The website and the sign on the door said they were open till 8:00 pm. I got there at 6:00 pm and found the door locked. Two people were inside working (and working hard to avoid eye contact w/ me). I knocked on the window and when I finally got the attention of one of the employees, he just shook his head. .... If a store has to close early, they should at least have the decency to put a temporary sign on the door apologizing for the inconvenience. I wont be back there any time soon. UPS got my business tonight.

Excellent service by James at the Drum Hill Fedex location. James helped me out with label printing that I needed for my daughters wedding, very helpful, many thanks to him.

Website says they close at 8:00 pm but they were closed when I got there on 10/1/21 @ 6 pm yesterday. That must be fix so that people don’t drive all the to the place only to return home. Other people have complained for months but that has still not been changed.

Shows times that they are open till 8PM, but refused to take the shipment at 6PM. Clerk literally asked me to go ship someplace else as it was 6:01pm and that they close by 6pm; even though I was at the store at 5:50pm

Had trouble with this location adhering to FedEx policy. Even after pulling up the policy from the website, the worker was argumentative. Will be shipping with UPS from now on.

Love this place employee remember me when I go in there and always greet me with a hello Debbie. How many places do you go were they remember your name ?. Not many so I know theyre paying attention to me when I go in there if I call ahead or email them they always have my stuff ready and waiting for meI never have a problem in their only location Ill use..Thanks Guys,😁

Waited like 20 minutes to pick up a package. Line grew to 5 people deep.

Their website says they open at 8 AM. Two days in a row. I went there at 8AM and waited 15 minutes. They weren’t open. End up wasting my time. Very frustrating.

Reason for 2 star review is due to them keeping their FEDEX van right in front of the door so makes it very difficult to bring in big heavy boxes to ship. Really not acceptable to have this blocking customer access. Also, not one of the men (who were young and a big/strong) working there helped me at all to bring in the boxes.

I use this facility few times weekly the staff is always very proficient, and remembers the needs of returning clients which is very nice. It is a busy office in a great location occasionally there is a wait but never too long. Plus you can rent computers do your own Printing and laminating and buy supplies all in one place.

Great service location at Drum Hill Rotary. Staffers are expert at pack-and-ship. Theyve packed and shipped a large flat collectible poster and antique musical instruments for me. Just walk in and say, Pack and ship, please! Theyve seen everything and will ship anything. Takes no time at all, even though I usually go at rush hour. Headed back there tonight with another package.

The gentleman that works here will do his very best to decline any and all business. With a line of about 5 people in the store, he successfully declined the business of at least 3 of those 5 potential customers. I was number 3 so Im not sure what he made of the 2 behind me after I left. UPS was happy to accept my business.

It’s very convenient, available parking, but constantly busy, especially after 4pm, in and out of the store. Good for emergency postage, copies and I like they offer packaging and are open later than regular post offices. It’s pricey.

The customer service representative was very rude. I sent out a prepaid package for a return that I received through FedEx last week. He tried to tell me that FedEx doesnt ship out shoe boxes, and proceeded to mumbled soe other bs under his breath. When I told him that the package was shipped through FedEx he had the dummest look on his face, and remained speaking rudely before I left. His name is Ian🤦🏾‍♂️👎🏽👎🏽

I went to fed ex at 9:00 am to do a drop off in their website it says that they are open and when I went there the door are closed and the light are off and it was so cold outside I called like 4 times no one answer this place is just horrible. This place sucks. I went to fedex to ship a pair of sneakers (yeezys) and I didn’t have an extra box to put it in. There weren’t any boxes that fit to the side so I bought one for $3.50 over the counter. I told her TWICE I needed it boxed up (which is why I paid the extra money) and it was evident she DIDNT LISTEN as the package showed up to the persons house NOT in a separate box. Shipping label was taped straight to the shoe box. Won’t be back.

The lady told me that my documents will arrive in the Philippines within 1-2 days therefore I did not mind the $109.74 for .6 lbs document however she did not tell me that it will be received only after 8 days. Indeed it arrived in the Philippines the following day but as a customer I don’t care with that details, all I need is when is the delivery?

Bad never will i go back drumhill hill used to be good in chelmsford mass they had my package for 5 days they claim they were out of boxes then they got the boxes and they said they needed help to double box it they said it will be ready tonight i went to pick it up not double boxed the girl says we need more days what the hell how many days do you need to put a box inside of a box????????? try getting some people that are not lazy and fatdone this is boston movie cars and props

I drove down from NH, figuring FedEx would be cheaper than Staples to fax instate of Massachusetts, but I should have stuck with Staples. They still use an old school fax machine, that I have been trying to send something 4 times and keep getting failed message an associate, or managers response, its been slowing responding and dialing out. Isnt this a sign, that a multi-million dollar company cant afford to update copy machines and add the fax scan and email feature? I will never go back nor recommend a FedEx to anyone for printing/faxing needs. Chelmsford needs a STAPLES STORE STAT!!! So I drove to drum hill to make a copy for $0.25 . And possibly late to work being in there for so long.

I called the store at a busy time and Mario helped me out with respect and efficiency.

I cant speak for the shipment side of things, but as far as printing goes find somewhere else if you can. I didnt have high expectations, but I would have expected that when paying $1.50 per cut plus $1.50 set up charge my prints would be cut accurately and not off center. Also, $5.00 to combine 3 files into one PDF? Really? It would have taken less time to drag and drop them than to open three separate files and click print three separate times, let alone wasting paper.

I went in to drop off a package and I was in and out in under 5 minutes, the staff there was friendly and did everything for me!

Dropped a package off with Prepaid Shipping at the Drum Hill Store. The store lost the package. Do NOT drop your packages off at this location. They can not be trusted to get your package shipped!!
