Zack (my salesperson) very patient with me when I was choosing a car, and offered alternatives when the one I wanted didn’t work out.I was throughly told the features of the car I have now bought, and was allowed to take it for a test drive. The paperwork I was signing was explained in detail, and they have a variety of packages to choose from when adding additions like GAP insurance to the car and extension on warranties!Mike was really quick (and friendly) to help me fill out any paperwork and fax it over to my insurance company for processing, and the car might be ready later today. Very satisfied with my experience, and I highly recommend :)

I had a recall on my Chevy Silverado. The work was performed quickly by the service department.

I was able to get an appointment based on my schedule instead of waiting weeks to get in at another dealership. The service department was excellent. I have never been to this dealership for service before. I was pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable the employees were. Unlike other dealerships, I didnt feel like I was being talked down or being told I needed extra, unnecessary work just because Im a woman. I will definitely return if my vehicle needs any future service.

Dan was amazing!!! He took my call right before closing on a sat just as I broke down and was 60 miles away from home. They took very good care of my car and had it running in tip top shape at know time, and below their quoted price.

I purchased a car from them a few weeks ago still waiting to hear back for when I can get my sticker out on the car but they have told me they would call me back and or they would purposely ignore my phone calls or they would just straight up hang up on me and avoid a simple task that should not have taken weeks to do! Clearly the workers are too incompetent and unprofessional to get the job done when the job should have been done and handled weeks ago!EDIT: it’s has now been over a month and I still haven’t been able to register my car. I get excuses left from right on why it can’t be registered and now I have no car to drive because it will get towed if on the road without the registration and inspection sticker. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else.

Working with Trevor Caetano was great. He was extremely polite, professional and provided a stress free if even calming environment to buying a new vehicle. Even with just initially shopping for a vehicle they were able to give me realistic projections on a future payment and were great with keeping it to those projections once a decision was made. It made the process quick and efficient. Would highly recommend working with this team.

I had to deal with the manager Steve, he was probably about 50 and unfortunately I think he was under the influence of some sort of drug. Short, bald, unfortunate body type, kept coughing and clearing his throat. Hopefully not covid. Clear he wanted to be anywhere else than helping me out. Lost a 50,000 sale because of not even being able to focus for more than two minutes on what I wanted in a vehicle. I’d rather buy a use Saturn.

The level of incompetence of the people working here is truly astounding. To keep this as short as possible, this incompetence was evident from the jump, but they were the only dealership around that had the truck I wanted. They first gave me a price higher than the one listed on their website. When I came to pick up my truck, they forgot to put on any of the dealer-installed accessories (running boards, tailgate speaker system) and I had to provide proof that the vehicle came with them. Its been a MONTH and have yet to properly register my vehicle nor have I received the loan contract, and Id imagine my payment is due soon. They are unresponsive at best to any phone calls, emails, or general communication. Save yourself time, frustration, and sanity and purchase elsewhere.

Had an oil change done (was supposed to be free since it was my first one since purchasing it, but I was charged for it, which is partly my bad because instead of mentioning it, i just paid) however the employees are warm and welcoming, especially Frank! There is also an issue with my side detection sensors and they promptly ordered the parts and scheduled an appointment to have that taken care of.

I’m picked up my car this morning and was told I waited 45 minutes for my car to be cleaned, have an oil change and for the inspection to be done, only the oil change happened. We left and were told to come back within 7 days to get the inspection, went back to set up a time and a very very rude man told me that in fact they didn’t have the registration back so they couldn’t do the inspection anyhow, it is a tag transfer that doesn’t take that long. Regardless, why would the morning person tell me they could do the inspection, but this dude says they can’t. Literally have no clue what they are doing. My next car won’t be from this joke of a dealership! Also, the finance lady told us she could register while I was there so In my mind this should have been done by 5pm when I went in.

They always make time for me and Im not just another number. They treat you like a person not just another vehicle.

Bought a car last week and It was smooth and easy for the most part. The registration took a few days but i know that was out of there control mostly.. Jason did a great job and was friendly and made us feel comfortable the whole time ... I also ordered parts through service and they had everything installed on my vehicle the next day, in time for my delivery.. That was unexpected but they got it done. The store is on a busy rte 20 but it wasnt bad while we were there.. It was a great experience and will be back for servicing.

They will tell you anything you want to here to sell a car, and then they cant service it. I was told I had life time oil changes, not so fast they gave me four and tried to take one away as they said it expired, had brakes done their 4 times and brought in again (43,000) miles and wanted to charge me again to turn rotors (198.00) per axle. Being a Navy Vet used to work on cars a lot to earn extra cash. What happens when you keep turning rotors? well they get thinner and they warp even easier. What a piece of junk this Arcadia turned out to be. We even bought lifetime pads which they wouldnt warranty. Will never ever do business with them and anyone who does get everything in writing that your salesman says or you will be in the same situation I am. They fired the guy but that doesnt do me any good, all around bad place to do business. Oh and by the why I did call Melissa and heard nothing back. Just a great place, she assured me she would get back to me. Well There Hyundai dealership in Northampton is good. So go there.

What a great experience to finally deal with a dealership that has the customer in mind and not their purse. I worked with a new sales person, Eric Dashaw, who has only been there for a little over a month. Eric represents to me what every sales person should have and that is a personality. The overall rating for my purchase of a 2017 Arcadia Denali through Eric and the team of McGee is 110% satisfied. I dont care what the business on the outside shows what makes the business is the people. I never felt more comfortable in a purchase of this size at any dealership. I walked out of three before I went to McGee. The Company Line at this place is non existent. The standard out of the book comments are non existent. You actually feel like you belong there because of people like Eric. He is representing McGee in the most professional way and unlike some car sales people there is no pressure from him or any of the other McGee personalities. I would strongly recommend seeing Eric for a purchase of a new or used vehicle at this location. Before you do go there challenge yourself by going to other dealerships and then go to McGee to see Eric and I guarantee you that you will feel more comfortable and more confident as well as your final outcome will be a positive one.

Russ, is a great guy and so are the rest of the service crew at McGee. I was in and out in under an hour for my oil change. The car was washed. They really take care of their customers. I feel bad for the sales group, as these guys take car of the car so well, that I dont need to get a new one :p

Great salesman. Lied about accidents and number of owners on a vehicle. He said there were no accidents and it was a one owner vehicle. Turned out after looking through car fax the next day the Honda accord I was looking at had multiple accidents and owners. I asked to see if I could get a credit approval through them from one of their affiliated banks. I specifically asked how many different places they were going to apply through. They said two or three tops. Ended up with seven. I repeat seven hard inquiries on my credit report. Thank God I checked the car fax and my credit report before finalizing the purchase. Ive never written an online review before. I am today with the hope that someone looking to buy their first car without second opinions or a strong understand of vehicles like myself wont be taken advantage of by companys like this.

I bought my truck here because they gave me a great deal. The service department is also to be commended. They worked tirelessly for 2 days to restore the lighting to my high beams on my silverado. They even went to another dealer to pick up a part and stayed right up till closing to ensure I had my vehicle back on a Friday night. Thanks guys!

We could not be happier with the experience we had with McGee. We found the vehicle we wanted there online and live out of state and a good distance away. Ariel and Ron took great care of us working with us to answer all of our questions and coordinate a time to come in and test drive the vehicle. Jim the GM was wonderful as well, helping us with trade in value and a warranty. They also went above and beyond to meet us with the vehicle the same day after we obtained our temp plates from NH. I live over an hour away and there are many GMC dealerships between them and I but I chose McGee because they were so great. We just went through McGee for a GMC Acadia, I can’t say enough good things about the people who work there. Great to deal with

Our experience with McGee started off pretty good but quickly turned sour. My wife and I purchased a brand new Buick Regal TourX in June 2019. The purchase experience was quick and easy and we love the car, but the price was right on par with the offers GM had at the time, so we couldve gotten the deal anywhere, we chose McGee because we live a few miles down the road and wanted to support the local guy.About a month after purchase I noticed the plastic cladding over one of the wheel wells was peeling off. After closer inspection it looks like the car was damaged during transport or on the dealer lot (not uncommon) and whoever did the repair did a horrible job replacing the cladding. I brought the car back to McGee and showed the service department the problem, they took photos and agreed to fix it under warranty once they got the parts in.Now over 6 months later we still havent gotten the repair done. Every time I try to call and ask about whats going on Im told someone will call me back and they never do. Ive gone into the dealer in person and spoke to the parts manager and am told that the parts are on backorder and theres nothing they can do. I cant believe that the largest car manufacturer in the world cant get a simple body part for a car thats still in production. The parts manager should be on the phone yelling at his distributer to get him the parts, instead I just get a shrug of the shoulders. I hope we never get into an accident with this car because at this rate well never see it again! We will not be doing any more business with McGee, Ill pay a few bucks more and go to Diamond, at least they take care of their customers. McGee has made zero effort to help us out.

I’ve been a customer for YEARS (I had satisfying experiences for my car before but I would NOT get treated well personally) and this last time they ripped me off on my car. All I needed was to replace my regular tires to snow tires and a oil change. I brought in my 3 snow tires (I purchased 1 year ago) and ordered a 4th because I popped one from last season. I was then forced to bring it back two days later because the tire wasn’t in. The second time I came in I was forced to order another one because apparently the other was damaged and they claimed it was from my doing when my other tire from last season was damaged. The tire looked like it was handled roughly and the frame of it was sticking out with dents in it after they put the other 3 tires on. I told them it’s impossible damage like that was from me and they wouldn’t listen. Then I had to bring my car in a THIRD time to finally get all 4 tires on and a oil change. Which took TWO AND A HALF HOURS for 1 tire and a oil change. I was charged a great deal for labor for something so simple and to be treated very poorly and rudely.I am very disappointed with this experience and as a former regular I am NEVER coming back here again. I would not recommend anyone coming here.

Just an oil change, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill to find that it was way lower than expected. To anyone seeking an oil change, do not dismiss McGee Buick GMC because it is a dealership and you think that it will be expensive, Not so at all! The prices for an oil change are comparable if not lower than your drive-up oil change shops.My oil change cost me at least $20.00 less than my bill for changing the oil in my other car. Try it.

Brought our 2012 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change, tire rotation, etc, when they noticed my front axle was screwed up! Well, Russ took over and found that all the work was warranted and saved us a ton of money! The work was done in a very professional manner and were very happy with Magee Buick GMC! Keep it up guys!

I called about I car I saw on CarGurus. Drove an hour and a half , only to get the old bait and switch!! Be very leary of this dealership! The manager was the worst business person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Rude, unprofessional and absolutely NO business experience! We overheard him treating the customer before us with a very nasty tone. I have purchased many cars in my life, and this dealership, by far ,was the worst!! If I knew the owner, I would strongly advise him or her to give the manager the boot! BTW...the dealership gets an F rating with the BBB.

Purchased a used F350. Only one available in the area for what I wanted. Although there were bumps along the way. The management team did a excellent job making my experience pleasant. I recommend this team highly.

Day two of a horrible experience. Drove the car off the lot, less then twenty miles away from the dealership, the car over heats, stalls in the middle of the street, leaving myself and a good Samaritan to push it out of the street into a parking lot. Now Im being told to wait until they have the vehicle towed to them, when all I want is away from this loan and car. Run.
