So bright and colourfully happy just walking in there! Smells good enough to eat! They played and entertained my autistic daughter without any expectations from us. A wonderful sensory, water play table and bubbles times! The Manager Kim and her staff were so friendly and welcoming! Bought a jelly soap and the seven colors, rainbow, play dough-like soap for my princess :-)

I came to visit for a few hours from nyc and came across this store.Laurie and Mikey were exceptional is quality service. And really examined the products to me. I definitely will be buying these products online. Great experience. Def if you are in town. Shop here!❤

Smelled nice, but prices too high.

I went in there one day, purchased a few items to try and I have now become a longtime customer. They have some of the best products, our family has ever experienced! No harsh chemicals, safe for our sensitive skin and even my kids allergies too! Love this place ❤ 💕 😍

Not impressed by the prices, the Candy Rain hair conditioner gives me a massive headache everytime I use it😥 thanks for making me sick 🤢 I switched to function of beauty, better cost, better smell, more value, doesnt make my hair fall out, and its made in America not Canada so I can support my own country.

Love the products and staff is super rad. They all mean well even if a few are kind of... well, overbearing. I don’t mean that to sound mean and I know it isn’t meant to be, they’re just polite and eager but sometimes it’s a bit disconcerting. Thankfully management and employees who have been there a while have that right mix of personable and sales’ driven.Product is wonderful and worth the indulgent, I swear.

I have never been so appalled at the behavior of staff in my life!! With COVID I am pretty apprehensive about going to store to begin with, but my daughter really wanted some soap for Christmas. I gathered my items to get cashed out and then this staff member who was cashing me out (a short woman with blond hair) preceded to sneeze and wipe her hands on her mask then touch my soap packing. I then asked her if I could exchange for a new soup due to the fact I didn’t want a sneezed soap. She told me no and asked me to go since I was holding up the line. I am extremely disappointed in the attitude and hygiene practices of this store. I can’t say I’ll ever be back!!

Always like the products they have. The employees here were friendly and helped me get a new facial creme to help my dry skin in the winter. It was clean and had procedures in place to visit due to covid.

The staff here is so helpful, and informative on how to use all the products they have to offer. Everything is vegetarian, and lots of things are clearly labeled vegan. Very high quality products. Happy to see all there package free alternatives!

Were the only three customers in the store. There are three associates and no one wants to help us.

I love the lush Twilight shower gel. I cant understand why its been discontinued. From all the reviews and from what I was told by sales people, It was a very popular product.So why get rid of it??I dont get it. They tell you Sleepy is very similar, but it really isnt as nice. Also the creamy consistency separates , where the gel did not. Lush should bring back Twilight. The scent was relaxing and heavenly.

My favorite spot. Go visit youll get addicted. I had to put myself on a Lush diet!! Best body products, they give samples if you request, can return product if unsatisfied. Handy guru lotion is awesome, but contains peanuts, so check ingredients before purchasing.

I really enjoy coming to Lush. The atmosphere is cool and the workers at the store are always willing to answer questions. All of the products smell lovely and I love the fact that they use very little packaging to help the environment.I really enjoy the bath bombs and the shampoo bars, but honestly all of their products are pretty great.

I love going to lush. The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. Everything that theyve recommended for me to use have been great. High quality beauty products with a good price tag. Also, if youre looking for a good dry shampoo, lush is the brand you want to use.

Very spacious & beautiful location. I cannot remember a visit here where I was not greeted or helped by a genuinely friendly associate. This is definitely a company that stands by its products & I especially love their hair care. Slowly in the process of minimizing plastic waste & this place offers items such as shampoo & conditioner bars sans bottle.

I love the package free items and the staff were lovely. My conditioner bar isnt perfect but it gets the job done and is superior to others Ive trued. I just wish the prices were more reasonable to make plastic-free products more accessible to everyone.

I enjoy coming here as all of the staff are so knowledgable and willing to help. That being said, I sometimes try to avoid the staff when Im looking at things because I just want to get in and out.I love their naked products, but with that they advertised or suggested SOME way to store these products. I dont want to keep them in a plastic bag - thats the whole point of the naked. Dont suggest that to me. Sadly, I have had a naked body wash melt in the bag because I didnt know where to put it.

I think this is my favorite LUSH store that I have been to. Its huge with lots of room to move around, full of beautiful, fresh products, and the sales associates arent as aggressive as they tend to be at other locations. I loved the bath oil demos they were doing today and all of the adorable Valentines Day items :)

Used to shop at this store when Amanda worked there. She was by far the best employee they had. Her personality was genuine. She lit up the store. Now if I walk in the employees seem dull and the products expensive for their size. I have utterly lost interest. Shame they had a go getter that got customers to come back. Oh well se la vie Lush.

So many beautiful goodies here! My favorite place to shop for cruelty-free bath & body products! I buy all my shampoo, conditioner, face wash and body conditioners here! Staff is always so polite and helpful, they always direct me to the products that are perfect for me without trying to sell me anything extra!

It seems very expensive, but it is all natural. if it last as long as they say it does, then it is worth it. they have a lot of information about the people that make it and the product itself. I have been very happy so far and I just started using the products. I will be returning ASAP.

I LOVE Lush and have been shopping with them since it was just a small shop in Canada a million years ago. However, I cant even go into this location to browse without being bombarded with desperate sales employees shoving things in my face to smell. How many times can you tell the same person nicely I know what I want, or no thanks, or Im just looking right now without getting annoyed? Now I only shop here once in a great while when I need a fresh face mask because the employees are so invasive.Please lush, just chill. Let people shop.

I love this Lush so much. I have never had a bad experience here. The employees are extremely knowledgeable, admit when they dont know something, and are willing to help you no matter how many times it takes. My face decided to change its chemistry and I was in desperate need of a new product lineup. I think they sat with me for over half an hour looking at products and finding the right ones for me. I even came back and they let me trade for a different product. I enjoy their products and have switched almost my entire routine involves a LUSH product, partially because of the workers here. I make the trip to this store to buy my products.

I love the products here, the only little thing is they have to many employees at a times, I feel anxious and rushed because of how many times I get approached by all the employees. I appreciate the help but I can only get asked so many times if I need help before its too much,

I love Lush, but every time I go in the store the employees can be quite rude and/or overbearing. There have been multiple times where Ill be checking out and the employees will either be very cold towards me or they will be in a conversation with another customer. Not all their employees are like this, however, but when Im buying a product at a store Id like the employees who represent the company to be polite.

MY FAVORITE! Great natural, vegan products that work and smell great. Great for gifts too. Prices arent the lowest but its worth it.

Lush is a little hard to explain. ITs a store selling natural hand made soaps, cosmetics, bath bombs, fragrances, shampoos, all with the normal uptight facade of normal marketing thrown out the window. Its fun in a Lush, most of the products seem more like art or edibles, but quality is high and so is the fun. The upselling was turned up high on the last visit :(. But we new what we were looking for, the spinning bath Bomb will play tomorrow.

Lots of glitter bath bombs. I dont do baths. I was looking for specialty soaps for sensitive skin, but at $18 a bar Ill make my own. Way too expensive.

The prices seem high but in reality the products last a long time so respectfully...for me anyway, Big Hair shampoo is an awesome buy!! And the smell...unbelievable!

There is a really rude girl that works here. Ive never written a review before but her comments that she made have been bothering me all day. She was talking down to me like I was stupid and had 8 heads. Not only that, but she was talking so loudly to me that every customer in the store turned their heads to look and I was rather embarrassed. Terrible employee and probably a terrible person. Wont be going to this lush again.

Great customer service and so many options. I love the more earthy scents and having the option to get a free sample of certain products youre interested in trying.

The individual who assisted us was very helpful and was able to offer different suggestions. I always leave the store with something that makes my skin feel wonderful- today it is lemony flutter!

Products are great, if a little expensive...but when youre shopping cruelty-free, chemical-free, etc. thats to be expected. Salespeople will always try to talk to you, which can be helpful but sometimes moves into pushy territory.

She took all of her attention to assist me with questions and how the product works and whats in each of the ones she used on me. Way to go Caitlin! Customer service through the roof! Knowing I as a male, probably wasnt going to buy anything but she still took her undivided time and attention to demo and explain products. Makes me want to come back and get things for my female family and friends! You rock Caitlin! #Promote!

Bath bombs are my favorite!

I love everything about this store. The sales people are friendly and helpful in matching your needs to the products that will work best for you. After just 3 days using Enchanted Eye Cream, I already notice a difference not only the crows feet, but also in the puffiness under my eyes. My one daughter had problems with dry itchy scalp but the bar shampoo and scalp treatment has worked wonders. My other daughter had oily flat hair that now looks model perfect after using one of their shampoo bars and the only thing that keeps her acne in check is their facial wash for oily and problem skin. Our family is living proof that mother nature knows best. All the Lush Cosmetic products we used have exceeded our expectations.

It smells great, the staff is wonderful, and its just a nice place to get some (relatively expensive) self care items.
