The owner is incredible! So sweet personable and professional! I called her Thursday morning saying I desperately needed a cut, she fit me in and did my hair well after closing time. Not only that she listened to exactly what I wanted and I’ve never left a salon happier with my results. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend

Lets just start by saying that I am very particular about my hair. When you have short hair, there is not a lot of room for error. Every single cut has to be precise, or it will show. We moved here over 6 months ago and I had been searching for a hairstylist since then. I have gone to expensive expensive salons with terrible results. My hair was in dire need of a great cut... I Google searched hair stylist close to our house and Performing Arts Hair Salon was one of the first places to come up. Ondie had raving reviews, so I figured it wouldnt hurt to give her a try. I couldnt have made a better decision! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like an old friend. She made me feel warm and welcome and was a great conversationalist. I hoped from the very beginning that she would give me a good haircut, because she was just so great. And I was not disappointed! This is, by far, one of the best haircuts Ive ever had! She took the time to really listen to me and see what I wanted. She asked to see the picture that I brought in numerous times to make sure that she was accurate as she cut. Ondie did an amazing job! I called right at closing (didn’t know what time they closed) and she stayed and waited on me to make it to her. I came in with a long frizzy mess and I thought for sure I would be told I had to cut several inches off to get it back to normal but she was able to trim and get all the frizz out of it without taking much length off . I will definitely go back to her!

Came to Ondie after my regular (15 years) hairdresser completely blew me off when I had an appointment. (She did 2 wax jobs after my appointment time and was at her nail table with someone else.) I desperately needed a haircut (I keep it short due to hair loss so it gets unruly if I neglect the cuts). I looked up places nearby, and she was willing to stay past closing time to take care of my measly $20 haircut.She is very sweet, and reassured me that if I decided later I wanted a tweak, shed make me a happy customer for free.She also has a side room for CBDs, and she has done her research to make sure nothing she sells would cause you to fail a drug test. (Most CBD products contain a legal amount of THC, but will still be detectable and cause one to lose their job for using a completely legal product.)I go to her for both!My son hated my old hairdresser and has 18 inch long hair, and she recognized him as my son when he walked in, though shed only seen me once and I had told her nothing about him. Hes very pleased with his haircut, which took off as little hair as possible.My hair is more male, and my sons is very female. She can handle and satisfy both!
