I was dreading going mattress shopping. This was so easy and they are so nice!We purchased an adjustable King mattress. We knew nothing about the different option when walking in but we were educated by Ben. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The manager Todd helped us find some more affordable options and even gave us complimentary mattress covers.They offer free delivery.They will take our old mattresses to the curb or they will take them away for a fee. Ashley at the Cherry Hill, NJ store was amazing. No one rushed or pushed us to buy. Third party delivery called the night before delivery to give you a 3 hr window as welp as 15 mins before arrival. They removed my old mattress.

Ordered a $1,200 bed to be delivered to an assisted living facility for my mother who is 84 and immobile. When I called mattress warehouse to find out about the delivery time they gave me a window of 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM and I told them that the facility my mother is moving into does not open till 8 AM. They told me that there is nothing they can do and the bed may be delivered before 8 AM before the assisted living building opens — in that case the bed would not be delivered leaving my mother without a bed.The customer service for mattress warehouse is the worst I have experienced in my entire life and made an already incredibly difficult experience of managing a move into senior care of an elderly parent so much worse. To not try to make a half an hour accommodation for a customer moving into senior housing is outrageous. Mind you, the beds are being delivered in a local area where I can see no reason why a delivery can’t be pushed to the end of the day instead of the beginning of the day considering the circumstances.I called the corporate office and their customer service representative was even worse.I truly hope that my mother does not spend her very first night in assisted living facility away from home without a bed but it’s entirely possible due to the ineptness of mattress warehouse.Never do business with this establishment.

Experience was pretty good. I had asked to have my old mattress taken when they delivered the new mattress but when they arrived to my house, the salesperson hadnt added that to my order. They ended up accepting cash but was unfortunate that I wasnt rung up correctly.

Well, I cant say that anymore! Todd was totally right about the bed he sold my husband and me. Ive had back pain for years and Todd knew I would be super picky about a bed. He listened to my concerns and recommended an awesome hybrid mattress. Its a great bed and...ugh I have to say it...he was right.
