technician at iphone repair short pump took it in and spent the whole day on it, and fixed it to almost perfect condition. Super nice guy and great service. Highly recommend!

I called Iphone Screen Repair Chesapeake to come out to our house to diagnose a computer issue; one computer would not connect to the Internet, while the other one was fine. The tech came out and identified the problem right away and fixed it. I then brought in both my computers to their shop for tuneups. They cleaned out a lot of malware, adware, freed up some space, etc.
