I ordered a few items from the willow grove location. One item had to picked up in New Jersey. The manager was so incredibly helpful I was left speechless. She did everything in her power to make sure I had my item on time. (It was a wedding gift for my daughter and future son in law). Her kindness and generosity was inspiring and appreciated. I just can’t thank her enough.Shopping at “things remembered” in the Cherry Hill mall is where I’ll be doing all of my business from now on!

I surprisingly had a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful. We had issues with two of the products we ordered and they immediately made new ones and had them ready for us when we came back in. Very satisfied with their service

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was truly just browsing but ended up purchasing a hot/cold travel mug that was a great deal...and of course they engrave everything...I however opted not to have anything engraved on the mug..but nice to know they do it right there!

Really Bad Customer Service!!! I even contact the Corporate office and still no response. They (Sarah) told me 3days and it still havent arrived. I spoke with Lisa today and I asked her to have be GM or TD call me today regarding my purchase. (12/10/2018) Lisa made it seem like Sarah went out of her way to order my items from their fulfillment center... Nope not having it.... I will be contact them one more time today. Until then, they will hear from me in every single forum I can.

They had exactly what I wanted, the young woman was attentive and knowledgeable. Im a happy camper.
