I came in maybe about two weeks ago and I had my rims for a week. Wasn’t the ones I initially wanted but the ones I got I grew to love.. had a damage of one rim to no fault of my own and Lugo o took care of it. I ended up getting ones similar to the ones I wanted, hate Chrome but these are not that bad and makes my car look good. Definitely will recommend coming back.. only bad side is I have Verizon cell service so my internet is bad in here, almost was 4 stars for that part. If they did tint I would come here too because they are affordable

I needed some beadlocks balanced for my offroad truck and they had no issues doing it after another shop failed to do so. They were even cheaper! They were also kind enough to point out some other areas of my suspension that needed attention which tells me these are some knowledgeable folks. Will definitely recommend.

What a great experience! I have been ridden with alignment and tire wear problems for the past two years. I would buy tires every 3 months! (Discount tire, NTB, etc) So I know all about the waiting, shopping, etc. I finally was able to upgrade into a new (used) vehicle and needed a fresh set of tires put on. I did a quick Google search and found these guys! No other company has made such an unpleasurable experience, pleasurable! I have been a hot rodder for over 50 years, been blessed to have built and owned some incredible vehicles. My recently completed 1929 Model A street rod is rolling on a set of American Mags and Goodyear tires that the team at RNR on Battlefield Blvd., set me up with. The level of service at this location is the best of the best. I needed to have tire rotation/balance done yesterday and Duke and Mike made me feel like I was the most important customer they had, ever though this visit did not involve me spending any money!! Duke is incredibly proficient, having been in the tire business over 30 years. I have sent many of my fellow rodders and friends to this great shop, and will continue to do so.AND.....BOOM! On my followup visit for tire balancing, Duke made sure that everything went perfect!We are riding smoothly, confidently and happy as can be!

I was shopping for new rims and tires, spoke to the salesman Zack who was very knowledgeable let me know what I could and could not use and actually found me a better rim then I was looking at and he also picked out the tires he thought would look best and I have to say he was right. The staff at RNR were very professional and knowledgeable I read a previous review saying that every detail wasnt gone over and I find it very hard to believe. The staff went over every detail and I left with the wheels and tires I wanted. Before I bought everything from them I priced everything online and sure, you can get it all cheaper and have someone mount them up, but the warranty and services you get are more than worth the price. Thats as far as the tires. As far as the wheels I got them for the same price I could have ordered them anywhere online and they put $300 worth of new tire sensors in for free. They did an alignment and got everything on in under 2 hours. Even mounted one of my old wheels up under my truck for free because someone had stolen it. I saved a long time to be able to pay cash for my truck and I take a lot of pride in it. These guys didnt disappoint at all. I highly recommend these guys for all youre wheel and tire needs.

I ended up here after numerous frustrating attempts by other tire stores. I bought 37x14.5R15 tires and 15x12 wheels. After calling several places that said they couldnt mount and balance I found a small shop that said they could. Later that day they said they couldnt so I brought them to a national chain store that said they could do it. The next morning they informed me they would need balancing beads to balance them as they were too large. They didnt carry the beads but said I could get them to Napa. After calling numerous Napas and other stores I was only able to find half of the amount needed. One of the stores suggesting calling RNR for the beads. I called the Chesapeake store and after explaining the need for the beads the gentleman said he could get them but that they werent necessary and that he could balance them. I was pretty skeptical because the chain store only does this but at this point I wasnt ready to wait another day to buy $40 worth of beads for the other store. The man, Duke, said hes been doing this for 31 years and hasnt found a wheel he couldnt balance. His price quote was great too. I went back and picked up my truck and told the other store thanks for their effort but I was going to another place. I drove down the street and Mike and Duke took them right back with no wait and balanced them without the magic beads. Duke and RNR saved me the money I was going to have to spend on the beads and the day I was going to have to wait. I didnt think of them as being a big truck tire place but they proved me wrong and came through in a pinch.

Lugo and his staff were amazing and welcoming from the first phone call. Usually I don’t leave reviews but not many places have great customer service anymore, therefore I knew I had to leave a review. Got new wheels mounted and balanced on my wife’s Jeep and came out great. The techs were awesome and forgot the gentleman’s name but he took care of us as well. Ive taken my jetta to other shops multiple times to try to resolve a wheel vibration issue. Had them balanced multiple times no change. Ended up buying new tires. No change. Finally I took it to RNR. They road force balanced the wheels turns out the other shop put the wrong weights on the wheels. I would highly recommend this place these guys know what they are doing.

Took my new 2019 Nissan Altima there to get new tires and rims. Mike D is the bomb. Nice and funny. He took the time to help me with paper work and all. On the day of the appointment, he told us due to the storm everyone appointment to push back. Still this man work us in and was out the shop before 11:30am. RNR Tires of Chesapeake was wonderful. From the moment I walked in the door, exceptional customer service began. Mike, the Store Manager, was knowledgeable, friendly and always had a smile. When I dropped the Jeep off, I forgot to remove some personal items from it that I needed for work the next day. Mike and his crew were kind enough to stay past closing time until I was able to get back there. Danny even helped transfer the items to another car for me. Great service. Had these guys install a leveling kit on my truck I purchased myself. I was contacted and informed the work was to be completed as scheduled and I was very satisfied with the final product. So if guys have a specific leveling kit brand in mind but not sure who to have install it dont hesitate to have RnR install it for you. Make sure you talk Luis Lugo of sales.

Best experience I could have gotten for a last minute tire change! First off they were able to change my tire very quickly. I had an appointment at a tire place down the road which was closed and didnt tell me. I had to call around and I talked to Luis Lugo who helped me out and told me he had a tire for my honda accord and could get it changed for me if I could bring it to him. He got it changed in under 2 hours with everything he had going on in his shop and even helped me as much as much as he could with the price. Highly recommended!

Amazing!!!After scheduling an appointment for what I hoped would be an alignment/ tire rotation, I received the news that my front tires would need to be replaced. Of course I knew this may happen, but one could dream. From the moment I spoke with Mike, I knew I would be dealing with a business that would take care of my tires (which would of course take care of me). He advised me about how and how often to check the tires. I scheduled a new appointment, I was seen, and few jokes and laughs later, I have my new tires. Thanks to Duke (who did an awesome job with the instillation), I found that the technicians who installed my tires previously, put them on in the wrong direction. Thats why they were so worn. Called 2 other rim shops around me in regards to hub centric rings for aftermarket wheels and ones response was the didnt know what I was talking about and the other said just go to auto zone. Side note auto zone does not carry hub centric rings and a rim shop should. Anyways i called RNR and my man Duke had the correct ones in his hands within minutes. Between him and Craig I dont think you could go wrong!

Great service! Had a busted tire on my excavator trailer and Duke came out to help. They did not have the tire it was a odd size but Duke started calling around and found the tires. Went picked them up and Duke and Tony put them on and was back home at 5 which I live in manteo! These guys are awesome!!

I found a nail in the tire of my Mini. I cold-called RnR to see if they could fit me in in a same day basis. Their answer was an easy yes. It got even better than that. When I went to pick it up, the manager held out the keys and said, “no charge!” As a first-time customer, they fixed the hole instead of replacing the tire. I will be back!! Love that kind of customer service and honest practice!

Truly 5 star service from this location. Yesterday I got a nail in my tire and couldn’t take care of it until after work. I called RNR at 5:15 PM and asked if it was too late to bring my car in (they close at 6 and I was still 30 minutes away). They were more than welcoming, even though I did not purchase my tires from there. From the moment I walked in the store, Mike was so kind. He answered all my questions and never made me feel silly. This company is fortunate to have someone like him running things at this location. I was worried about a store not being honest and trying to sell me new tires instead of patching my old one, but the exact opposite occurred. They not only patched my tire for FREE, but did it early the next day despite being fully booked with appointments. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends & family, and be visiting them for any tire related service in the future.
