When I was between apartments I used Scenic City Self Storage and had a great experience. The manager Casey was cool and easy to get along with. He was straightforward in explaining the rental agreement. They have good security, good prices, and a clean facility. 10/10 would rent with them again.

I was a little nervous to pursue having my own storage unit, but after going into the office I was so reassured. I was able to find the one that worked for me the best with month to month leasing, especially since most places do not offer that. The property manager Casey walked me through the entire process and answered a million questions without hesitation. Feeling comfortable to ask the office when I need help was so important to me and I am so excited I found the place that best fit my needs.

Scenic City storage is awesome, Ive been with them for over a year now. The manager Lisa is so professional, and down to earth. Shes amazing!She has gone above and beyond the call of duty to be so helpful, and is absolutely one of the nicest people you will ever meet.I highly recommend Scenic City storage, its very conveniently located off of highway 27, the facility is clean, well lit, has restrooms, and Ive had both indoor climate controlled and outdoor units with them.Way to go Lisa, and Scenic City.Thanks for everything... I highly recommend Scenic City Self Storage! I have primarily worked with Autumn (such an asset!!) and she made my setup a breeze.I checked into several storage facilities in the area and SCSS was hands down the best facility in the downtown Chattanooga area. The option to have a climate controlled unit, gated access, building with keypad entry, and quick access from the interstate, it was easy to make the decision to use this facility, additionally they also had the best prices.This facility is brand new, so it’s very clean. The staff are very helpful and made my process of moving into a unit easy. Autumn especially went out of her way to find me the closest unit available to a door for quick easy access of unloading (and loading when I finally bought my new home and no longer needed storage!), she always answers the phone with a chipper voice and is the same in person. You can tell she really cares about prospective and current clients. Overall I give Scenic City Self Storage 5 stars A++ and I will use them again (if needed) and recommend them to everyone!

I had driven several hours to arrive at Scenic City Storage before it opened for the day. Eve was already there too and opened exactly on time. My car was so full of household items I could not imagine what I would do if I couldnt find a place for them. To my total surprise, I was unloading everything into a beautifully clean unit within 20 mins. It was so easy I could not believe it, and Eve could not have been more efficient. In addition, I was very pleased with the price of the unit which included insurance. I highly recommend Scenic City Self Storage.

What I like about this facility over some of the others I checked: it is located in a nice area, with great security -- two access codes needed to enter the facility -- at the gate and then again to enter the building. The buildings are all new & clean with good lighting. PLUS-- a great price for the space.

Easy to get around and spacer storage areas

Although I dont have an account with the storage facility, I had to meet someone there. It was at a very awkward location and parking was restricted because there were numerous renters on site.
