I’ve been here for three years. My space is the perfect size and I’ve had no problems this whole time. As a transplant from merry old England Im grateful to know that my things are safe.

I am here a couple times a week for my boss. I don’t know who it was but the bathroom is so clean now. It was kind of dingy before. Just wanted to give a shout out.

Dont rent from any of the public storage it is ridiculous on how they treat people

This is my second time renting a unit at this location. I initially met with Mike to confirm my online reservation, and he was very courteous both on the phone and in person. He called me promptly after my online reservation to confirm. Very sweet man.The next day I met with Tracy to finish signing paper work, and her bubbly personality made for a very enjoyable process. Very easy going, yet quick and efficient throughout the whole process. She’s highly knowledgeable, giving good advice and with magnificent customer service skills. Great sense of humor while still maintaining the utmost professionalism. Plus, you can tell she really cares and wants to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. The managers at this location are why I keep coming back to rent. Thanks for everything, Tracy and Mike!Word of caution:Make sure you are out of the gate before their posted closing time. The gate will not open (even from the inside) after 9:00pm, and you will be locked in.

I found him to be courteous and helpful.When I went on line to register, he was on the phone to assist He makes you comfortable.On December 5, when I came to open my unit, I worked with Tracy who was humanistic and caring in her approach. She explained and showed through illustrating hands on, the workings and the operation of the facility.I found both of these agents to be positive, caring, and supportive of the customer while still keeping the goals and objectives of Public Storage upmost in their presentation. A Job well done!

I met with Mike yesterday by appointment on 4/9/2020 at the facility. He guided me through all the paperwork and how to use both the security gate and enter my unit. Nothing to it, as Mike explained. He was very professional and answered all my questions. When I left I was very confident that my belongings were safe and secure.

I went to public storage today and the people there were very nice, and very accommodating. I was very pleased with my experience and satisfied with the property and the business. Very professional, with exceptional customer service skills, and a very comforting vibe. My storage unit is perfect and I am very pleased with the people on site. Thank you!!! :)

I just started renting a unit at this Public Storage location.....my first time ever needing to use a storage facility. I wasnt sure what size unit would meet my needs, but the property manager (Tracy) gladly showed me storage units of varying size and asked a few questions about the number and types of items I would be storing so I could make the best decision. I am really happy I found this place; it feels very safe and secure and I wouldnt have any reservations about my parents coming here to get their belongings (I am helping them move and we need a temporary site to store things). Tracy is outstanding.... very professional and so nice and friendly; she made the whole process of renting a storage unit super easy. I also briefly met Mike who also works onsite and he was great as well. I highly recommend this Public Storage location.

The public storage on Dobbs Lane is excellent. I live in Philadelphia but choose to store here due to its easy access to Philadelphia and its quiet, secure location. 15 minutes from S Philadelphia. Easy access to I-295. Good Value. Staff is very professional. Ive stored at 8-10 other locations but this is my favorite. Worth the drive. Buy my gas in Jersey to offset the tolls. Works out fine.

Id like to say that I am pleased with the very professional and courteous way of your manager Angela! She was very patient in making sure that I fully understood everything about how Public Storage works and she walked me through it all with a quiz at the end. Very courteous service. I was coming from out of town, several hours away, to empty my storage unit, and I had lost the keys to my lock. The property manager was very understanding and assisted me to cut the lock on a Saturday, so I didnt have to call a locksmith. I spoke with the young man at the front desk several times and he was very helpful as well. I would definitely use this location again if I ever had storage needs in that area of NJ.

Great location that was easy to get to for my crazy amount of trips. I had a great end unit which made it easy to pull right up to load and unload. Angela who checked me in was very accommodating all the way up to my last day! I had the unit for a year and a half starting with a great online price. The only reason I left was because the price went up 3 times since I first signed on. I also found a place to store my stuff for free. Thank you for a pleasant experience. I will be back if I ever need to!

Mike in the office was amazing. Very personable and helpful.

I own a construction company and recently relocated my shop from a different public storage to this one. Angela made the transition very easy and quick and she is very nice. If shes in the office Angela usually opens the gate before i can even get out of the truck making it very convenient. The location is right off the highway and is well kept. I would recommend any small business or individual to store here.

Facilities including garages and surrounding landscape is always well maintained, gate hours easily accessible and manager Yvonne always treats you better then just a customer. Will continue to patronize this public storage over any other local options. Always have had two to give garages at this location.
