We drove over from NC looking for a specific model they had advertised. They had it, and allowed us to test drive it and a few others for comparison. We were treated like royalty and these folks couldnt have been more helpful or more friendly. Worth the trip.

They dont reply to quote request????I have left at least 3 request for quotes on several different bikes. NOT ONE ANSWER in 2 days?I tried to call. I got 5 minutes of recording BS and then straight to voicemail.you cant even answer the PHONE?do you want to sell motorcycles? are you even TRYING? doesnt look like it.Update:::::Finally got to talk to a sells person. They wanted over $3500 more for a OLD 2014 HONDA then the blue book value. They want $6800 plus and the bike is only worth $4500(top)

Buyer BewareI just returned home from picking up my Goldwing from Honda of Chattanooga. They completed the 36,000 mile service. As I picked up the bike I noticed several scratches that I know for a fact were not there when I dropped it off. The owner, Barry, made a decent attempt of polishing them out, but they were still there and when I call him on it, he said that that is all he could do for me. I took some pictures and confronted him again. His statement to me was, Since I could not prove they did it then they did not do it. Admittedly there were a few other small scratches that were mine, and I know they were there, but these were new. This is one business that I cant imagine ever going back to and would recommend the same to everyone.

The staff was no where to be found. When we finally found someone( after half an hour in the store) he had zero knowledge of the products, prices, or anything. He told me to wait at the counter and 20 mins later I was still Waiting. We walked next door to another business and came back and no one was avail then either. No other customers in the store -so it wasn’t like I was on a line or queue for a turn. No one! Unbelievable. I’ll take my sale somewhere else.

Took my 2002 shadow in for new fork seals and to have an intermittent starting issue looked at. Service dept suggested starting with a new battery which seemed reasonable, but I asked them to make sure they checked the charging system once the bike was running since this would be my third battery since March ‘17.Fast forward two weeks and my bike is finally ready. Seals look good and they “cut me a deal” on the parts. Bike starts fine, idles good, and Nathan assured me he had checked the charging system. Said everything looked good, but he won’t charge me for the diagnostic since he didn’t find anything.Cut to 1 week later and the same issue comes up. Low cold cranking amps, but once it starts it runs well. Left it sitting for a couple days before I could get to it and the bike is fully dead. Borrow a battery from a friend and start poking around with my own multimeter. Turns out the bike is overcharging at 19.6V and literally melting batteries. Self installed a new regulator and the problem is gone.In short, you’d be better off learning to do it yourself than taking your bike here.

I visited Honda of Chattanooga on a referral from a friend. Our salesman, Kevin, made the process so simple, direct and convenient as well as providing such good pricing that I purchased two bikes rather than the one I originally had planned on. There was not the usual back and forth found with most vehicle purchases but instead an easy accommodation of my needs and wishes in the bikes I was looking for. I was in the market for a new gold wing, and I talked with Kevin several times. He took the time and explained what I needed to know. I have been out of the motorcycle business since 1991, when I bought an airplane and sold my bike. Each time I called, Kevin made me feel important, and that no question was a stupid question. It took me a while to get from kicking tires and asking questions to the point where I was a ready, serious buyer. When I finally got ready, I called Kevin, again, but he had sold the bike I wanted, and couldnt get another one. Most would say sorry, cant help you....next? But Kevin wanted me to be a new Honda owner. It is obvious he loves motorcycles , and motorcycle people.kevin helped me find a new 2015 Gold Wing, red/ black, anniversary edition at another dealer. Who would DO something like that? Kevin. Without him, I would not have made the deal at MY price point. If you need a bike, this is the place to go. They LOVE motorcycles, and they love motorcycle people!

We have been looking for a BLUE Pioneer 700-4 Deluxe on the internet for weeks. Everyone we contacted said they had one but when it came down to talking to them, they didn’t have the blue one but had the red one. Then when we were ready to deal, they didn’t have a red one!We called Honda of Chattanooga this morning, spoke with Kevin, he said he had 2, quoted us a great price. We got there a few hours later and left with a contract for exactly what we wanted. Kevin gave us great advice on some of the add-ons we were wanting. Some we didn’t need and some we didn’t know we needed. It was hands down the best experience We have ever had buying a vehicle of any kind!I also learned that since Covid-19 has been around, internet questions and request for quotes have skyrocketed. They only opened back up yesterday and they have over 800 internet quotes to send out so cut them some slack if you don’t get an answer right away. If you are serious about buying, go talk to them. They are wonderful people!

Called this number on accident, trying to get a hold of car dealership, asked if my car was needing service, and instead of politely telling me that it is the power sports of Honda, the representative, smarted off and said that it was not the dealership, and hung up on me. i am personally a service adviser at another dealership, and if i talked to my customers like that i would loose my job! it was rude and uncalled for.

Kevin is fantastic to deal with. Very courteous and prompt, plus they have great deals. I drove 400 miles to get my Valkyrie and it was well worth it. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Honda of Chattanooga and/or Kevin to anyone I know. Even picking up the bike, I told my wife would take a while, but Kevin was ready for us and we had everything completed in no time. They have some nice accessory items on the showroom floor as well. Overall, I couldnt be more pleased.

I bought my first dirt bike from Honda of Chattanooga when they were on Glass Street. I havent needed their services until a few years ago when my kids started riding and I got back into the sport. Recently, my daughters 2017 CRF 150F wouldnt shift out of 1 st gear. After reading and watching videos online I was preparing to spend A LOT of money on repairs. I took the bike in today to get it fixed and Tony checked it out. It was just a bent shifter hitting the case. He fixed it in 5 minutes and didnt charge me a fee. I will definitely bring all my bikes here for service in the future because I know I can trust them to do whats right.

Purchased two bikes from here and would go back again. The owner is often on the floor and has great local bike stories. Integrity is felt and understood at HoC. They have great bikes for any budget: brand-new, used, and consignment. Best of all they cater the experience to the customer. Extremely disappointed. I stopped by around 11:00 AM on a Wednesday. There was 8-10 other people already there, and not a single employee in site. After around 12-15 minutes one sales associate became available for the people that arrived first. after around 20 minutes after my initial arrival, I finally got helped after physically having to walk across the store to get his attention, versus him recognizing that someone needed help. After asking a few questions about the bike I was considering, I wanted to talk prices. I figured it couldnt be that complicated to get an initial Out the door price. I was wrong. Rather then being able to look at the sticker and factor in tax and sales costs, I was led over to the finance guy. He still was not able to answer my simple question and instead proceeded to collect my information to send a request to Honda. At one point I received attitude because I did not wish to share my work cell phone, because it was not clearly explained to me why this would be relevant or needed for my original simple request. After collecting all my information I again asked my original question, to the finance person this time, as to what the Out the door price was on the bike I wanted. Still, they were not able to commit to anything or answer my question, and passed me back off to the Sales guy, who at this time was with another customer. I asked the sales guy multiple times for a hard, in writing quote, but was told that they would not provide it until Honda responded in 30 minutes to 1 hour. Disappointed I left. After about an hr and a half the finance guy called me back and said that I was eligible for a loan. He STILL could not tell me an accurate, out the door cost and told me I had to talk to the sales associate. He transferred me over, and the sales associate did not pick up and I was sent to voicemail. Finally after another hour he called me back, and would STILL not give me a quote but asked me to come back in. I finally hit my breaking point and said no. I also explained how dysfunctional and disappointing my visit was. After work I went right over to their competitor, Southern Powersports, located only about 15 minutes away, and proceeded to be quickly served and bought a bike that day.Overall: Very disappointing. Lack of useful sales associates. Low number of sales associates made it difficult to get help. Cumbersome process that made them unable to answer a simple request. Poor response time, and disappointing follow up. I would not recommend them.

I am from Wisconsin and was riding the Chattanooga area with my son from San Antonio, Texas on Sept. 29, 2015. I had several minor mechanical failures in the course of the trip, but was stopped in my tracks when my clutch failed. A brief phone call indicated that Honda of Chattanooga could take care of the repairs that day. My bike arrived at the dealership on a flatbed. Within about 3 hours: my battery was serviced, a headlamp was replaced, the left fork seals were installed, and the clutch was repaired. Bill the service manager was obviously on his game. The owner, Barry White was outgoing and the pride of his dealership showed. What more could I ask for: friendly people, knowledgeable people, and impeccable services. What could have been a disastrous motorcycle trip, turned out to be an adventurous excursion. 900 miles latter I am home in Wisconsin without a glitch. Thank you Leo Prentice

Stopped in with an hour until close. Walked the entire showroom for at least 20 minutes and never once was talked to and I couldnt find a sales guy. It was not like they were busy. Two others walked out complaining about not being helped while I was in the showroom. I will find a dealer that will talk with me and buy from them. Very disappointed. Showroom was pretty clean and well laid out though. Sorry you lost my business.

This is my first time EVER giving anything a review online, that is how bad my experience was at Honda of Chattanooga. I am active duty military stationed in CA. A few weeks ago, I was traveling cross country to visit family and wanted to purchase a Honda Rebel while I was home. I contacted Kevin THREE WEEKS prior to my arrival, made a special order and put down a deposit on the specific bike I wanted. Kevin ASSURED me the bike would be there when I arrived and even said we were “good to go” when I checked in with him the week after. Fast forward, I arrive at Honda of Chattanooga and the bike ISN’T THERE. I just drove across the country, and my bike isn’t there. I pick out another bike (NOT the one I wanted) and insist I want a deal on this bike due to the circumstances. Kevin gives me a WHOPPING $80 off and would not budge on the price despite his royal screw up. Wow!! $80!! The next day, I almost had to fight with Kevin just to get him to throw in A PAIR OF GLOVES for my trouble. DO NOT buy a bike from Kevin. Honestly, I do not know how he even has a job. His Customer service skills are atrocious. After all I had to be put through, he was almost unapologetic and simply shrugged his shoulders at most of my plights and was just visibly done dealing with me. BAD BUSINESS. I will NEVER buy from this business again and have encouraged my local family to do the same.Hello Owner, who apparently has all of their facts wrong. How about contacting ME and making this right instead of asking non-involved parties to contact you? Bad business, as I said. I’m no liar, and every word I’ve posted is true.

I have three sons and they wanted a four wheeler to play on this summer. We went online and looked in Tennessee and North Carolina. The only place that really stood out was Honda of Chattanooga. I found a four wheeler on their website, called them up, and spoke to Kevin. The next day I not only went down to pick up the four wheeler, but I also walked out the door with a dirt bike too. My sons are thrilled and my bank account isnt broke. Excellent service and just an all around good experience. Place was clean pretty much sums it up. We have been to this dealer twice, 1st time we couldn’t get anyone to talk to us. 2nd time we made a deal n traded our bike in. Working with the weather we came in 2 days later (plenty of time to get things ready) took a bit less than we wanted on our trade (new Harley), they were unprepared to make the sale n deliver. They always had to look something up or get information from someone else leaving us sit. We have been buying n selling bikes for over 40 years n it shouldn’t take 3 1/2 hours to do paper work, prep a bike n give us a helmet. There was no financing involved. We have money coming back n yet we have to wait for a check in the mail to top it off. We live 45 miles from this dealer n this is making us wonder if service will be a problem on our new bike....We will see

I found Honda of Chattanooga through an ad on Craigslist. After a few emails back and forth with Kevin I drove past my local dealership in north Alabama to see a bike. Everything was as it was described, no funny numbers. I was able to buy the bike, eat lunch while they cleaned it up, and still had time to take my kids to the aquarium when the process was complete. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase Ive ever experienced.

We purchased a 2014 Honda recon from Honda of Chattanooga. We worked with Kevin and began our purchase online. I was very impressed with the speed of replies and the price of the ATV. It was well worth the hour drive to buy this ATV. Since we arrived ahead of schedule we had to wait a few minutes to get the paperwork done. I had a wonderful experience during my recent purchase of a Honda Foreman from Honda of Chattanooga. I contacted several Honda dealers around Atlanta and the surrounding areas; however they would advertise one price and then add on all the additional fees and other charges that were not advertised. I contacted Kevin, with Honda of Chattanooga, and discussed several of the atvs. Kevin spent an great amount of time over the telephone helping me narrow down which features I needed for what suited my ATV to do. Kevin was also able to beat every dealership in a four hour radius of the Atlanta area by over $1,200.00. Very rude all the way around.P.S THE BIKE U SAID THAT WASNT MAINTAINED( and you would not be able to sale for 6 or 8 months) WAS SOLD IN LESS THAN 12HRS. This is my third purchase from Kevin at HoC. He makes the process of buying very quick and easy, from good prices and trade-in offers before the sale to no-pressure, streamlined paperwork after I give the go-ahead. Hes very laid-back and knowledgable, which means he doesnt push you to buy as you stroll the toy store (showroom), and hes glad to answer any questions. I havent spent much time talking to the rest of the staff there, but they all seem very nice and helpful. Overall, Honda of Chattanooga is a great place to look, wish, plan, and ultimately buy Honda products. Except cars, marine engines and jet aircraft. Im pretty sure you need to go to different Honda dealers for those. Highway 58 is way too busy for a test drive of a jet.

Had a great experience with Kevin and Honda of Chattanooga when buying my Honda Piomeer 1000-5. Beat every price in Georgia and was worth the 3 hour drive for for the savings. I guess if you’re not buying a $6000 motorcycle, you’re not worth their time. Oh, and I sorta met Kevin. I have no problem believing the negative comments about him.Also, I found the right-wing political keychains offensive. If I hadn’t needed this part, I’d have walked out after waiting 10 minutes for someone to even say hello. (They didn’t, btw)I won’t go back. I saw an ad for a 2014 CBR1000RR in white and inquired about it via email to Kevin. It took two days and multiple emails to get a response back. When I did I immediately responded back questioning the price. I have yet to receive a return email on my inquiry. Lack of communication is a huge deterrent for me if I plan to give you my money.This dealership came highly recommended from a friend who purchased from them two years ago. Now I think I will travel elsewhere and get better customer service.

Kevin was wonderful. Just purchased a Honda Grom. Had been to different dealerships, but Honda of Chattanooga was the only one that took the time to fully explain all my options. I am a brand new female rider and never once did I feel belittled, dismissed, or like I was wasting their time. And this star treatment was not only from Kevin, but from Barry and others as well. I could not be happier with my Grom. And I was not abandoned once I purchased the bike. Kevin continues to be a wonderful resource in my new experience as a motorcycle rider. I definitely recommend Honda of Chattanooga.

Just picked up my brand new 2014 Goldwing today and I have never been treated better by any business that I have ever dealt with was treated like I was the only customer they had for the week and a half that I dealt with them. From the very first email I sent to the ones I was sending at 2 am, because Im a truck driver and I sleep during the day while my partner drives I couldnt do this during regular hours. Kevin went so far above and beyond anything my wife and I expected, seriously I could send him an email with my questions during the middle of the night expecting to get a response the next day during regular business hours. Instead I would get a response back within mins even at 2 am one morning, I finally pulled the trigger on Wednesday and filled out the online credit app, and actually put a deposit down to hold the bike I wanted. Today was the first day I could get there to pick the bike up and when we arrived it was sitting outside with all the options I had asked for already installed. My wife and I then went inside and actually finally meet Kevin, he does not look anything like either of us had imagined. He is definitely an old soul, not only does he know his job but he knows his product and takes pride in making sure you know how everything works. We picked out a few more options today as well as our helmets and the intercom system all to be installed. He told us the shop was a little busy but they should be able to get them done in about 2 hours, we left and we to the mall. About 30 mins before they should have had it all done my phone rang and it was Kevin saying everything was done and ready to go. We went back and signed all the paper work and thanked everyone, I have already put 150 miles on it and my kids were wanting to keep riding. I highly recommend Honda of Chattanooga if you are interested in buying a bike, from sales to the service department we were treated like we were the only ones that mattered.

Ive bought Honda bikes and atvs at several locations in the past, but I will never buy anywhere besides Honda of Chattanooga now. I had an awesome experience. I literally reserved my new Camo Pioneer 700-4, picked out my accessories, and prepared finacing with just a few emails to Kevin. He and the rest of the staff made it almost too easy! The service department ordered and installed my accessories extremely fast with top notch quality! I drove about 1.5 hours and they had it waiting for me. Highly recommended!

I was in and out. I emailed for quoted price on a honda recon 250. I was surprised with the fast response, and the price. It was cheaper than anywhere in georgia that i could find. I called thursday eve, gave my info for financing and said i will be there before noon he called me back next morning with finance info. When i showed up (about 11am) we sat down, filled out paper work, 5 minutes later its loaded on my truck. I was impressed with customer care, prompt responses, no gimmicks, and great prices. Shop does have alot of hondas instock ready to play on.

Honda of Chattanooga has surpassed my expectations in every way possible. I dealt with Kevin directly, and he took all the time in the world to answer any and all questions I had prior to making any purchases. I live over 3 hours away in Alabama and gladly made the drive to see Kevin as he made me multiple deals that were just unbeatable, and backed it with outstanding customer service. Kevin sold me a 2013 Honda CB500F, and soon after I came back for a 2013 Honda CRF110F for a fun little pitbike. Im on the way back this week to pick up a 2014 Honda Grom since the deals are just so unbelievable! I cant say enough on how professional Kevin and the team at Honda of Chattanooga are! I promise you will not find another dealership of this caliber anywhere. Rest assured they will do everything in their power to make sure you get the best deal and customer service possible.

At 49 years I had never bought a new vehicle, ever and swore I never would however I had fallen in love with the concept/price/online reviews of the Honda CB500X I even like its name. So I decided I had to have one. I stepped into a dealership in St Augustine just to see how the ergos worked with my 66 self, I dug it! It must have been an ABS model because the price was up there. I looked at a 14 in Marietta it was cool but I wanted to save that extra nickle and find a 13. I saw the ads on Craigslist for several models at Honda of Chattanooga and was intrigued I e-mailed Kevin to request a quote and very soon I was looking at a great deal and kevin had convinced me that I had picked the most perfect day ever to buy a new motorcycle. I rode up there pulled the trigger and broke the seal on my new vehicle experience.Painless Smooth and Fast thats how it went once I got there and about $1200.00 cheaper than the next best deal. Next thing I know its on the trailer headed for the house I stared at it in the rear view the whole way home. I have since put a couple a hundred miles on it and I have to say it is everything I thought it would be one incredibly smooth well mannered machine. It is clear I made the right choice on make model and dealership I have zero regrets.I cant wait to do it again and would recommend Honda of Chattanooga to anyone.

I first came into contact with Honda of Chattanooga on YouTube while searching for a Honda Grom. I called and spoke with Kevin from internet sales. He advised me they didnt have it in red and it should arrive 7-10 days after June 26th. I put down a deposit and advised Kevin that I wanted it in red. He said he will add a note to file for a preference in red. He contacted me on 6/25/14 said my Grom was in and he got it in red. Thank you baby Jesus lol!!! I drove down to the dealership everyone was real nice when I walked in met Kevin he had all my paperwork ready. All I can say is this dealership is the best. The dealer 5 miles from my house wanted 600.00 more. Kevin also helped me load and secure the bike. He also recommended the correct accessory to haul it home and walked me over all the maintenance necessary. Thanks for everything Honda of Chattanooga.....

I worked with Kevin over the phone from Atlanta to track down a Honda CBR500R. He was always very responsive and patient with me.Honda of Chattanooga sold me the (new) bike for less than MSRP, with only a small documentation fee. No prep or delivery charges. No upselling. Since I had to pay tax on the bike in Georgia, I rode off the lot for less than MSRP for a brand new model. Other dealers I checked were charging multiple hundreds more.Great people to work with. The next time I need a bike, Ill be giving Honda of Chattanooga the first shot.
