I love all the ladies here in the store. They are super helpful. Know their hair products and how to help me when I need the extra advice. I enjoy coming to this store!! 10/10 recommend coming here.

Salon centric charge company messed up and waited a month to debit stylist account. Salon centric couldnt even call their customer to give a heads up. Thank goodness I had money to cover the charge but have a stylist that wasnt so lucky. I as a customer learned a important lesson to make sure it goes from pending to posted. Salon centric you LET YOUR CUSTOMERS DOWN BIG TIME. Your store is always clean and very nice helpful employees! Thats about the only reason you got 3 stars could have been a 5 star but Salon centric doesnt care about their customers enough for a simple call when your system is messed up!!!!!

Nothing ever rings up correctly, they have one price on the shelf and when you check out it’s different.
