I bought a chain and charm on December 19, 2020. I asked specifically if I would be able to return it if my son did not like it. I was told I could return it for a full refund within 30 days. On December 31, 2020 I went back to return my purchase. I was then told that they were not accepting returns over $200 until after the first of the year. I pointed out that I had asked specifically about returns and even pointed out that the receipt stated any purchases between October 16,2020 and December 24,2020 can be returned by January 24, 2021. I was told that wasn’t correct. The manager, Angie, proceeded to tell me that I should have called before coming to return my item and when I came back to I needed to go to their other store in town. She also told me I would be issued a check for the return and not a credit to my card like it also states on the receipt. She didn’t want to deal with me because I kept pointing out what was written in black and white. This is a company that obviously doesn’t stand behind their own policies. I will never spend another dime with this deceitful company and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to waste their time or money with them.

Today is dec.23 ,2020 I got my ears pierced and bought some ear rings. I went into total knee replacement on dec.22,2020 and my earrings had to be out of my ears. No jewelry was alone to be worn during surgery. So I was a in an out patient. I went to put my earrings back in and there were no holes for them they grue backing one day. I have not had them out of my ears in 3 weeks. I cant get my earrings back in my ears so I had to put them in the old holes which there so low. I went to northgate mall in hixson and they were closed up. So I tried calling Hamilton place mall on gun barrel rd. And no one pick up. They phone rang at northgate instead I dont know if the phone number is assigned at Hamilton Place Mall as it is it Northgate I need to get my ears repierced because I couldnt get my earrings back in my new holds i plan to go out to Hamilton Place Mall hopefully on December 24th to see if theyll put new holds back in my ears. I just didnt like it. The girls there made me feel uncomfortable. They talked down to me like I didnt know a cubic zirconia from a diamond. Lets just say I didnt get my ears done and I didnt buy anything. Could not wait to get away from this place.

Went today for my 6month old to get her ears pierced. Both ladies there were VERY sweet and accommodating.

I got my ears pierced here. I have to say they are the BEST ladies in town to do it! They were all super helpful and nice. They also have wedding rings that I can actually afford. They even gave me a discount for signing up with their credit card to help out my credit!!

Slightly over priced for very small earrings that are just cubic zirconium. The person working wasnt very upbeat...think he was bored lol.

The employees here seem to really hate their job, and are really rude to customers, as Ive noticed. Used to shop here. But will never spend my money at another piercing Pagoda.
