My wife and I went to Mattress Firm in Cherry Hill about a month ago. We were having back and neck pain from a mattress that was 10 years old. It took us a little while to figure out what the problem was, but once we figured it out we started shopping around. We discovered Mattress Firm and they had an incredible selection. Joe was the store manager that was assisting us and he left no question unanswered and helped us narrow down what was the best mattress for us. We ended up with the Purple Mattress # 2, mainly because we wanted more firmness than plush, and we werent disappointed. In addition, he recommended an adjustable base to help with back and lumbar support. Also, I would recommend getting the Purple Pillows even if you dont go with a Purple Mattress. These pillows are the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on. Joe gave us a fair price for everything and was able to get the new mattress in and the old one out within a few days. Went to mattress firm for the first time an was very pleased with my experience. Was greeted by salesman Joe. Very nice man. He asked me what I was looking for I told him he showed me couple different mattress an explained the difference between them. Went to the cherry hill location yesterday and was very impressed by the staff. Robert P took care of us and treated us like family! He took our budget into consideration as well as our needs for mattress type and showed us quite a few mattresses. He was patient while we laid on them until we found the one we wanted to buy. We didn’t feel any type of pressure from him, which we appreciated. Since we’re in pandemic times, it’s also worth mentioning that Robert wore a mask the whole time, kept a safe distance from us, and provided pillow covers when we tested out the mattresses. As soon as we entered into the building, Uldris stood up from his work space and made sure that we were acknowledged. He did not hover and he was not overwhelming. Whenever we had questions he had an immediate answer, once we finally made a decision on purchasing a temperpedic mattress with an adjustable base the check out process was quick and easy. After a less than stellar experience at other mattress stores, I decided to check out Mattress Firm Cherry Hill - Haddonfield Rd and was I glad I did! Cosmo (also manages the Mount Laurel - Centerton Rd location) was on the floor and I was in good hands. As many Google/Yelp reviews can attest, Cosmo is master salesman that never makes you feel like he’s trying to sell something to you. His knowledge of the product and pricing is extraordinary as he was able to explain the difference between several models without ever checking a cheat sheet. He excels at building trust with the customer and even when I left to check pricing on similar mattresses with other competitors. Walking out the door I already felt like I was wasting gas. I came in having done my homework and Cosmo had worked out a deal far better than I would have ever imagined. My current experience at Mattress Firm far surpassed my last experience at Sleepy’s. While I still love my first mattress and I can’t wait until I receive my next one, I was blown away by the customer service. Cosmo has made me a loyal customer and I look forward to seeking his expertise in the near future as well as recommending for people to seek him out in Cherry Hill or Mount Laurel.
