Had a fun experience with having our son build his own bear and one for his baby sister. It isnt quite as fun with the Covid protocols in place, but I get it. Hope that things will return to normal here when it is safe to do so. I think the totally emersive feeling of creating your own bear is really fun and we are sad it wasnt quite like that for our kiddo this time. Also, there were only a few options for bears that didnt have some type of licensing or show associated with them. Our kid doesnt watch a lot of shows and movies yet, so he didnt know what any of it was. He just wanted to pick out a bear and there were only a few options. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Took my girlfriend for her birthday. Got an Eevee and a Halloween cat and accessories. Awesome experience and they had several money saving promotions, including a get a $10 gift card for $5 deal and you could get three of them. Friendly helpful staff and and awesome experience whether youre 9 or 39!

My kids loved it and enjoyed it! The lady who helped with my sons bear, was Autistic and was able to help my autistic son in building his bear! Friendly service all around, highly recommend everyone use this lovely location!

We order the supplies offline. But we didnt receive everything. The birthday cake scent didnt come in the box with everything else. And they wanted me to rebuy a scent that I already paid for. They also dont have everything like they use to because of the corona for example the bathtub just wasnt as fun or immersive.But this is what my daughter wanted for her birthday. So I obliged wholeheartedly.

I have spent so much money here over the years! 🤣 but have loved the experience and have loved having a bear to walk away with forever ❤. All the sales people have always been very helpful and sweet to me and my kids. The displays apparently make my kids want to buy stuff! So good job all round!

Best way to get robbed is making you feel like you were in control the whole time!They invited me in with a great deal, and by the time I realized what had happened, I spent more on two teddy bears than my weekly grocery bill and felt like I got the best part of the deal!Seriously, though, Build-A-Bear is a great concept that was brought to life by the exceptional service of the employees here, and my niece and nephew will love their Christmas gifts for years... or months... to come.

Great fun for my grandson, he got to give his little bear friend a life, a heart ,and heartbeat 💓 he loved the experience ..he picked out a little pink bear for his sister that is expected in a few months. How sweet of a four year old to choose to do that on his own .Very proud grandma .

They really only had the regular bears in stock and didn’t really have many options for clothes. It also took a long time to get our bears stuffed.

Took my best friend here for the 1st time and they were so friendly and didnt treat us any differently just because we are grown.

What a fun store this is. I really appreciate the fact that they continually stay up to date with characters kids enjoy. The accessories they offer for your new Build-A-Bear buddy amazes me.You cannot go wrong with getting any child a gift card for here or just walking in.

My niece was so disappointed, they didnt help us at all and they forgot to give us the birth certificate. Prices are very high.

I love coming to build a bear with my daughters and granddaughters. They have good sales and cute accessories and clothes. Its our go to place for a special occasion gift. Ive given bears to my own mother and grandmother and they love them. Putting a personal message in your bears turns a gift into a keepsake. The store is always clean, well stocked and the employees are nice. I really like this store

My little girl but her first bear here on our Christmas trip. She loved it! The staff was very patient and interacted with the children very well. They even informed us on the current sales and offers and ended up saving us some money on special deal we had no idea about. Thanks for making my daughters day.

A very nice lady, who I wish I had taken her name, helped me place my moms urn inside the bear my girls and I chose. My mom loved bears. Thank you to the beautiful soul who handled my requests and mom with such care. Youll be remembered.

Get some brownie points with the kids. They love this place. We just did the birthday bear. You pay the age of the Birthday boy/girl. You can normally find some good coupons as well.

Terrific place you can just make any kind of bear you want or that your children want

This is pricey if you dont watch how high the bill is getting. If your kid likes customizing their things or just wants to play doctor/veterinarian this shop can have surprises you didnt know about. Its a ton of fun during birthdays and the staff loves their job you can tell.

I have purchased more than 75 build a bears here not to mention accessories. I actually was planning to have my daughters birthday party here until today. I ordered a bear online because it was not there in that store. I took the receipt which is 2 days old with a coupon for a free totes back pack I received as being a build a bear member and was told I couldnt have totes because I didnt buy the bear that day in the store. I had planned on buying a lot of accessories today to go in easter basket. So good bye my business. Went to another one and was given totes no questions asked.

Really just wanted to commend the employees on Pay Your Age Day! It was absolutely nuts in the mall but every employee remained positive and kind. They were hunting for specific bears in the back and really did a great job. I’m sure they were exhausted (we were after 7hrs!) but they didn’t show it.

Great workers here, they came up and greeted right away and asked if they could help us. Soon after we picked out bears for the kids, they were eager to give the whole experience to the kids. They told me about how we can add a button to play a message for them which goes in the paw. Turn out great, and the kids had a blast.

If you have a small child or one that never grew up, this is the place for you. It is exactly what the name implies although you can build more than bears here Pick your animal or character then stuff it adding a heart or voice if you desire then add clothes and/or accessories. Your child will be delighted and you will have a priceless memory.

Its okay for a small child, I think it could be improved by interactions with the children and make the clothes more affordable. Most in the area with more than 1 child wouldnt be able to afford it enough for the children to enjoy.

The lines for this place are ridiculously long and although staff was very friendly and interactive with the children they could have picked up the pace slightly we waited over 2 hours to get our bear stuff and then another 15 to 20 minutes just to get checked out. They also need to make sure that they double check their stitching on there bears because we had to return ours only a day after we got it for a rip in the neck

Awesome staff and a great place to take a child. You will spend 20 dollars on the bear and double that on clothes and accessories. Make sure you have enough money to spend. I would go more often if they had more reasonably priced clothes or sales.

So many cute things to add on the a purchase! My daughter loved it! It can get pricey real quick, though. I would check how much everything is before purchasing so you are not surprised when they ring it up.

We went in because we had heard that they had a special for children and their birthday month. I dont remember the last time I had even been to one so I had no clue what was going on. But, the staff were very helpful in getting us a birth bear and running us through the steps to get it all out together. Thank you.

I had a ball here with my 5 year old daughter. You get to pick out a stuffed animal and get it filled. There are a ton of accessories that you can purchase which can start getting expensive but overall she enjoyed herself so it was worth it.

Easy to blow a lot of money but fun to watch their eyes light up!

Pay your age was not planned out well. After 3 hours of standing in a slow moving line employees found the end and began offering a $15 off coupon if you took it and left. People who had not been in the line at all walked up and got themselves a stamped voucher no proof of membership at all like the promotion stated. So what was the point of the line to begin with.

This is a good build a bear location. Lots of things to choose from, and today they had 2 stuffers going at once.

I took my son for your promotion to buy him a new bear but unfortunately due to the lack of merchandise and preparedness on your stores behalf we were turned away my son is 7 years old and this completely destroyed his day which in turn destroyed my day. My son doesnt understand why he cant have one but all the other kids got to get one. He is now asking me if he did something wrong. I am completely distraught.

I have had my bull dog build a bear for about 4 years now and he is still and almost perfect condition and still very soft I love the that they are so kind and help full in there

My daughter had a blast making her build a bear and because they have a special for birthdays it made the bear significantly cheaper. I will most likely go get a birthday bear made every year.

Staff was a little pushy, almost like they were making commissions off selling teddy bears. I have a one year old picking out a stuffed animal, thats a little overwhelming with that many choices....dont try to rush us!

Went with coupon called to be sure it was good on the 2 dragons I wanted and then got told no just before I paid. Didnt get them both ... maybe next time ....coupon said ALL in big letters but small writing on bottom said only one
