I have use this place many times to buy new tires and used tires I am so unsatisfied today it was literally 525 when my wife went out there with her near flat tire asking for someone to put some air in it for her they told her that they were closing at six and they had two people in front of her that they could not take her the last time I checked if you come to a business before the close of business they should be able to take care of you I have invested a lot of money into this business and I will not do it anymore I am very upset about my wife was treated the guy that spoke with her told her that and left no questions asked walked away from her that is poor service if you ask me

Poor Service. They dont know how to talk to people. They make people sit outside in the hot sun while they have a air conditioned lobby thats supposed to be for customers.

Did not use their listening ears so lost out on the money I paid to another tire shop down the street. Talked over me and didn’t listen to what I was requesting, as if I did not know what I was talking about. Certainly not everyone is a tire expert but some of us do have some know-how. Not sure why so rude today, I have been coming here for years until now.

I called for a front alignment on my car they said just come in it’s going to take 30min but i have one car before you. When i get there they say sorry man we can’t get you today we have 3 to 4 cars before you and we close in one hour i told them i called in and someone told me to come in and they didn’t care.This is one of the most unprofessionalShop i have been to I’m definitely never coming back if there was 0 stars i would have gave it to them because they don’t deserve any.

Went in and brought two wheels to get changed andThey cross treaded my wheel hub, and tried to tell me that my hub went bad, didnt wanna take responsibility for it.

I bought 2 tires for the rear of my car one picked up a screw and the .other was threadbare within 3 weeks. When I contacted cider tire I was told it was my alignment A brought the tires in to have the guy look at him he said he didnt need to look at him he knew it was the alignment and that he would not give me a tire but he would sell me one. My dealership and discount tires both said it was thin rubber If you wanna get screwed without a kiss go to the original cider tires

Never have what you want. Really didnt look for what I asked for.This is 3 times now.I will never go there again.They all do the same thing. If the tire or tires are not on top of the pile they dont take time to look thru the pile.Called very lazy. All used tire places do the same.I went to another tire place and same thing. I asked to go to the back and Check for myself. Low and behold after sifting thru the pile not only did I find the exact 2 tires I found 4 matching tires that I had asked for. Originally they told me that they didnt have.That tells me how lazy these people are.So. NO I will not ever go back here.

I had a flat tire that could not be saved. I went there and they changed the tire. I was assisted immediately and told the pricing. It was just about $54, which included the tire, taking the old tire off the rim, mounting the new tire on the rim, and balancing. The job was done in just a few minutes and I was on my way. Quick and efficient!

Got the front brakes done here on my company car this morning. No complaints. We supplied our own parts and the charge for labor was fair. Most importantly, the job was done right!I noticed this morning that Cider also sells brand new tires. Im sure the service would be the same as far as getting you in and out quick, and I imagine there would be a warranty on the tires. I have one tire Im probably going to have to get replaced before state inspection in August, so Im probably going to be coming back here for it.Note about buying used tires: Ive dealt with used tired in the past, and theres a reason I dont anymore. Theyre obviously going to be cheaper, and the used tire places usually get you in and out faster than the brand new tire places. The downfall is youre usually going to wind up with broken belts or separation, and used tires are not guaranteed. Its just like any other quick fix: Its fast and cheap, but its not going to last.

Amazing customer service, i was greeted by a man as soon as i pulled inn. He let me pick my new used tires and made me feel very welcome and that my businesses is appreciated im done with used tire depot and not because there bad but because this place rocks thanks guys. And its the end of the pay and their still right on target..

They have a decent selection of used tires but obviously shop with caution. I had to update my review after noticing my pair of used tires have created vibrations in my steering so I am going to buy brand new tires asap. The tread was decent but it obviously was some sort of defect and thats why they were probably in the used tire shop... for almost $130 I shouldve just went with new tires anyways but its something I probably wont do in the future.

Awesome customer service and great prices! They were fast and the quality of the tires we great! The only inconvenience is they only take cash. They have an atm machine but theres a surcharge. Other than that everything was great.

This is just what it is a tire shop no coffee served no amenities well maybe wifi and a kinda shabby waiting area with pictures of every celebrity you can think of. The guys are nice guys and get you in and out and thats really it. Ive only bought used from them and never had any troubles. Ill go again when needed. Checkem out save a few dollars while youre at it.

Great service. Came for temp tires on my daughters car (tire thread was showing..bald as a babys...). The two gentlemen found me two good front tires, advised she also had a bent rim, fixed the tires and the rim for a fair price and sent me on my way.

Tire did not pass inspection and they blamed it on needing an alignment. But I just bought the tire 2 days ago MAN...

Great place if your looking for cheap used tires. Insanely quick service walked in, found my tire, put it on and paid for it in 15 minutes. Tires are also is good condition, I would recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this place no stars I would I bought a used tires in July the tire was over priced 60.00 for a basic tire. It was not put back on the rim correctly and was bald almost 75 within 60 days never experienced this before will never go to this place again!

You can find decent tires and the people who work there is always pleasant.

Friendly staff, good people, but their biggest downside is they dont take card, forcing you to eat atm fees.

I was told my tire couldnt be repaired and I would need a new tire after waiting over 2 hours for service. I didnt believe the mechanic, because he couldnt look me in the eye while talking to me!!! I always get a second opinion!!!I googled The Original Cider Tire and decided to have them check out my tire. My tire was repaired in less than 20 minutes. The mechanics were professional and courteous. This is a great example of EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Its easy to see that this is a small knit team with values and a passion for fixing cars. Gone are the days I go to one of the bigger shops because of their extreme pricing.- Im down with Cider Tire because they work with you. You can even bring your own parts to have them install professionally at an affordable price.- At the very least you guys should try them. I decided to try this tire place out because I normally go to Superior tires on Granby and was highly disappointed. They tried to sell me two tires for the front of my car ( keep in mind that I am buying four) and the two front tires were worse than the tires that I got removed from the car and then one of the staff tells me that you dont look at tires after someone puts them on your car and then complain about them...how dare him..I dont know if they were trying to get over because Im a female but I will not be returning to Cider Tires to get any thing and will not refer anyone there as well!!!

Tires not balanced and instead of saying sure well run then again and check them I had to argue with he who might be in charge just to get them back on the balancer...they are expensive for the shotty work they do...just go somewhere else and dont waste your time. Not worth the hassle*Update* since having the tires rebalanced another wheel weight fell off leaving me shaking at 65 again. Oh yeah and for 25 per tire I didnt even get new valve stems...thats shocking for me...

Tires are dry rotted only good enough to pass inspection then I would recommend getting new tires.

I trusted my vehicle to them. They did tire rod ends and front end alignment. We drove our vehicle the next day and as we were coming hone the tire twisted sideways and we were stranded. I use my van as a handicap vehicle. I was very upset since we had to have our van towed to our home. Cider Tire did send a tow truck to my home and they did the work again. I had another mechanic check their work and there were still some problems that needed attention. WOW I do not trust their work at all. I guess paying only in cash should tell u something.

SHADY! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Theyre cheap for a reason! They dont do refunds because they know their mechanics are incompetent and know NOTHING about cars!I took my car in one Saturday right when they opened at 8am to get an alignment, a hub bearing, and ball joint replacement. I was promised they would be finished by lunch time that same day. They didnt finish until Monday. I then picked it up to find out that my car was driving the same way from when I initially dropped it off! My steering wheel was still crooked. It was like they didnt even do anything smh! I then took it back the next weekend. I picked it up for a 2nd time and the alignment was done BUT now there was a strange growling sound coming from under the tire that suppose to be fixed I never had this problem before I took it to them!What was suppose to be a simple fix is now going to be a costly one. I now have to take my car to someone else to fix the damage they did! There are bent screws, missing nails and other vital parts missing under my tire. Any honest and well skilled mechanic would have never let me even drive off their lot with the condition Cider Tire left my car in. My wheel couldve fallen off! I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE! THEY WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR!

I recently visited Cider tire to get tires and alignment. I also asked who looked like a manager about a problem with my car. It wouldnt start when it got really hot. He said it was probably the thermostat and that he could fix it. A few days later my car started overheating like crazy, so I took it back. After he looked at it he said the reservoir letting hot air out was the reason it was over heating. And that it was a old car even tho im sure the reservoir was fine before it went in the garage. Now after a drive leaving the shop my head gasket blew and now I have no car to work im am very unhappy with their service.

Please dont be fooled by the name, they do way more than just tires (Used & New)- Since I purchased my Camaro 3 years ago, Cider Tire has been the only shop I go to. Sure I went to jiffy lube, big als, merchants, etc, but i always become back to Cider Tire because they review 3rd party invoices and always come in under that price!!!!!- If you want real Americans working on your car like its their passion please come here, im so tired of long waits at the more established auto-shops along with the inflated costs that cover overhead + extreme facilities- Make no mistake these guys will take care of you
