This is my favorite store for the home in Chattanooga. Interesting and well made kitchenware and china. Everything to make friends welcome in your home. And its very affordable. I spend hours in this store. Ive purchased beautiful tableware, practical kitchen tools, artwork, pet supplies, furniture ....even interesting jams and jellies.

Nice people, but not very good at taking customer to the product. Also felt very cluttered and hard to find things. Looked like a good variety, though, even if we didnt find the pour-over coffee maker we were looking for.

They had a lot of nice items to pick from. Myself though. I wasnt overly impressed. Id hoped to find some great, inexpensive things for our new home. While yes, there was much to pick from. The prices were just a bit extreme, in my opinion. Also, quite a few items were broken or not worth, their asking prices. Due to chips missing from the statues or paint that had been worn off or rubbed off. Surely, isnt worth 40 and 50 bucks. Pillows with stains, are not worth 20 bucks.Someone made a huge mess, broken something that had liquid in it. It appeared someone was in the middle of cleaning it up. But.....forgot to finish.Not one employee ask us if we needed help.Just all in all. They had some nice things but nothing I felt was worth what they were charging.I may as well, take a chance and go to Ross. They have a lot of the same things and way, way better priced.

This store has a little of everything you would need for house decorating. It is a good browsing store.

Good prices and generally a good place to shop, but they are like Walmart with the cashier situation. Never more than 2 open as the line wraps a few times and protrudes into the store. Takes 30 min waiting in line.Even less people walking around available to help people generally than at Walmart Id say. Its a poor place to shop if you are claustrophobic as its quite crowded and you get locked into checkout line. Seems like a fire hazard honestly

Love home goods! I can always find really cute stuff here to decorate my house with at half the cost of big box retailers. I do wish the aisles were a little wider so more than 1 person at a time could be in an aisle with a shopping cart. Other than that, they always have exactly what I need at a great price! Can’t beat it!

Basically a clothesless Marshalls. Exact same three pack pumpkin spice skinny girl coffee sweetener is $3 less than at bed bath & beyond.

Surprisingly nice variety of home decor, including some lovely modern paintings. Some cookware, and some items which are great for gifting. Beware the Rae Dunn vampires.

I picked up so many goodies for holiday decorating and a few gifts. I love this store so much. Clean and organized.

Store is usually clean and given their eclectic selection of products seem to keep it from being cluttered and disorganized. We have purchased clothing, bedding, household goods and furniture that would have been difficult to find at other stores. If you are looking for a unique purchase always take time to stop by and look at their inventory.

Everyone there are so sweet. Christmas stuff galore. Found some good deals in Clearance, you just have to have patience and time to go thru all the stuff there.

Holy moly!! I cant say enough good things about this place! This was my first visit here as I was always afraid they would be too expensive. I was pleasantly surprised to find deal after deal in every department. The style and quality of the pieces of merchandise available here astounded me and I left with a shopping bag full of goodies and a happy heart knowing I had saved some money too.

I LOVE this store! It is one of my favorites to visit in the city b/c of the quality and variety of their items. I almost decorated my entire office and living room with their products. The people who work there are friendly as well.

They were doing everything they needed to do in terms of disinfecting and social distancing and the number of people in the store. However, the customers were having a difficult time follow the directions on the floor and staying 6 apart

Very good place to just shop have so many items to look at ,that is just for the home. They also have about four selfs that just have clearance material very good prices and quality items. Enjoy the store very much.

I love Home Goods. Being from Dallas, TX I am a little spoiled with all the shopping choices and Home Goods was one of my favorites. So moving to Chattanooga was an eye opener. Granted this one here isnt as big as what Im used too but they do have a lot. Its worth a stop in, I always walk away with something. No matter how small the store is Im still a big fan.

Kinda like TJ MAX but without all the clothing and perfume, etc. Pots, pans chairs etc.. I peruse the store frequently - its worth repeat visits to see what theyve gotten in. Clearance inventory that is nice and not junk.

Love this place. Being a closeout type store it will be a hit and miss kind of shopping trip. One time you may find several bargains, the next not so much but we always do really well shopping here. Weve found everything from home decor to kitchen items, gourmet teas, to things like chia seeds.

Went in with my family. At checkout, I took my son and went to the door to wait for my fiance to pay. I left my wallet with him. A woman came in and told his cashier that she left her phone in her cart by accident. Another worker came over and pointed to my wallet in his cart and said, this guy has this in his cart! Like he was a criminal. This was a bunch of white woman around my hispanic fiance, and I honestly believe he was racially profiled. The woman with a missing phone instantly said that it wasnt hers. My fiance let the judgmental woman know it was mine. But I just cant believe how uncomfortable she made us with her judgement. Terrible employees.

My husband and I went to purchase a comforter and a dog bed. The dog bed was $60 and had a small mark on it. When Wanda brought up Beth to mark it down, Beth gave us quite the hard time. She rolled her eyes, made rude comments about how all we needed to do was clean it, etc. Why would we pay $60 for a dirty dog bed?! We were only asking for 10% off anyways. I asked this Beth, “why would we pay that much for a dirty dog bed?” She said, “All you need to do it clean it!” And i said, “no offense, but why do you care so much?! It isn’t your dog bed or money and it’s 10%!! It just takes off tax!” She finally gave in and the real winner here is Wanda. Not only was Wanda friendly, she agreed with my husband and I and you could tell she was embarrassed about Beth and how she was acting. Wanda was friendly, pleasant, smiled, asked how are our day was, etc. She deserves a raise for having to work with such an unpleasant woman and Saturdays off for such wonderful customer service! These five stars are for Wanda!

Nothing but house stuff! Foods, furniture, linens, pots & pans.... All reduced prices. But you have to grab it when you see it. Items such as furniture are just what is there on the floor. May not be anymore. I would love to go in and just straighten and organize, some shoppers just toss or leave items where ever...the floor, abandoned carts. I am available for hire!??
