We hired Abruzzi to do a full kitchen remodel. We were very happy with the results and it was a pleasure working with the Abruzzi team.Personnel: Abruzzi is a one stop shop so it made the entire process very easy and streamlined for us. Tony (the owner) is a good ans honest person. He has been in the business for a long time and was onsite a lot, keeping an eye on things and making sure we were happy. Jill (the designer) was great to work with, has a very good eye for design and was very responsive throughout the process. The crew handling demo and install were very professional, clean and precise. Tony handled all the subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, flooring, etc), and they were all very high quality.Workmanship: The result is beautiful and we couldnt be happier. We live in an older house, so a cookie-cutter approach would not have been possible. Abruzzi delivered a customized result, which has really transformed the space. The cabinets, countertops and tile are very high-quality and the installation is flawless.Budget: Pricing was competitive given the quality of the work and materials and the experience of the team. Tony stuck to the budget that we agreed to upfront.Timeline: The project was finished in a timely manner and within our expectations.We will definitely be using them again for other projects and highly recommend them!

I was with my uncle when he decided to get his whole kitchen counter remodeled. I saw the whole process from start to finish and it was beautiful!They did a great job and the price was reasonable.

My mother wanted her kitchen remodeled and had it started way before the pandemic. After things started opening back up again she would call them to come over and finish everything but they would never get back to her. Once they finally got back to her they came to the house but made an excuse that they didn’t have what was needed in the work truck to finish the job and would have to reschedule for a later date. Meanwhile my mother has a useless kitchen with a pot rack that’s not even drilled into the beams, the cabinets are crooked, the cabinets are cracking from the ceiling, there’s plaster al over the uneven walls, they haven’t even been sanded down so there for you can’t paint the kitchen, there’s no grout on the tiles of the backsplash so water is bound to get into it and create more of a mess, there’s no pantry like they promised her that someone was going to make for her but it never happened!!! They asked for my mom to pay 90% of her fees and never came back!!! Useless company that has left my mother in state of depression. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

One really needs to put thought into what ultimately the design will be and talk through it with the in house consultants and you will find what best suits you...I did... and found a gorgeous stone... I couldnt be happier

Very satisfied with this company. I shopped around and they had the best price. The work was very detailed and quick. I couldn’t be happier. Definitely going to hire them to do my bathroom next.

We went here expecting someone to come out and talk to us about tiles. That never really happened. We felt a bit overwhelmed and werent even sure which sections to look in so we decided to go somewhere else. After speaking to someone at another tile shop and understanding specifically what we wanted, we did end up coming back here and trying to get a better price for tiles. I believe that was a huge mistake on our part because after purchasing stuff from this store, we ran into several issues. First, when we arrived to pick up out tiles, we were told that they couldnt find them and we would have to wait for someone who knew where they where. Once that person came, she explained that it was very inconvenient that we decided to pick up our tiles on a Saturday because they were understaffed. (So understaffed that we needed to wait for her to come back from her lunch break) Once they found the tiles, they told us no one knew how to operate the forklift so we needed to carry the boxes individually and load them into our car. After we got home and unloaded, our contractor realized that half the tiles were the wrong colors, so we had to call the company back to get things resolved. That took until the following Wednesday while we had contractors waiting to do work. Another side note, we tried to get some marble saddle and shelves but they never were able to get back to us about them so we went to floor and decor and got those. We would not recommend doing business with this company.

Abruzzi Stone -A+++++++++++Family owned, they were fantastic from beginning to end. Warm friendly and very accommodating. We worked Jill who is just the sweetest person, she is awesome! They addressed a small kink immediately without hesitation or resistance. My leathered marble-granite is so gorgeous. Thank you!!

Knowledgeable and up front staff. We had some very specific questions about a bathroom renovation we were considering doing and instead of just throwing numbers at us , the owner took the time to review everything and make us aware of any complications and hidden costs that could really make this a bigger project than intended. In the end we decided to do some minor upgrades ourselves, but we really appreciated the openness and honesty about what this could turn into instead of trying to grab our deposit and just hoping there were no issues down the line.I was confident that if we were going to pull the trigger on this bath renovation that these would be the people to deal with over the other designers/contractors we got quotes from.

The staff was very knowledgeable and passionate about all of the services they offered. The bathroom designer (I believe Mark) was helpful in drawing up a diagram and getting us quick quote (very competitive) so we can take the next steps when were ready.

Had the biggest Quartz selection of all the places we went to. They just did our kitchen tops. Came out great. Looking forward to having them do our house down the shore.

8-25-17: I paid for a countertop, backsplash and threshold in April of 2017. It took Abruzzi about a month to complete the counter. Then, I couldnt get the rest of the work done because supposedly they had a fire of some sort which delayed some of their work. Understandable. I was told to be patient and they would not forget about me. Months pass and Stephanie actually called me asking for the other half of payment in August to which I replied that the work was never completed. Apparently I was forgotten. Took them until August 2017 to complete the backsplash, after which I was nice enough to pay them for the remainder of the balance in anticipation that the threshold would be done that week as well. That was my mistake and its nearly September 2017 and Im still waiting on the threshold.Every single time I call I get the run-around about how everyone is busy and theyll call me back. They rarely do and if Im lucky enough they call and tell me someone can probably come out tomorrow, but out of the 4+ times Ive been told that - nobody shows up and even worse, nobody will call me to update me at all. Then. when I call they treat me as though Im bothering them. I guess they cant stop making sales long enough to complete a paid job.I called two weeks ago and spoke to Max, and gave him 4 open days of availability (Tuesday through Friday) where I was available to have an installer come to complete the work. I called weeks in advance because they dont seem to have time for people who have already paid them but still they could not complete the order. Its now the end of my 4 days of availability and my order remains unfilled. Ive called 3 times just today and nobody will speak to me. Avoid this place at all costs, they will take your money and wont honor their appointments.Update as of 9-14-17: work was finally completed on 9-9-17 - the final piece (threshold) was finally installed, completing my original order from April 2017. The owner, Tony, apologized to me for the wait and completed the threshold himself after seeing my review, Im certain. I do appreciate the apology, but the extremely long wait is surely not an industry standard. He explained the company had gone through some difficulties, which I wont go into here and because of this they couldnt fulfill my order in a timely fashion. However, the carpet leading up to the threshold still remains unsecured so Ill have to hire someone to tack it down and trim the excess carpet or do it myself. No big deal, but something Id expect to be done considering the amount I was charged as its relatively quick and simple to do. Guess he didnt have the tools on him to complete it. Oddly, all this week, the owner continues to call my phone when Im at work, leaving voicemails asking me to remove my negative review, which I already had done on Facebook. I had no luck in getting a call back when trying to get the work completed, however once my review is visible, Im getting calls daily. Because of this, I feel as though potential clients deserve to be aware of the inconvenience that they may be subject to when dealing with this company. I would never choose to deal with this company in the future and I sincerely hope they improve their customer relations as a result of my feedback. For the price that I paid, the service provided was far from sufficient. The countertop is good so far though, no complaints there.

I was purchasing a counter top from them due to the nice sales guy Marc that I worked with. Marc was off today so when I called, Stephanie was nice enough to try and help me. I was confused about the process since I have never bought a countertop before and this is a splurge item for me. Stephanie handed the phone to Tony to answer some questions. He started the conversation with, who are you? I dont know where things went from there other than downhill. He kept asking who is doing the work on my house. I thought they were? I didnt understand that I needed to have the sink preinstalled and would have been happy to do so but he kept saying a bunch of things in his language and I honestly just didnt understand. As he is telling me and I am getting upset, he was almost laughing that I was frustrated. I told him I thought it best to get off the phone and I would call Marc. He said we didnt charge your card, not doing business with you. Now I know spending $3500 is probably a little thing to them but not to me. I went to 5 stores, did my homework and went off of reviews in my final choice. Any man that can have a woman in tears and then just hang up on her all because she didnt understand how a sink was installed is not meant to talk to people on the phone. It was awful.
