I called this morning about a nail in my tire. They were able to get me in at 1:30. I was only there for about 10 mins when they came and said I was all set. The nail hadn’t actually punctured the tire so no patch was needed. They didn’t charge me anything. Super nice & professional! Highly recommend!

Run away from this place as fast as you can. I took my car in for balance and alignment at the end of last week. They called me during it and said one of my tires was worn and I needed a new one so I had them replace the tire. Over the weekend the tire they replaced would not hold air so I brought it back and they tell me the wheel was broken. However it wasn’t their fault? I never had a single problem with the wheel until they worked on it, the manager tells me on the phone it couldn’t be them because the workers would have told them and they didn’t take it anywhere. BUT when I picked it up I was told they drove it around the day they aligned it to make sure it felt good. So they are already lying once. Then they offered no refund and offered no help on replacement cost for the wheel they broke. So now I’m stuck trying to go somewhere else. These guys are absolute frauds and will not admit to anything they do wrong. Take your business elsewhere!!! Bad thing for them is I was referred to them by several friends and now none of them will be returning to the shop either.

We were on our way to enjoy our morning at Rock City when our “tire pressure” warning light came on. We just happened to be coming up to the Signal Mtn exit so we took the exit so that we could look at the tire. Of course it had a nail. Right next door to the gas station we pulled into was Tire World. When we pulled into Tire World we could see that all of their bays were full. After speaking to Steve, he assured us that he could take care of it pretty quickly. Ten minutes and $20 later we were back on the road. This place is awesome!!! I realize that we might not always get this lucky being squeezed in like this but they were professional, respectful, and efficient! They will be getting our business in the future! Thank you!!!

My wife went to have a simple tire change done. Starting off she asked if they had a lug key to take off the locking lug and was told yes. After sitting there for over an hour they come and ask her if she had the same key that she told them to begin with she didnt. They then proceed to tell her she has to leave because she has an attitude. I do not recommend these people to anyone. Very poor customer service to treat a woman the way they did.You all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!

Incredible positive experience this morning. Awoke to a flat tire and called Tire World to tell them I was going to inflate it with my compressor and drive to them . . . did I need to make an appt. for them to check it out. They said no, just come on in. I did and in less than 20 minutes they found and plugged the screw hole in that tire PLUS another screw hole on another tire!Amazing service for any day and age but ESPECIALLY NOW!!!

Tire World replaced a tire that was under warranty for free, and they rotated my tires after one year also for free. They gave me a ride to my work as well! They were professional, kind and their work was very good. They also fixed my window that would no longer go up or down. I highly recommend Tire World & Auto Service.-David Vining

These guys go above and beyond as far as customer service goes. Their prices are at the very least competitive(I dont shop much)and after having gone for several services and repairs, I have not run into any problems related to those repairs. Oh and they will offer you a ride, both ways, from and back to the shop if needed(given its an acceptable distance).

This business is crooked. I would not recommend this Chattanooga, TN area auto business for any vehicle work whatsoever. They will try hard to lie to you about what may be wrong with your vehicle. They will assume they can trick you cause they are a bunch of scammers. Do not fall for their shady business tactics. I recommend K & M Auto Repair off Dayton Blvd. in Red Bank, TN. They are a honest auto business with very reasonable and always affordable pricing on their auto service capabilities.

My tire was FLAT they had it checked in under ten minutes, it was not fixable but they had a tire available with the same ratings for a good price!

These guys are awesome - the keep my old car purring like a kitten. And youll never find a more honest bunch of mechanics - the turned a $500 gas tank shield problem into a $25 problem, and they turned a $500 muffler problem into a $127 problem. Absolutely awesome. And theyre very upfront about this looks good, this isnt great, but its fine, and this needs to be fixed. Take your car here for all your service, tire, oil, etc. needs - you wont regret it!

I can feel uncomfortable or intimidated in car shops, but these guys were great!Super friendly and helpful staff. I needed two tires replaced and they ordered exactly what I needed. I was there for about 30 minutes and they removed the spare and put it back in the trunk.Overall really happy with their customer service and process.The only negative was they didnt have the specific tires I needed, so I had to come back later in the day. Which wasnt a big deal for me.

I’m from out of town and unfortunately on the morning of the 26th of December, my car had a dead battery. After jumping off , I called Tire World to see if I could get a battery. I gave them all the pertinent information concerning my car and was quoted a price of $128 .. I drove down and had the new battery installed and was presented a bill off almost $200.. when I questioned this, I was told that they charged $40.00 to install the new battery. NEVER in my 78 years have I EVER had to pay to have a battery installed where I purchased it. Not only was I charged more for the battery than was quoted , but charged an astrological fee just to put the battery in. People , this is out and out high way robbery.. SHAME ON YOU TIRE WORLD.. I have warned all of my family to be careful of dealing with these people.. I hope you can sleep at night after this kind of extortion..NEVER AGAIN.. Linda Willingham- White

I would highly recommend this business! I was having an issue with my car reading how much air pressure was in one of my tires. I was traveling from Chattanooga to Dayton and just found this shop on Google...I stopped in and explained my problem and was really surprised when they checked all my tires and made sure the correct pressure was in them. They reset my instrument cluster and sent me on my way within 15 minutes, no charge! Great place!

Visiting from Ohio and got a flat tire. Jeff was very courteous and helpful, as was the gentlemen that actually fixed my tire, which only took a half hour. I picked up screw and they were able to plug my tire and check the air pressure in the other three. Would most definitely recommend this business.

We had lost the tread on our trailer tires. We found the tires we needed at Tractor Supply but we needed them put on the rims. They were professional, kind and did a great job. We really appreciated the gentleman doing the work. We’re impressed with the manager, he was there working, managing, communicating with clients. It was clean and well run. We were so impressed when we need tires for our ar we may drive in from Murfreesboro.

Had a breakdown that caused my tire to explode and my power window to fail, called at least 5 places, only tire world let me come without a week appointment.If your car has an issue that needs to be fixed ASAP, I would definitely come here. My window was stuck down and I had to park my car in a bad area each night, I will remember that Tire World was the only place that kept my car safe.

These guys are a class act. I started my day today stuck in traffic for almost an hour because of an accident on 27 towards Chattanooga. While sitting there, the low tire pressure warning started flashing and beeping at me. I pulled over, but none of my tires looked particularly low. Traffic finally started moving so I was able to get off at the Signal Mountain exit where I found Tire World. Convenient. These guys immediately got someone out there who checked and filled all four tires. He said they were all evenly low, so its probably just the cold air. I went back in and asked the guy what I owed him, and he said Not a penny. Have a nice day! My husband and I will definitely go back when we have a need for tires or other repairs. Thanks, guys. Very friendly and accommodating team here. My car was fixed in just a few hours and the bill was much less than I had anticipated. Granted we have only used them this once, and it was a small job, but as it stands I would definitely go back again.

I cannot say enough positive about the work this team did on my 2011 Taurus. We took our car in with 3 issues and an expectation of a huge bill. Ive been taking my vehicles here for about 4 years I believe, and from the very first time I took my vehicle here Ive been impressed.They do great work, they are honest, and they have excellent customer service. You dont have to worry about what is going on with your car, because once they have some information for you they will be calling.They arent the cheapest around, but Id rather pay an extra buck and be able to trust them, and know the job is done right.And to stress the honesty part, I will admit that I have taken in a couple of issues that were user errors and they couldve played on my ignorance but never did. Good, honest people.As long as I live within a distance to take my vehicles here, I always will.

At this time they are not open weekends so just be aware of that, and if youre are a lady you can feel confident that these folks will not steer you wrong or overcharge you.

I have been going to Tireworld for all my auto service from my first oil change on my first car.. The staff as well as the owner Ron have been so great to not only make me feel at home with fresh coffee but to diagnose what is wrong with my car and to fix the problem at a great price. They stand behind their work if I were to have further problems which I am proud to say has never been the case. My parents were also longtime customers of Mr. Wrights before they passed away. They were just as happy with the service and I might add they are the reason I go there today. This is a top quality place to go for any service needs.

I have had several vehicles worked on at tire world. and each one that team down there is second to none if you want quality work just give them a try you want be disappointed they worked on an 86 ford truck of mine and had problems and they found the problem. after 3-4 trips didnt charge me after first visit they said should have been fixed first time I love this place plus the people. are very smart when they set out to fix it it will get fixed. and Ron the owner is a super man. His manager Brad there is no one better. as a matter of fact the whole team is wonderful I will never go any where else. I needed my brakes rotors replaced. They did it quickly, and then, noticed that one of the new rotors was defective. Yes, I had to wait just a bit longer, but they got a new one and put it on. I went to them to have a simple fuel filter replaced and they forgot to re-attach the fuel line. My family and I could have died on the highway when the car started hemorrhaging fuel. Then, they didnt even refund their shoddy service. If you want a hassle and you want to be overcharged this is your place.Fuel filter replacement here = $102How much time does it take someone competent to do? 10 minHow much does the part cost? $15... and then theres the fact that you might soon die on the highway

Went in to get my tires realigned and everyone was friendly as always. What blew me away this time was that I got a call saying it was ready in a little over 2 hours! Wont be going to any other tire shop for a long time!

My vehicle is an older model SUV. It was at Tire World for some service work and the mechanic noticed that the ball joints were badly worn and were unsafe. I asked that they be replaced. Driving an unsafe vehicle is an option for saving money which does not interest me. I appreciate the concern they have for their customers.

Went here because a failed emissions test and after a few hours they call me to tell me that it was a $600 job to get it fixed on top of a $100 charge just to test my car which was a essentially just running smoke through my car and to check my cars error cord which is usually free or next to nothing. Took it to another shop since that price was way out of my budget and got it fixed and passed emissions for only $86.

I used to get great service at Tire World. My most recent visit will be my last. After paying for an engine diagnostic and spending over $500 to fix what was diagnosed, the check engine light came back on. This can happen, I get that. But I was charged another diagnostic fee to re-check it, and they didnt even re-set the code. Whats more, I was prepared to spend about $800 more on repairs that were recommended last time, and the prices were all different. They had no record at all of what I had been quoted. When I complained I was treated with interference, as if it was unreasonable to expect them to be professionals. Never again.

First time dropping by and I really needed an oil change.They were up front about the wait time; The owner personally apologized and offered me free coffee and complimentary WIFI and let me know that I had a leak in my tire! They even checked all my fluids and looked for any obvious problems under my hood! I am so thankful I finally have Tire World and Auto Service, LLC Decent Prices EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE!

Very rude and rush you into making big decisions with little explanation or help. Even spoke with the owner who was just as brash and unconcerned. Worst experience Ive ever had at a car shop.Not to mention they will rip you off, do not let them rush you into anything without comparing the prices elsewhere, you will EASILY find a more affordable option if you spend just a little time looking. The owner even noted this. They also refuse to bargain or lower their prices and act as if you are wasting their time by even mentioning it. Very unfriendly, they make a stressful situation even more stressful. I will never take my business here ever again and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere before committing to having work done here, they will screw you over price wise.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this store and will never return. Hopefully this review will prevent a few other people from a bad experience.We took our 2007 Nissan Xterra with an overheating issue to them. After it took them over 18 hours to diagnosis a common issue with that generation Xterra we were quoted $6,500 to replace the coolant system and the transmission. Thinking that was a bit over priced we called other shops around town and were quoted significantly less- several thousand dollars less by MULTIPLE places around town. We felt trapped though because we had to pay for the 18 hours of diagnotic work ($2000) without them fixing anything and for $2100 they would replace the coolant system. So we had them replace the coolant system, but not touch the transmission (which was shifting and driving perfectly prior to taking it to them) They had one of our daily drivers for 3 weeks...We finally got the car back last Thursday. As before the transmission was working perfectly. So glad we didnt let them replace it for the $4000+ they wanted!! We drove it straight home, parked it in our drive way, and left to go out of town for the weekend. When we returned from SC we had a pool of oil that had driped down the driveway. We didnt have an oil leak before we took it into them!!!! So we promptly called them and dropped it off AGAIN Sunday night for them to fix their mistake. They called us after lunch and explained to us that it would be $150 to fix the oil leak. We were LIVID! We offered to pay the $30 for the part if they would do the labor for free considering we just paid them $2100 and the car was given back to us with a sever oil leak. We dont know how anyone could have worked under the car without getting a face of oil it was so bad!! Tire World essentially said we have to make money and how do we know you didnt screw with it over the weekend...They arent trustworthy. They are VERY VERY OVER PRICED, and will try to up sale and take advantage of you.We took the oil leak to a place off Hixson Pike and they had it fixed by noon the same day they started working on it and it was $60 (compared to $150).SAVE YOURSELF SOME FRUSTRATION, TIME, and MONEY! Dont go to Tire World!!!
