I have to be honest, but not come off petty. I wish I knew about the generous coupon (30% off) before I asked for my paint to be mixed. I bought Captivate which was affordable, but I would have definitely went with a higher quality if I knew about the coupon. Thats it...

My client is a professional sports player who wanted to support local businesses rather than ordering online, so I went in looking for a specific wall covering they found through the website and asked if they carried it. I was met with a blank stare and a nasty reply of I wouldnt even know how to look that up. I tried to find out more information on the website standing there in the store only to be met with the same nasty tone and no we dont have that. As a business owner, even if I cant help someone, I actually go out of my way to at least make them FEEL like I cared because maybe that product wasnt the ONLY thing they needed and they were going to spend a lot of money on other things. That being said I wasnt even going to give them the rest of the business, so what could have been a profitable experience for them will be going to another local small business who actually treats their customers well.
