I absolutely love this store, I shop there for special personalized wedding gifts and my experience is always a good one. The staff are very helpful and professional. They have very nice things to purchase and the prices are not too bad at all. Love this place.

I was surprised by the limited selection for a graduation present. But I did find a key chain, not what I wanted but settled. Now this is what upsets me. I wanted a special bracelet for a bride to be with her new name. I found what I wanted but very disappointed with the engraving as by her name there is a huge Knick at the end of her name. Also I wanted the year by the year the scratch that is over the 21 possible made by the tool. 😡. I did not pick it myself I had someone pick it up for me as I cannot. If I would of picked it up I would of said something immediately! I asked the sales lady for packaging as they are presents. Have the boxes with a bit of a cotton or styrofoam. Both piece were in a box in a black bag. I know this is possible because of my past purchases. Specially for the price of my purchase you think they could of places in the box a bit nicer. Very very disappointed in what I received. I do not no if I want to give it to the bride because of the sloppy engraving!! I did call the store when I received the bag but as of yet no one has returned my call!!!

Terrible customer service, you are better off shopping online dont waste your time asking the person working for help because they wont help you they will only point to the computer and have you do what you couldve done at home

Nice place to give someone a personalized gift. I have gotten several gifts for people from here over the years and they have always been well recieved. Some of the engravable items do see over priced though.
