Would give zero stars if I could really nasty people working there. Parents getting a present for my fiancé birthday and was specifically told if she doesnt like the perfume that she was gonna buy she could no doubt 100 percent get money back no matter if it was open and also talked manager Darlene which was confirmed on money back.End up not liking the smell just one spritz fiancé goes to take back 6 days later the cashiers though are nice didnt know how to return. Get manager Darlene she says she cant do it cant find our account which my parents have had an account there for over 15 years no bull. Then says well it was past 30 days which is an outright lie and said come back with receipt. ( they told my mom that they can look up by phone number no need for gift receipt).Luckily we had an email receipt printed the entire thing off.Go back the next day.Now we are dealing with team lead John Albert and hollie is there who was the person who sold the perfume in the first place and even said I remember selling that to the parent and I did say she can take it back I didnt realize we couldnt so its on me. Still with that testimony the lead( John Albert) treated us like scum asked us if we have the phone or email because he for some reason couldnt do it with the fully printed page and hollie had to reiterate its a gift from the parents then he finally decided he could give us just store credit all because the associates being trained properly. Ive worked retail over 10 years and this is horrible service and had me boiling.

I went to fill a prescription ,I turn in the empty bottles.I was told I needed to return at a later date and I would receive a text when they were ready .I received the text and when I got there I was told that the text was an error and they would get with the doctor and get back with me I waited , even got a text saying I didn’t need to do anything , few days pass nothing has happened so I go back to Walgreens and was told I needed to call the doctor to speed this along. I call the doctor and leave a message about the needed refill. I get a call the next day from Walgreens everything is ready , I go and pick it up , when I get home I notice this is the same prescription that I already have . I go back to Walgreens not really sure of what I need because I had already turned in the the bottle to them .I know this can’t be right I got two of what looks like the same prescription. I was told they get the doctor’s prescription over the computer and just fill it. I was in shock, you don’t check this prescription order against the bottle that was turned in by the the customer ????? Walgreens please slow down and get things right!!! my health is in your hands!!! God help us all

I particularly like this pharmacy because they are always helpful and go out of their way to take care of their patients. I appreciate them helping me after having trouble with another local pharmacy. Thank you East Brainerd Walgreens Pharmacy Staff for always putting patients first.

Susie at store #6777 delivered the most repulsive customer service imaginable when I simply attempted to clarify the details of the rewards system outage. If I did not have a strong sense of self, I would have been humiliated by her remarks. Her customer service was so distasteful, Ive decided to abstain from purchasing from this company ever again. In todays political and racial divide, companies should be mindful to encourage employees to be less abrasive and more service oriented. I am disappointed this company chose not to champion my right to be happy and healthy.

Had been getting my prescription from this store via drive-thru for past 1 year. Used to get reminders on my order status.

Popped in yesterday to get tumeric and Epsom. Im recovering from surgery so squatting down or bending over is a challenge. Amanda must have noticed the stress on my face and was glad to help.Love this Walgreens and the staff! Always organized and clean. And helpful!!

The Walgreens is an overall good store, but the two pharmacist were very rude and distant. I get that sometimes work is stressful but you are not supposed to show that to a customer. I just went in and got my prescription filled and dealt w a man and a woman back in the pharmacy and all I can say is I will never come back to this Walgreens Pharmacy again.

There is a red head at the pharmacy.. definition of Hot.. and the service is great, friendly and very helpful. Zero complaints. Now the one on gunbarrel and shallowford road is away to busy and they always seem swamped.

Dr called in prescription, pharmacy said no one called. Had pharmacy call Dr to get prescription. Staff is friendly, but not sure if it was Walgreens or the Dr that messed up.

If you are coming for a prescription, expect to wait hours even out you dropped it off days ago or refilled online.

For everything else, theres Walgreens.
