Was immediately greeted by an associate (Zach) who made everything easy for me at the store. He had an answer to every single question I threw at him and helped me throughout my stay.

The products here are pretty good. There are a wide arrange of things you can find here. the staff there are also reportedly satisfactory.

I had the worst experience today. The manager was so rude and disrespectful. I had NEVER EVER experience this kind of customer service before, he was also rude to the customer before me, and also a customer on the phone. I hate to complain and write a bad review but he need to work on his customer service skill. All the other workers were very friendly and polite except for this one manager, unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

Staples has changed, havent been in almost 17 yrs, had an old card that had money in it to copy things,,, very out dated was I , had to start from scratch. 18 cents a copy a tad high for me, but then again, I havent done it in a long time,,,

I went the night before the storm to print . Reached last moment just before closing but the staff was nice to print on the spot.

They have various office supplies, and the people working there are very helpful.

I can always find the office products Im looking for.

They no longer spiral bind books because it chips the blades. Little disappointed but whatchagonna do?

Very impressed with Angelica from Printing Services! Worked hard to make sure the order was fulfilled correctly and thoroughly, and didnt make excuses. Was very busy, she did a good job handling the traffic!This Staples seems a little understaffed in general, but was very grateful for the speed and work ethic showed by the staff regardless.

This place is a joke! Very expensive for what you get. They have inexperienced employees that promote one thing and do another. Because of the pandemic, people don’t have many options, and they take full advantage of that! Terrible experience overall and suggest you look elsewhere. You’re welcome!!

He was so nice, kind and prompt with every part of the service I was requesting. I give him five stars for exemplifying what true customer service is suppose to look like! I have overpaid and given so much business to this particular staples. I will find somewhere else to get prints from now on. And printers and white boards and pens and paper and on and on.I needed my designs printed tonight and even though they are twiddling their thumbs the rules are no rush jobs after 8pm.

Even though it was super busy and there was a huge sale the sales rep took the time to help me. Not only did he help me but told me to wait and he would grab the items that I needed. The cashier was very nice and knowledgeable.

Print your own copys dont go to the personal behind the desk . Dont email your files there to be printed go there use there copier save yourself money its unbelievable how much they charge you and up charge you to talk to a person also the email option be prepared to pay for early pickup.

Not even worth the time of day going there one cashier a young lady in the front of the store was wonderful I dont remember her name but shes absolutely wonderful and shes been cashiering at night everybody else in that store is non informed has no clue when you ask him a question the manager sits there and its not friendly he never greet you now my experiences are not at 8:30 p.m. at night I dont know what its like during the day but the night time crew is terrible Im sorry to get such a bad review but it doesnt even deserve one star

Staples runs pricing scams. They do not price match. According to Staples employees, manufacturers prices are always cheaper, they recommend buying from manufacturers direct. Example: An Epson wf-7720 printer at Staples is $299 on Epsons web site $199. Staples would rather you return the item and take your business elsewhere than honoring a manufacturers price.I cant see Staples staying in business very long once the consumer realizes direct manufacturers prices are considerably cheaper.

I was very pleased with the service at the Copy and Print department. A young lady named Gina who is friendly and professional helped me with my documents.

The people are nice, but the copy center is consistently overwhelmed. The poor staff are literally running to keep up with all of the customers, the self-service print area seems to be always down a machine or two (or three) and sometimes the mere suggestion of having a print job finished in the same day causes the staff to laugh sarcastically. I go there each May to print about $200 worth of black and white copies for a conference, and have begun to leave myself 3+ hours in order to get everything done.

Horrible place. A while ago I went to print something with my mother since we do not have access to printers. We had a bit of trouble using the printer because it did not want to work for us. We told the customer service guy. He seemed to be losing his patience with us but in the end we got what we needed and everything was alright. The next time we went there again and I saw the same guy and we looked at each other for a moment. He looked like he was half laughing as if the stupid people had come again but maybe I misinterpreted it for a rude gesture, I dont know. So we asked another customer service guy to help us and he was about to print it since he found the papers attached to staples email. Then the same guy from before whispers something in his ear and were staring right at them. He says something about letting us print it ourselves. The guy that was helping us tells us we have to do it ourselves because they cant do it. So why are there cards showing us the emails and 2 options on how to print? My god. Then my mother got really angry at this other guy from before saying how we were right there while he was whispering. He gave us some attitude and told us he didnt say anything even though we were right there listening like we were stupid. So my mother told me to wait with the phone as we sent a new email to the self service printing as she went to tell the other employees. They give her attitude there too. Loving those friendly vibes right now. She comes back and we wait for about 20 minutes and nothing happens at all. My mom irritated, asks why the emails arent working. Oh, well if its not working try connected to the WiFi. That really helps knowing that youve been staring at us struggling to send a damn email through the printer! Youre customer service for Christs sake. So as we leave we pass by the employees my mom is ranting about all the stuff that just happens in the course of about 40 mins or so and how rude they all are. All they say its her fault for having a bad phone! We then left. Sometimes we have no choice but to go there because unfortunately its the closest staples around. We still see that same guy from our first visit and hes always glaring at us I hate it! If I could I would give this -5 stars! Please dont come here.

I Gave Up on the self-serve photo copies years ago!! Had to buy a Stupid card to use it - and copy machines are Not user friendly!Now - Staples print center Won’t download a‘3rd party image’ and print it for me but, they are fine making me drive a few miles to a library to use the library’s desktop to download & email to Staples!!Now - - they didn’t get my email because THEIR business card has a TINNY TINY Dot in the email that I still Can’t see with glasses.I just talked with the manager Mike, who doesn’t see that this is absurd and Outrageous.

The lack of good customer service always disappoints me. The main reason Ive been going to other retailers and to Amazon more and more. Which is unfortunate since this store is a short drive from me.

Its Staples. You get what you would expect. Its perfectly fine, but sometimes the lines are long and theres only one cashier working.

Print station associate was short and somewhat rude on the phone. Did not seem to understand the questions I was asking about what types of scanners they had available in the print center to scan large documents, tried to tell me that their sheet fed scanner was also a flatbed scanner.

Terrible attitude and service at checkout counter..only person waiting while three employees chit-chat and once cashier was ready, the change drawer wasnt. Selection is awful, truly wish SAMS OR CHARRETTES, or Office Max were still around..these stores have sadly depreciated the last 10 years.

Theyre very convenient for printing and office needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is obviously not a priority at the print service station. I wish I would have gotten the young lady’s name who was the supervisor or manager of that area, but right off the bat when I arrived to the desk, she was so cold and rude. Not welcoming at all. Immediately I felt like even asking her a question was going to annoy her. If you do not like dealing with people face to face, why get a position with customer service? The young man who tried to help me was friendly but she was on the side with her rude face just watching and instead of directly talking to me, she would tell him to tell me. Mind you, she was right infront of me.This was my first and LAST time coming to this store. Perhaps you should re-train your employees on professionalism & customer service.

Tried to get a mngr in copies to print a 2 sided death cert document and she told me they dont do copies of legal documents. I feel thats total BS and rude. This happened at the store in Chelmsford Mass. Ive never had problems with CS in any other store and will NOT go back to Chelmsford. FYI IM OUT $5.00 for my troubles.

Placed an order online to print out some business cards before 2. It was supposed to be done on the same day but i called the store amd they said it cant be done since they have too many orders. Understood , they guranteed me that the cards will be ready by tomorrow morning. Went to the store next day, nothing was ready. I also had to pay the rush fee to print them out as soon as possible. Nothing makes sense here.

The only reason I purchase at this store is because of the great customer service, especially Andres.

Although the Tech Experts at the service desk are extremely friendly and willing to help, they are NOT experts. Unfortunately, I took a chance and had these experts replace a cracked screen on my IPhone (it only had one slight crack). Other than a slight crack, my phone worked fine. After they got their hands on it, my phone is completely inoperable. Ive brought it back several times, dealt with multiple experts, and no one can figure out what they did wrong. Now I need to go to my cell phone provide and completely buy a new IPhone (even though my agreement terms are not up for renewal yet). Not only am I out the $140 Staples charged me, but now I need to spend hundreds for a new phone. Dont trust this organization for anything but buying staples.
