Alec and Brandon came to (only) set up the remote my gas fireplace and found the unit was not installed properly (by the builder). They were able to not only install it properly, but also cleaned the up the bottom where the rocks has just been poured in with all the dust particles and show me how it operates.I am so grateful for them and Therm-Con for their expertise and kindness to get me set up with my first ever gas fireplace.They deserve 10 stars for helping me.

We had the team install a glass shower wall for us. They were quick to get out to measure and the turnaround time was excellent. The product looks great and we feel the price was fair. Id certainly use them again.

I called twice this past week, Tuesday 1-5 and Friday 1-8 to get someone to remodel our fireplace and so far no call. I should not have had to make a 2nd call. The person who answered said he would send a note again to a sales person, but still no response Friday afternoon. They put in the original fireplace when we had the house built 3 1/2 years ago and there have been no problems with it. At least, if you dont want the job, you could call and tell me. Poor customer service will get you nowhere. I will find someone else on Monday who wants the work.

Therm Con did a great job remodeling our fireplace. It’s now up to modern day standards!! Definitely recommend Therm Con and their team.

Therm-Con did a lot of the sub work on our Pratt home. And they did beautiful work. Well, while I was trying to get our gas fireplace to work without blowing the house up, I removed the logs and could not put the puzzle back together again. I asked neighbors and even contacted the manufacturer about six months ago. No luck. So I gave up. This morning, I was looking through our homeowners manual to find info on something else and noticed that Therm-Con did our gas logs. So, what the heck, I thought Id call to see if they could help me, expecting nothing. I was wrong! How lucky that Nita answered the phone. She sent me a picture of some logs to see if they were a match to mine. They were! And in about five minutes she had emailed me the guide for log placement for my model. The whole thing from start to finish took about ten minutes! I never (or rarely) get customer service like this. Happy to give Therm-Con five stars!

I purchased a new home and prior to moving in on June 6 we paid therm-con in full for blinds installation. Jake has been my point of contact although he is not responsive. We are going on 2 months still missing blinds in our bathroom; rendering it unusable; and landing upstairs. I have called almost everyday with barely any contact. The company requires payment but handles it extremely unprofessionally. I am still waiting on blinds that I paid for and will not pay again for someone else to install them. I suggest paying extra for home Depot or someone reliable. It just isnt worth the hassle to get what you paid for.... management is now referring to my text last night to Jacob. However they are ignoring the multiple calls I make during business hours that go unanswered. Again, a little petty for a company to spread misleading information. I will be happy to show my call attempts as well as texts that were all made during business hours to Jacob so that you may correct your statement. A customer should not have to write a Google review to grab your attention. As far as our signature on the proposed blinds. We were not moved in. We were told blinds were for the whole house. I highly doubt we overlooked the restroom facing the street for blinds.

Set up two appointments with Phil for insulation. Two times he didn’t call, two times he didn’t show up. After the second no-show I called and requested to speak with a manager. I was assured that Phil would call me immediately and was told that the manager would also call me. As of this time and date no one has called. Beware of this company.

Ordered fireplace parts in January, picked up February, screens too long ( wont fit ) back refractory plate short, returned parts, have gone by 6 times to get my money back, manager only willing to give half back . Have not got anything that fits and they will only be willing to give half my money back ? This is October , I would not recommend doing business with this company! They are supposed to be representing Heatilator Fireplaces ? At least they got the Con part right !So now over a year, I have learned much! I ordered parts parts from MY GIVEN PART SERIAL NUMBERS, hey I got the right parts the first time, and if you use the Heatilator ordering site and are an actual dealer you can return parts on theyre website NO PROBLEM, NO TIME PERIOD, even / especially for a 40 year old Heatilator. SO I didnt need to pay for a technician to come out and read the same numbers I provided Therm-Con LLC, although.if they kept ordering from Heatilator they may have gotten it right eventually as theyre are 3 different sizes available today, hmmm. Who is CHEATING WHO, STILL NO REFUND ? 6 trips back , half my money ¿ REALLY ? Honest Business ? ..............

We came by Thermcon today to look at ideas for our kitchen and bathroom remodels. We walked around there for 15 minutes looking at the new showroom. Three employees walked by us, not one person asked to help us or give us direction. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
