Second lie is the first time I went to them to get my Phone screen fixed the volume would go up and down on its own AFTER THE NEW SCREEN I called he said oh it sounds like it probably dropped which is bs cause it was never dropped so he say bring it in he would fix it. Didn’t get the chance to bring it in but when I did this time I needed another screen cause it had rainbow lines in the screen this time cause yes it was dropped a couple of times so here it is a second screen phone was dropped one time I just got this new screen yesterday and here it the same lines but this time worst and he’s like oh I wish I could help you we have really good quality screens you must have dropped it okay and yes one time you mean to tell me the first drop the screen will be busted like this it hasn’t even been 24 hours of having the screen and dropped one time with no cracks nicks in the phone case nothing not to mention he charged me $25 dollars for a phone case he guarantee will protect the phone if dropped .SMH HE’S a Liars poor quality and rip off artists they charge high prices for poor quality material.Oh hours later with the phone not being touched the screen gradually turned to black with out being bothered with. The phone wasn’t dropped he sold me a bad screen

I took my daughters cracked screen to Apple. They wanted 170.00 . Apple said it was so bad that they were the only ones who could fix it. I eventually took it into Stop and fix. The gentleman was very knowledgable and explained his business was just as qualified to fix my phone. Well, they did a great job, in just a half hour and it was only 110. Such a big difference.
