It was extremely crowded, no barriers between seating. The food was okay, Ive had better in other diners. Servers were nice & as efficient as they could be considering the amount of people they had. A couple of waitresses wore masks but the rest did not.
We found Dimitri!If you want the most delightful dining experience, this is the way. Even at half hour to close, they make you feel welcome, are timely in preparing and serving your food, are very well kept and just overall enjoyable so that you still do not ever feel rushed, theres plenty of time to lounge and eat in an untimely manner, before they actually even close for the evening. The food is exactly how you order it, but thats probably because of Dimitri. He knows the places to be, perfectly relays orders to the kitchen, and is just the absolute perfect balance of attentiveness while not in your face too much that its overbearing or annoying, and has the perfect amount of lighthearted banter.
First time back since pandemic started. Food was good but none of the wait staff were wearing masks, they were sitting people too close together and I was anxious the whole time. I love the diner and we ate there often pre-pandemic. Ill stick to take-out for the time being.
Soup arrived swimming on its saucer. Beef barley was no where to be found. Onions were the main ingredient. Did I mention cold?. Main course, Julieen salad, appeared 15 minutes later. ✔️ Please. 😞
Food is terrible, no flavor, and prepared poorly. I got one of their omelets with cheddar cheese, and the entire omelet was just unmelted cheddar cheese. The grits tastes like a bowl of water there wasnt any seasoning at all. Another order was incorrect and when I asked for my correct Food they asked if I didnt like what they gave me and said its good ,no ? I also ordered 2 scrambled eggs and the eggs came out white, 1/2 an egg and the rest, milk. So all in all this place is total garbaio. Would never come here again.
Food good but host left us waiting while he sat three groups that came in after us. Then acted shocked when we said something 🙄 wont be back
All around great diner. The food is always good and service is friendly. If youre looking for a good meal, cant go wrong with Cherry Hill diner.
Stood there Infront of 3 employees for 5 mins and no one greeted us or asked us if we needed to be seated. When we finally asked the man behind the counter he caught and attitude and said to speak to someone else. So we left and ate elsewhere.
The food was really bad, but our waitress was nice.
When you are on the road and you have never been to a place...you never really know what you are going to get.I hope that when this happens to you, you get food and service like we got today at the Cherry Hill Diner.If you are looking for good diner grub...this is it.Great portions...quality portions and great service.We will be back if we are ever in the area.

Me & my boyfriend come here all the time but tonight was the first night we met Patricia our waitress she was awesome so friendly one of the nicest Ive had after coming here this time... Thank you Patricia for being so nice attentive and sweet hopefully we get her from now on

I only come here for breakfast when car getting oil change at Nissan next door… and it’s been a fail every time . Service is good eggs were fresh but the bacon and home fries had to have been sitting on grill since 6am (this is 930) couldn’t eat.. wasn’t asked nada when plate taken away nor when paid how hard is it to screw up breakfast? Never again
Visiting from out of state and was struggling to find a good diner for breakfast. This place couldnt have been any better. It has a very nice and clean retro atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, some of the pancakes Ive ever had and for very reasonable prices!Our servers name was Baha and he did an excellent job. He walked by several times and asked how everything was and he even brought extra napkins without us asking and was very polite. Overall it is a very warm and welcoming experience with great food and a great feel. Will definitely come back here again and I would absolutely recommend this!

Worst customer service experience I ever had the managers were very rude when I had a concern with 2 managers being very unprofessional! Cursing infront of customers and children is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! ALSO WHEN I CALL TO COMPLAIN TO A HIGHER MANAGER THEY DISREGARDED ME! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!! I will also be making phone calls for how unprofessional your managers are!

The staff friendly and fun. Very clean, staff cleaning tables immediately after customers leave and changing gloves frequently. Food is average but portions a good size.

THIS IS THE PLACE for a real Greek Salad, others have it on their menu, but Cherry Hill Diner knows what they are doing! All finely chopped, fresh feta, and delicious homemade vinaigrette. Never had a miss, try it!!
Oh how I miss midnight diner runs! I personally cannot wait till they are open for real again. They are always super nice and food is always filling. I was very glad when they reopened, first as take out only, then outdoor dining, and now with limited indoor dining. But closing at 10pm kind of kills my ability to go.

My husband and I came here for breakfast and Margie was our server. As a server she was phenomenal and attentive, exactly how I treat my guests when I am serving (I do work elsewhere). I ordered the Swiss, bacon, mushroom, and onion omelette and omg itWas delicious. Clean, friendly, excellent food :)

Awful food. We order from this place often for work and every time is a disappointment (gyro, shrimp, pasta, sandwiches). I wish we would just remove this restaurant from our rotation permanently. Food is incredibly greasy, the oil from fries will melt the styrofoam. Portions are massive enough to feed one person for two days if you can stomach it. If you have any standards at all, you wont eat here.
Georges cheesecake Best home-made Baked Cheesecake in the Tri-County. I only like New York cheese cake but this right is 🔥. No longer have to wait to make a trip its here in Cherry Hill

We ordered cream dried beef on toast and fried potatoes. The cream sauce was paste. We did get a few pieces of meat. The potatoes were certainly fried. Very hard and a bit burnt.Never again!
Went and had a delicious meal (mushroom and swiss burger). Cooked just like I asked and the fries were great as well! Wish I had a pic of it, but I was too hungry and just devoured my meal when it came out, like a member of the Donner Party! Lol!Great portions and service! Cant wait to go back!
Went there for lunch the food was amazing the service was great...the server was excellent and had the same name as me Patty she was so nice and polite and everything was hot and the food tasted amazing she said the ccoks name was Fred and his food was amazing..if u want a great meal with friendly service go to cherryhill diner and ask for Patty she was so much fun and she was on point..thank guys for the great meal..

Havent been here in a minute but my french onion soup was great along with my order of the hot turkey sandwich also my waitress Patricia was amazing.

Very disappointed. We were seated, but we had no waitress for almost 20 minutes. It was 8:30 am and only 4 people eating. Also, after we were seated two other customers came in and they were waited on right away. They may not be seeing us any time soon.
Prices seem high but you tend to get extra meat ie: three sausage instead of two etc food comes out slow sometimes but over a great service

Cherry Hill diner is a pretty much my gold place to eat lunch and brunch at the same time the staff is real nice never a long wait and the food is really excellent and good Ill be back Wednesday there
We eat here fairly regularly particularly when seeing movies locally and find it to be extremely reliably good home cooked meals with good variety. The service is great as the atmosphere is also and the menu is all that one would wish, never disappointing and with reliably good prices!
Waited 45 minutes for breakfast our waitress Samantha was horrible when my wife asked her if our food was ready she said If it was you would be eating thanks Sam for your words of wisdom you know what if my service was good you would have gotten a tip never coming here again food was cold diner was filthy
The one waitress called my kids white trash and was very unprofessional. She came out to the parking lot and continued to try and start trouble as we tried to leave. The manager Diane handled the situation very well.
Monte cristo wasn’t good and my partners meal had no flavor and was dry. The only thing that had flavor was the pickle. I guess they don’t believe in seasonings?

Honestly food was ok not the greatest...waitress was phenomenal but one thing I dont like and one thing I noticed is that we get separated by ethnicity...one side of the restaurant was Caucasian and the other side was African American or Spanish...Im not feeling that at all and its not like they didnt have room as there was plenty...will not be eating there again this is the second time this has happened I thought it was coincidence last time until today

First and last time I will ever go to this place it’s beyond a disappointment I ordered broiled flounder I almost threw up it was so bland no flavor just tasted like the ocean and when I called I was told there is nothing that can be done because the owner was not there so basically I was told to bad this place is tacky and does not care about the customer if I could leave no stars I would I had a better fish fillet at McDonald’s and to add insult to injury my sides and soup was bland as well so don’t waste your time unless you like NO FLAVOR …..

Terrible.I dont hold Diners to very high standards, but this was awful.As were being seated i can overhear a waitress in an inappropriate conversation about gay people.Our first waiter takes our drink order, but we never see him again. He attends to a party of 10 on the other end of the diner, and 15-20 min the hostess replaces him with another...waiter? We needed to remind him our entrees came with soup or salad, and gave our choice. Then had to remind him our entrees came with 2 sides, then gave those choices also.About 5 minutes go by, our waiter retunes with a few questions:-did i say sweet potato or sweet potato fries;-what kind of gravy does my wife want on her open faced turkey; and what do i want for dessert. One scoop of ice cream, or pudding? Lets wait until Im finished eating..The meal would have been the worst of all, if I hadnt gone into the bathroom before we left. On my way to the bathroom i see an asian family returning their meal to a very apologetic waitress. Once in the bathroom, an employee was stuffing rags in some hole that im guessing is where the 1/2” of orange colored water on the floor is coming from.Finally on our way out , as were paying the bill, were forced to listen to the apologetic waitress spewing vulgarities about her asian customers to the hostess. Same one i overhead when we walked in.And plenty of parking!!

Iv been visiting this diner for YEARS and always loved it, it was my husband and I favorite spot until today. We were so excited to stop in this morning with our kids and when I say we had soft sausage(under cooked) I had uncooked bacon on my plate and my husbands eggs were supposed to be scrambled but were so runny it left a puddle under all his French toast. We left about 10 mins after receiving the food! When I brought is to the managers attention while paying at the front counter I got completely ignored until I said “do you hear me speaking to you about your service” his excuse for the uncooked food is “it’s sunday rush”!!!! So your telling me this is your first Sunday rush? He took 5 dollars off a 50 dollar bill and majority of our food was uncooked! I’m sorry to say but today will be the last time ever visiting the cherry hill diner! And if any body of a higher seniority reads this, you are due for a whole new staff because today is sickening!

I usually dont do reviews...but today Im really unsatisfied. Its six tables filled and only one waitress which isnt the waitresses fault I get that. It was half of a tooth pick in my French onion soup and when I told the manager he just acted like it wasnt a big deal, he could of atleast said that he was sorry that,that happened..something!! Then our witness BRENDA came out of the kitchen without her mask on scratching her hair/head while she was carrying our food over her shoulder. I would think during covid people would be more mindful but I guess not!! Plus my food was cold and my Fiancée asked for her steak to be medium and it was definitely well done this was after I had cold soup and our food took forever.
Giving 4 🌟 , food good place clean. Only felt like waitress was annoyed if asked for something. Then take longer then usual time get item.
We showed up almost closing time, but were warmly greeted. The staff had already started leaving, so it was a bit difficult for the one server to keep up with the dozen of us. He did quite well, excepting a couple of issues here and there. The food was tasty, but Id suggest sticking to breakfast!
My favorite Dinner in south Jersey, best breakfast IMO, no complains with the service or food.
