Showed up here for some technical support and there were many customers inside without masks. Didnt see any staff address this issue. Definitely didnt feel safe. Would not visit again in person until transmission rates are way down. Be advised.

I wanted to review the outstanding customer service I received from Joseph L. My first visit to this location, he talked with me at length about my options to trade in 2 existing phones on my account. At no time did I feel rushed. He made sure I understood what changes would be made to my plan in regards to price increase as well as answering all the questions I had. When I came back on my second visit, he was there & helped me with upgrading my phones. His excellent customer service should be commended & recognized by Verizon.

Manager Rob Mc. stepped in to help with my situation and quickly identified the likely cause of an unusual problem with my iPhone, which Apples phone tech support did not recognize or offer to resolve. (Ultimately, I must head to the Genius Bar). Rob also helped to correct something that a (likely) temporary staffer did months earlier; it was a time-consuming clean-up and he was thorough. Robs a straight-shooter and definitely sought to make sure I left the store satisfied. I rarely need to go to a Verizon store, but his service is the reason I would return to this location.

Just bought me a Galaxy Note 20 wasnt for sure of all of my contacts and everything was transferred to my new phone from my Motorola went to the Verizon store to have them transfer all of my contacts and passwordsI guess they have new people working at the store because one young man didnt seem to know what he was doing and had to call someone else over to help him they both took about 20 minutes to figure out my new Galaxy phone I was pleased when they got done but I was frustrated with the time that they had to spend to do it youre supposed to be trained professionals

Came in with a phone that wouldnt charge or turn on. Val tried in every way they could to get my phone to work. I had to get a replacement and Val helped me pick out one that would fit my needs. After I selected the phone I wanted, Val not only brought out the phone, but also went a step further and got all the cases that they had available so I didnt have to go through looking myself. They helped me put on my new screen protector (perfectly!), got my phone all set up, and all my info from the cloud loaded onto my new phone. Val even helped me find a popsocket that matched my phone and case perfectly.Although I went to the store upset about my phone not working, I left very pleased with a brand new phone thanks to Vals assistance. Best experience I have had buying a new phone! Thank you Val!

I have had more bad experiences in this store than I can count. Store associate was more interested in telling me how to wear a mask than actually being helpful. Long story short. I received no help from anyone in this store and had to go to the corporate Verizon store on Rt. 73 to get my phone fixed.

I had a terrible time with Verizon wireless, their supervisor in customer service declined to speak with me saying they couldnt help me that I needed to go back to the store which is about 30 minutes each way from my house. I have been a loyal Verizon customer since the company was called MaBell in the early 70s. My husband bought a screen protector and they applied it but left dust under it so it wont last long it will start to loosen the adhesion. And they charged me 40 dollars for it while everyone else is about half that price. The customer service is very rude and are not doing their job. I believe in this case instead of making me go all the way back to the store they should credit my account and I will get better service from bestbuy! Literally bestbuy will do it professionally in 15 minutes! My husband spent 45 minutes on Sunday and accomplished nothing! I guess as with most companies Verizon is going down hill! I would suggest to everyone that they purchase their devices and accessories from bestbuy! They are cheaper, better customer service and are straight forward with people! They are still caring about their customers. If I could give them zero stars I would!

Horrible customer service. All they do is play the blame game. Do NOT use this store, they have misinformation. It’s their way or the highway. They even have pieces of paper at the front of the store with OLD information for Fios. Verizon customer for 2 months and I will be canceling my service with these hooligans. Never in my whole life have I had the level of incompetence and lack of accountability.

I was just at this store and Adrian went above and beyond to sort out an issue I had because I made the mistake of going to an “authorized retailer” to order a new phone instead of the actual Verizon store. Never again! Adrian gets all 10s for customer service and friendliness and I’ll try to order directly from him next time!

My family and I have been Verizon customers for 20 years. Went in earlier today to upgrade from an Android to an iPhone. The saleswoman automatically handed us a piece of paper and told us we could buy the phone and go home to set everything up. My parents are not technologically advanced so we asked if she could help us set it up. She claimed, with an attitude, multiple times, that she could not set up phones, as it has been a policy since December 2017. My mom had been helped by another saleswoman in this exact store in April who set up my moms phone for her IN STORE. After multiple attempts at asking this woman to help us, she repeated the same “policy” like a script. Even told me to treat her “nicely” when I handed over my fathers phone. There was nothing wrong with the way I handed it over and when we said we didn’t want the phone anymore and wanted to leave she was very rude. Definitely do not recommend this store again. Wish I gave the lady the time of day to learn her name and put it in this review.

After a couple of less-than-stellar interactions with some lackadaisical people at Verizon, Alicia at the Cherry Hill Store worked at all the different options I had available, found the one with the lowest monthly cost, and informed me I was eligible for a veterans discount which no one had ever told me about. Bottom line is a large discount for me. She was outstanding and restored my faith in Verizon

Be careful. The $10 discount off a 2nd verizon account only materilizes if you have verizons highest speed internet Our salesman never mentioned that and we did not get the discount. Also,,, you have to sign up to VerizonUp REWARDS for the discount . From what I read,,, It LOOKS LIKE THAT ALLOWS Verizon TO TRACK YOUR BROWSING-EMAILS-CONTACTS-EVERYTHING. AND THATS SOMETHING THEY REPORTEDLY CANT STOP ONCE ITS STARTED. Pretty dirty pool.

Amazing team at this Verizon!! I had been to two Verizons and the Apple store before coming here with no luck. Moné was super patient with me and setup the dual sim on my iPhone. Charles and Rob were really helpful too in figuring out the best plan to save monthly. They had some throwback jams on too. Highly recommend this team!

The best experience in an electronics shop ever.Went on a Sunday just after they opened. One sales person open the door gracefully, and Victor took care of my problem immediately: : I was very frustrated after buying a new Samsung Edge 7 phone, and a constant pop up message was irking me. I had spent two hours with Verizon Customer service on the phone, and nothing changed.Victor immediately identified the problem and came up with the solution of changing the SIM card, and now my phone works perfectly. People at Customer service had told me to get a new phone or to go to Best Buy to get new software!I strongly recommend this shop and salesperson.

It was a busy Saturday, I understand, but I had a toddler and a baby and a broken phone and no way to even contact my husband or anyone else. They kept saying I had to wait, said it could be 20 minutes or more and wouldnt even let me use the phone to call my husband or Assurion to place a claim over the phone, because i pay for insurance each month for this very reason. Just heartbroken over they way they treated me, like i was crazy or something. Obviously no one in there understood what it is like to have children and not be able to call 911 in case something happened.

Visiting this place with my wife further reinforced in my mind what is wrong with the BIG cell phone carries. Im on Google Project Fi and i have never had to deal with sitting in a store while the employees just stared at me. Not sure what they were doing but I sat there for 30min and all i needed to do was pay off her phone. I couldnt do this on the phone nor could i do it online, Im assuming so they get me in the store to buy a new phone.Went to Best Buy and guess what, Samsung was running a promo that got me a new 32 TV for my time and trouble.

Got new google pixel 2 and service wouldnt switch over ( cause i didnt move the sim card :/ ) Darnell helped me without any tech snobbery and with patience. Charles the manager was exquisitely helpful and got me a water, cause i was sick/sore throat. Wayne was helping someone else but bounced over to help also. Everyone was super nice/funny/helpful and it was a busy time, saturday midday!!!! Plus no one was super pushy about selling me stuff. I waited in the store for 20 minutes before someone even mentioned that you need to sign in (after another person waiting asked). They didnt have the phone I wanted in stock and would only ship it to an address that someone would sign for it. I asked if they could just ship it to the store and I come pick it up, but they refused.

Disreputable business practices at this location. I was told that I was purchasing new phone on trade-in deal only to discover salesperson processed it for monthly equipment charge when I received first bill. I was advised that accessories were free and to pick out new case and was also given car charger (neither were requested) only to be informed by Verizon customer service that it was paid for out of trade-in credit. Presently dealing with customer service to seek remedy. Dishonest, unethical treatment here.

I should really be giving no star. I normally dont post ratings but today I was completely humiliated by the guy who wore a casual t-shirt and glasses tonight. After waiting a long time to be called, the guy couldnt help me at all with the service I needed because my name is not on the account, however this is a family line that has my number and I am 22 years old. I couldn’t even ask GENERAL questions for him. He would just cut me off and won’t even bother listening to me. He mainly said that what I am asking for him to do requires him looking through my sim card, but its an iphone!! theres no sim card. He obviously does not care for proper customer service because he was rude to me.Listen, I work at a financial aid office and been through hell. I know the piracy act. I also know how to provide a better customer service unlike him. I don’t understand why he couldnt suggest me to call my mom, who’s the account holder, to give verbal clearance for me to speak to someone about MY IPHONE DATA SPEED. People are just rude over there. I know the rep is not totally wrong, but I felt mistreated.

This place was a complete joke. I have dealt with many Verizons but this one was the worst on the list. There was about 3 customers, and 5 staff which is not a bad ratio. After an hour and a half wait we decided we would not be buying 5 new iPhone 7s here and just left to go else where. Never again.

This store is a joke. Went in seeing if my plan could upgrade and they said nope. Asked about the edge plan they said nope. Was very disapointed. A Manger walked over and asked what was going on and when we told him he pulled the sales guy in the back. A few mintues later they came back and said we could pick out any phone in the store for free you just have to get a new tablet. Well in the end it ended up costing us almost 600 dollars. Also we are paying for these phones monthly. Argued with them for like two months. They know what they were doing. Spoke with a lawyer and it is not worth the money of a case. For now on whenever I got into a verizon store I will record every little thing.

This store is a joke... brand new droid maxx out the box the 4g dont work go there to get a new phone as i was told by the tech support on the phone alls they do is changed the sim card, next day 4g still dont work, thank god i called tech support and they told me about the 14 day gareetue dealm where if tyour phone dont work as soon as brought you can get a new one for free no matter what, they didnt tell me that in the store cause they wanted me to wait until 14 days was up then would try to rip me off and pay extra money for a new phone. Verizon is a joke I hate it and cant wait to be back with at&t Im pretty sure a phone with them will work right out the box.

Went for service for my iphone, waited for an extra 20 minutes because the service person mis-entered my name into their waiting line (thanks for that), was told that they could not (would not) replace my phone in the store, but they would overnight it to me, and it would definitely get to me by 7pm the next day (I asked again just to make sure). 7pm rolls around the next day, no iphone. I call up to see whats what, and Im told that it will definitely be here by 7pm the NEXT day. Without a phone for two days because they are apparently out of iphones. Great.

I got to this Verizon store 5 minutes before closing time , to my surprise the door was closed and when I knocked on the door the guy inside was like no we are closed , I couldn’t believe it, I drove 15 min for nothing , I couldn’t even pay my bill , then I just saw everyone walk out early !!!! I’ll never be back to that Verizon and also I’m closing down all my devices with Verizon !!!
