I am passionate about Customer Service and what great looks like. Tanika is a great example of someone who has provided excellent customer service to me from the first day I was looking for storage options. She listened to my needs and worked with me during my move to ensure I had a unit ready. She was extremely responsive when returning my calls and checked in several times the weeks leading up to my move. Always professional, courteous and simply pleasant to work with. I applaud her for delivering what I would say is legendary customer service! Thank you, Tanika!

Beware of misleading pricing and unit dimensions online! See the unit before paying!I reserved a unit online because we needed one last minute. It was something like a 5X8 to fit a washer and dryer. On the day we go to get the key we find out it is a 5X8X3 storage locker! WHAT?! I didnt know that was an option! There is no mention of this in the online application and we even said that to the staff... To upgrade it to a normal sized unit it would be over $60 more so I ask for a refund and initially am told I cannot get one. We were able to get a refund, BUT the admin fee of $25 is not refundable. GreatThe staff dont have much power since this is a corporation, but that essentially means their company policy is to have poor customer service. Maybe they should use that admin fee to update the website to include the height of the units!!!

Tanika gave us excellent service! We were very happy with how quick and easy the process was to get a space. Highly recommend the service and the property.

The in-person employees are great with customer service.Yet, we have had two issues with the public storage system. The first was how hard it was to remove the add-on insurance when we found out we already had insurance. The in-person employees could not get it removed; it had to be changed online. The second was they changed our lease rate one month, and I didn’t receive an email notification.It’s complicated to switch the storage now. But if I had to do it, I would shop around more and look at other options.

Tanika was amazing. I am in a very bad situation and she made me feel comfortable and calm. Thank you Tanika for being the light during one of my worst days.

This was our first experience using a storage facility. The facility itself is always clean and secure. Tanika and Karen made the process seamless and made sure all our needs were taken care of. These ladies went the extra mile to make sure we got the units needed on short notice. They did an outstanding job! Public Storage is very fortunate to have these two hard working, dedicated ladies working for them. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service!

They are very nice and very clear of all the term of the lease everything was to the point and prompt.

Only problem is storage closes at 9:00. I dont understand that. The way its locked down you would think you could come and go as you please for $200 Month!

My lucky day was the day I walked into the office and Karen was there to greet me. When Public first took over, I went over there to give them the info they needed to set me up. The guy said he was the Mgr. I requested that they take my payments out on the third of the month (that is when my SS is deposited). He said they could not do that! They run the payment through on the first, and if it does not go through it is run through again on the sixth. By then I was having to pay a late fee. Anyway, Karen helped me set up my acct. and did everything to get me back on track! I was at the point of changing storage company. Karen was very helpful, and I was glad that I did not have to move to another storage unit!!!! THANKS KAREN...

I would recommend this Storage facility to everyone!! When I first called, the receptionist/coordinator was extremely nice and patient with all my questions. I chose this facility due to the location, helpful customer service and the competitive pricing/discounting. I was able to rent the unit that same day! The space is very clean and well lit. For a young lady who will occasionally need to access the unity after dusk, I feel completely safe and secure entering, exiting and walking to my unit. I was able to set up my own password and can come and go as needed! This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility! Go give them your business!!!!

Wow. Where to begin. I have never had a better experience during any moving process. Sarah was extremely helpful and made sure I was completely satisfied with my unit. Life has been chaotic lately and money has been tight. We had to store my things somewhere safe and secure temporarily and checked out public storage on dayton boulevard. I just got the key to my new apartment yesterday, and once I got everything out, Sheri helped me with my vacate paperwork. Then I went to ace hardware to get some keys made and couldnt find my debit card so I called the office at public storage to see if they had seen it and Sheri answered the phone and said she found it 🙌 thank you so much for all of your help and flexibility in these crazy times. I will highly recommend public storage to anyone who is looking for a unit and will definitely use you guys again in the future. :)

Initially had an issue with the measurement of the unit but the management was able to accommodate me and correct the error. I appreciate it!

Gate code stopped working. Couldnt access the facility. Was told thats surprising because youre paid up. Of course I was.Was asked to come back by in person during the work week to show my ID and get a new gate code. Was laughed at when asked for some type of refund.

This place is great.

Man I absolutely this public storage, moving out of 3 bedroom house was an absolute nightmare, but when I came over here to rent out a space, they were very helpful, The property manager Karen let me use the bathroom when I really had to go # 2. And due to the virus you would think they would be extremely strict and rude but not this one ladies and gentlemen, this one is a wonderful place to store your personal things. And dont forget if you are in dire need to use the bathroom, ask for Karen and shell pull some strings🙌💯

This storage facility is very clean. Karen, the office manager, was so helpful and got us a great deal on our individual unit. I would recommend.

This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. I rented twice the space for 2/3 the price I was paying and it is climate controlled. This place is a win-win-win. The third win?! The incredible service from the staff. Check this place out, I think that you will be all the better for doing so.
