Good drink only soured by the taste of spending $6.81 for a grande pumpkin spiced latte. They have higher prices because they are licensed.

Literally the best starbucks Ive ever been to, they get my drink right every single time and maintain such a positive vibe whenever I walk in! Most starbucks I go to have an 80% chance to either give me the wrong drink or ignore any additions I make, even when its just a couple extra pumps of a flavor, so this is a great change!

Ordered online and it was ready when I got there and all 7 drinks made correctly!

I didn’t like my drink, so I asked them to remake it. They were so upset because I asked that! I have to many Starbucks this is the only Starbucks I wasn’t satisfied with.

Staff almost always mess up my order when i order through the app very frustrating, but fix it.staff are nice.

Everyone at this location is really really nice and goes above and beyond to give you a good experience. We accidentally sent our mobile order to the wrong store, so they did as much as they could to make it right for us. They were all really kind about our mistake and were really friendly in general. Just really great customer service. Ill definitely be going back to this location when I can!

I go here often for my morning pick me up and the staff there is absolutely amazing and my coffee is perfect. Also my furkids love their pupicinos! Thsnk you!

The employees were very kind and welcoming. I got the peppermint mocha which was warm, not hot. The place was clean and quiet. Great coffee store to get school work done. Do recommend!

Its a awsome place its just they kept messing up my order i did not like that of cores but the rest of it was good. It was clean and not dirty the tables were a little dirty because, they were sooooooooo busy there was like 50 people in line (not really) but it sure did feel like that. So i get why the tables were dirty.

I normally go through the drive-thru, but ordered inside this morning and enjoyed my visit with the staff. They were very helpful and friendly and most important the coffee was great.

Got great cappuccino! I bought one and could test the extra flavor(caramel) I requested until it was at the bottom of the cup. Can do better on that!

Tired of trying to get a cup of coffee thats not burnt. Glad I didnt buy the Black Friday special mug.. would have been a whole month of disappointment. If you quit rushing and listen to the customers order, the coffee will get better.

The best place to study if you wanna be ahead of the curve since they open the earliest in the area (5:30 am).Enough seating to accommodate quite a few students.The wifi sometimes lags quite noticeably but you never lose a connection.

I hate this!!! This is the 3rd time I have come to this Starbucks and they have closed at least 30 minutes before their stated time on the door!! Is this a store that has a “whenever my employees want to go home” kinda timeline??! I find this so annoying!!

Cozy furniture and friendly staff 😊 a bit of a tough location to get out of driving depending on where you are going though due to the one-way streets surrounding it.

On multiple occasions I have ordered a 16oz hot drink and received less than 12oz I know this because recently I have been pouring my drink into a measuring cup to check and it is always less than 12oz. I have complained and they provide me with a free drink that that they make sure and fill full, but then I go back later in the next day or two and they short me again.

Small branch, but still a good location to have a meet up and coffee. Easy access, and plenty of parking.

Ordered two of the same drink and they both came out super bad. I bet they forgot to put the base in my frappaccinos vecause they are so friggin crunchy. The whip taste like it doesnt have vanilla in it (like standard) and they forgot the caramel salt. I asked for extra on the bottom an rop and they gave us non. And shorted the whip like no tomorrow. Whatever. I dont live near here so good riddance

Way too slow. I get annoyed when they have my drink in their hand and they are taking an order. This has happened daily this month. Just get me my drink!!! Slowest starbucks ever.

Firsts the cashier was making rude remarks about me adding 3 pumps of classic to my drink. Sorry that I like my teas sweet. Then the girl obviously made my drink wrong and I asked is this with no water and she didn’t even look up and said the sassiest yup and rudely turned around. I know when my drink is made right and wrong and if I’m paying for a drink you should make the drink right or go work somewhere else. So unbelievably upset with how rudley I was treated today. People are paying you to do your job correct.

Very nice , the set up is very comfortable , i seen alot of laptop areas and all of the seats occupied so im assuming its a great place to do work, the drive thru moves very fast, the employees arent to outgoing

So disrespectful, and unprofessional. Pulling up to the window to pay they took my card and slammed the window shut and left, then came back and slammed the window shut again after handing me back my card. When I asked if the person at the window could double check to make sure the drink was soy and not regular milk due to an extreme allergy, the person at the window responded and told me that they heard me the first time I asked for soy, and that they knew how to do their job, but wouldnt answer my question. After I asked who the manager was, they responded that they were the manager and told me to leave. After calling and asking who the manager was, another employee claimed to be the manager, which I later found out was untrue, and told me that I was being disrespectful to the employee, at which I responded that I will not be returning again. Not a good experience whatsoever

Cheney Safeway, friendly staff, some good sales, most prices have been improved recently. there is a Starbucks inside the Safeway store.

The baristas at the Cheney Starbucks are always friendly and make you feel welcome, even when theyre extremely busy (which is frequent).

The employees are nice, however customer service is lacking. Every time I have gone through drive through it has taken more than 6 mins, average 10mins. That is with no apology for slow service or explanation. Such as just now it took over 6 mins with no cars in front of me and not busy inside. Not sure why this place is so slow but it is by far the slowest service I have ever had at any Starbucks.

The drinks were pretty good, but the customer service is lacking.

The Starbucks decor and atmosphere is pretty typical with a college town twist as there were lots of students (at least during the time I stopped by). I was pleasantly surprised as the barista understood my drink request, which is a bit out of the norm...some of the baristas in Seattle cant even get it right.

Starbucks just told me they cant make their own line of tazo tea. That is crazy and I wont be purchasing anything from here again. Manager Jessica said she doesnt know how to order the tea for their store.

Not impressed. Doesnt meet the typical Starbucks standards. The order taker was rude and impatient (no one was in line behind me) and they made my drink totally wrong. They were also irritated that I asked for a for here cup.
