Omg... i cant believe the service at the Cherry Hill Mall location. They need to focus on their client service. I just had to walk out of the store. I could barely get the womans attention to help me, and she wouldnt take the trays out of the case for me to look at the charms.... when you consider the amount of money people (i.e. me) spend on this jewelry, you expect a better service.

The ladies here are amazing and helped me tremendously when I had to do a return. They are super polite and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

I am usually very pleased with the customer service and assistance here but today absolutely not. My boyfriend got me a rose gold ring on 9/12/2020, I have literally wore the ring a total of 4times it’s too fancy for everyday wear. It’s completely silver already! I have numerous pieces and I know how to care for them and nothing has done this before. I spoke to someone via chat and printed the transcript and she told me to bring it to the store and they should be able to replace it due to possibly a defect, which is what I did and upon arrival at the store they gave me corporate number and told me it’s not covered. This is such an inconvenience and I will never purchase another item from this Pandora.

Where should I begin! worst customer service ever! very rude, no compassion. So, I called the PANDORA at the Cherry Hill Mall location initially the person was very helpful, but once I requested to place items on hold she began to be rude. Stating that Pandora Doesnt place items on hold..I asked to speak with a supervisor nicely, she refused then hung up the phone. I kept calling back.. I believe they purposely didnt answer, because they have caller ID..I called form a different number they immediately answered..I asked for a supervisor. I believe her name was Holly. The first thing she said was where you the guy who called earlier?. I said yes. She became very rude and accusatory, saying things like you asked to put 10 items on hold witch was incorrect! and we a very busy, and we do put items on hold.. I explained to her, I did not ask to put 10 items on hold.. Basically I couldnt get a word in.. I said miss the only reason I called back was to find out what the policy was for putting item on hold, and why did your associate hang up on me. Im a customer. What happen to customer service. She wouldnt allow me to finish a sentence, also she said I was threating. WOW!! It was crazy, and uncalled for... Terrible experience.!! Long story Short.. I needed these Charms it was a gift for my mom birthday.. PANDORA in Plymouth Meeting put the item that I was looking for on hold, with no problem, and I was able to pick them up the same day.Plymouth Meeting five STAR SERVICE Thank you.

Loved it bought 3 pandora charms for a gift and the sales girl was very patient /helpful..The only thing I waited about an hour to get in Black friday!

Hey there good people who check out the review, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because they didnt have what I wanted. The sales lady that helped me was great, she looked everywhere even check other stores to get me closer to what I was looking for, thank you to her for making me feel like my happiness mattered.

The customer service attendant assigned to us was somewhat pleasant. She was possibly new as she had to ask questions to others. My only complaint is how she told my daughter that her bracelet was too big. Her tone was condescending. They also didnt have a couple charms we were looking for

My daughter has had to go back to have her earrings replaced 3 times. Yet even though these replacements have happened within 1 month, they will not let her choose a different set.

My hubby bought me a little ring just to wear around and after a while i brought it back since it needed to be cleaned. They gave me the wrong ring back and said that was the one i brought in, so i never got the ring back and i had a ring which did not fit me

Happened to have a terrible experience. Customer service was extremely rude and would not provide proper amount of help. Would send me to other locations and this store was always out of stock. Do not waste your gas or time going especially if you have a return. Had to call and notify the company about this stores services. Extremely disappointed and will be going elsewhere.
