Had flooring installed about three months ago. Looks beautiful but noticed there feels like a little float or something in certain parts of the floor. Called to ask why and the “flooring experts” say they didn’t know why. Didn’t seem to concerned either. After making the sale and after installation nobody followed up to see how things went, to see if I was pleased or anything! Would definitely not recommend them.

Randy, Jeff and Their Contractor Joe worked with me after we uncovered a leak and helped monitor the moisture until the surface was ready for the flooring. The installer was fantastic and cared deeply about the quality of his work. I will be going back to them for additional flooring needs.

Beware! Our vinyl plank floor has separated in every room installed throughout our entire house. We called Jeff many times to come and fix and he has refused. Claiming it is moisture causing the separation. Totally bogus! Rich and his son installed our floor and even said the floor is jacked up and should be fixed, but Jeff refuses to fix it and do the right thing. Poor customer service!!! I saw this company advertised in my Next Door App with great reviews, and since I’m in the market for hardwood floors I checked it out. My young son and I visited during the evening of October 1st. There was a man inside who was on the phone. He did not acknowledge us at all. I walked the store looking for a possible match for the hardwood planks I walked in with. My son sat at the table with the man on the phone who still said nothing to us. Normally when a business owner or employee has a customer come in while on the phone, they will acknowledge their presence and say they’ll be with you in a moment. I waited 16 minutes and nothing from him. We finally left. He didn’t even say anything while we were leaving. I wanted to take his picture but he was conscious enough to block his face from my doing so. I hope you are able to look at your schedule to see who was working at 5:50pm on 10/1 and make the appropriate schedule changes so no one is subject to the unprofessionalism I endured.

We looked at all the big box stores and none of them came close to Family Flooring’s selection! So happy we went there! Their customer service is outstanding and they took the time to understand our needs and recommend the best product! Glad we were able to buy local and find unique flooring our family will enjoy for many years!

Exactly the right place to fill your flooring needs! Family is the right word to describe it. We bought some high-end vinyl flooring to re-floor out kitchen. Following installation, it was apparent that there was trouble with the seam. The two sides did not fit together to make a smooth transition from one side to the other. The installer from Family came back several times and was unable to get it right; not his fault. He agreed there was a problem and it had to be the vinyl itself. Jeff at Family Flooring agreed and asked for photos to send to the manufacturer to support a claim to them for replacement. The manufacturer was reluctant and did not initially support the idea of replacement. Jeff told us that we would be getting the new flooring whether or not the manufacturer owned up to their responsibility. While ultimately the manufacturer did come through, the fact that Jeff took it upon himself to do the right thing by us is an outstanding example of the character and integrity of Family Flooring. From the initial meeting through the excellent installation to Jeff’s owning the problem from the outset, Family Flooring came through just like their advertisements say. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They truly operate like a family….YOUR family. I wish them the best of everything and every success.

We had them match the flex room to the rest of the downstairs. They had my exsisting flooring in stock and came out just a few days after we called. It is perfect, seamless, you would never know there was carpet in that room. They worked very quickly and were very nice. We only had one hiccup and that was on us not them, but they fixed the situation and didnt charge us extra. I do want to apologize for that though. I appreciate the company working with us. I look forward to working with them again and will recommend to anyone.

Frank was awesome with customer service and getting us set up with an estimate. Very friendly all throughout each time we communicated. Aaron with installation was the freakin bomb. I can’t express how thankful we are for him and his awesome work. He kept us in the loop with everything he was doing and he made sure that we were good with everything he was doing. We will most definitely be revisiting this company when we’re ready to move forward with other flooring projects. Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

Went to their website to research this company decided to use their contact form to contact them (I mean that is what it is there for) I wanted to hire them to do a flooring job, because that is what they supposedly do do you know no one ever called me back. So I hired someone else two days ago and the $1950 job is already done. Dont wast your time on a company that does not have the decency to return messages generated via potential customers through their own website contact form.

We were looking for padding to replace in our house. Frank helped us out 100%. He was very friendly and helpful of all our needs. We will be going back to him again in the future for any other flooring needs.

We were really happy with Family Flooring. A good friend of mine had recommended them, she is a builder and has used Family Flooring for years. They were always nice and very helpful in the store and the crew that put my hardwood floors in were great. They were very nice, respectful and did a great job. It was nice having them in our home. I would definitely recommend them to others, in fact I already have!

Fantastic place to buy flooring or carpet. The owner and employees are very knowledgeable about carpets and different kinds of flooring. The installers are friendly and know their jobs. I was so happy with their work I almost cried when I saw how it looked after they had finished

I cant say enough good things about this place! My sales person Kevin was great he came out and measured the next day helped pick a nice carpet to match my other flooring and even found a higher quality carpet for the same price as the one I was originally looking at. The installers did a very nice job. This is the flooring store I will be using from here on out! Fast, professional, and great prices!

We recently had the Family flooring re-due our floors in the kitchen and sunroom. They were so helpful and patient! I had a really hard time deciding on the flooring choice. They encouraged me to take samples and change my mind numerous times! Everyone was so patient and professional! I would hire them again!

Hired this company to rip out and install tile floor in our, foyer, hallways, kitchen, and bathrooms. The two installers who came out did an outstanding job. Their work ethic and friendliness where above and beyond. We had zero problems with them and had enough trust in them to leave them in our home alone, to complete their task. We feel fortunate and lucky to have had such a great crew work on our place. We would hire them again.Family Floorings customer service was great all around. The employees who came to install the carpet for our two floor home were hard working, and determined. They moved our furniture with great care and back to its original spot after carpet installation. They did not complain at all during the entire job and had positive attitudes. The lead technicians experience, knowledge, and efficiency were outstanding as he lead the two younger technicians during installation. We felt very safe with the crew in our home and confident in their workmanship. I would definitely hire this business again! Its hard to find this work ethic, keep it up Family Flooring!

Great service and installers professional and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves, left my house cleaner than it was when the shower up. Defintely recommend for any type of flooring!

The guy who installed carpet was REALLY bad. He tored up our baseboard and there are nails sticking out. I stepped on it and hurt my foot. We called the guy in the store, promised to send the installer back to our house but never done that. Beware of buying and installing carpet from this store. On the other hand, the guy who installed tiles did a very good job.

I would only recommend this company if you have PERFECT subflooring. We hired them to install Duraceramic Tile in a large area that covered our kitchen, hallway, half-bath, and laundry room. We told everyone we dealt with that we had squeaky spots in the floor only during the winter and we needed them to do whatever necessary so this would not happen anymore. THE FLOORS STILL SQUEAK! When we contacted Mr. Johnson, one of the owners, he was extremely rude to me on the phone, only apologizing after my husband called him (we gave him a full week to call us with an apology), and he told me that his company just lays flooring. So, remember this.....if you have any problems with your floor at all...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Mr. Johnson also told me (after the fact) that they are not a construction company and that my squeaks were not his problem. So disappointed with this business owner.The guys who installed my flooring were very nice and I trusted them 100% being in my house. The floor looks very nice, so they did a great job installing. I just wish SOMEONE would have been HONEST with me at the beginning and would have just simply said we cannot fix the squeaks.I have contacted other companies and they have ALL told me that this could have easily been done by putting screws in the joists BEFORE the Duraceramic was put in.
