Imagine you find the perfect car on car gurus, for sale at this dealership. You inquire about it. Youre contacted by the dealership asking when you can drive out, 2 hour drive one way mind you, to test drive, etc. You set up a day, then, as that day is a day away, you are told its not ready for a test drive. Then again, and again its not ready. Sometime goes by as you wait to hear from the contact person and then you find out the vehicle has been sold and you never got the chance to see it or informed it was ready to test drive!!!. Decent cars for decent prices, but dont be fooled. They sell vehicles that arent ready to come off the lot n need to be fixed n when they do actually fix it it takes them forever to do n then fix the wrong parts of the vehicle that dont need to be fixed.Then if you try to talk to anyone no ones around to answer the phone, horrible customer service, in my opinion not a very good dealership stay away!

This is not your typical dealership.I hate when its time to buy a car because it always feels like a hostage negotiation. If youre looking for a bargain look elsewhere. But just remember...... you get what you pay for. I actually paid slightly over retail for this particular vehicle but I got an AMAZING bargain. And I couldnt be happier.The transparency at this dealership is truly unbelievable. I dealt personally with Dave. He was upfront about everything. He also didnt make me any promises, just that he would do his best, and he did everything he said he was gonna do. Dave never sold me a vehicle, he simply informed me and allowed me to decide for myself. I never felt pressured to do anything. My particular situation had its complications but they went above and beyond to work around it for me. I even tried to give Dave a tip but he refused it.If youre trying to get something for nothing theres a thousand used car dealerships out there waiting for you to come in and sell you that bargain youre looking for and then pretend they dont know you as soon as you drive off the lot.I encourage you to try these guys out. We bought our truck remotely based on the reputation of this dealer, my interactions with Jordan, and the numerous pictures and details provided. Jordan was very helpful and answered all my (many, many) questions during the process.Finalizing the purchase was easy and the truck arrived 2 days later, which was the first time we saw the truck in person. Jordan said the truck was very clean (and the pictures supported this), but the condition was even better than we expected. When I brought my 2008 Ford Fusion in to trade in for the car I have now (2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee), Gary gave me a very fair trade in value along with the best price I could find on the year, make, and model that I was interested in. My car broke down on my way home from the hospital early morning. Garys lot was the safest place for myself to pull over. I sat there for two hours trying to get my roadside assistance to come, no one came. I was extremely frustrated, exhausted and on the verge of a meltdown. I was able to reach someone to come get me but still no luck with my roadside assistance. Scared that my car would get towed for being literally in the middle of Garys parking lot I decided to call him. I explained the situation and ask for some more time to be able to move my car. This place was amazing when I got my FIRST car, and it was such a great car to drive, but when it unfortunately got into a accident, my first thought was how am I going to get a new car, and it hit me, gary Jackson motors, they are super helpful, and always have a amazing inventory on hand, I just bought a chevy cobalt 2006, and wait for it.....77500 miles on it, they really are the best dealership around and if I could 10 out of 10 I would recommend them, also they are willing to work with u, which u dont get with most places, plus there salesmen jordan doesnt feel like your typical salesmen, he genuinely wants the best car for u, and deserves a raise lol. Bottom line I would definitely go there again for my next car.

I went there with my mechanic. Who has been a mechanic for 38 years. Thank God I he was willing to come with me. I was interested in the 95 Fleetwood brougham Cadillac for 4400.00. The car was junk. The windows, radio,AC,Compressor, belt ect.Didnt work . Interested in the 95 Caprice Classic. He wanted 5500.00. That was with the LT1 5.7 LITER MOTOR. Bad crank. Checked out a 2007 signature series Lincoln. He wanted 7500.00. The car was actually very nice. Motor ran beautifully. Except it had a bad battery and alternator. He jumped it with a battery pack. Stalled out. Thank God the 23 year old kid brought the battery pack with us. It stalled out again. The kid took the battery pack. Connected it to the battery. Closed the hood. Not all the way of course. Due to the battery pack. He took over the driving. My mechanic asked him. If he had anything to tie the hood down with. No worries he responded. Sure enough, the hood flew open and was totally ruined. It was the worst and funniest car sales experience. Ive ever experienced. The cars were so over priced. His response was, we sell these over seas. We make a fortune. I was disgusted. The first gentleman I spoke to when I called. His name was Jordan. I know that wasnt the person I dealt with, when I went there. Which was Saturday, November 9th 2019 around 1 pm. As I said, I was very interested in the 95 Caprice Classic. The red one. I said to the gentleman I spoke to. Which was Jordan. The Caprice Classic has been there for awhile. He told me a month or two. Looking at the photos they took. I dont think he realized. They were dated 2017. Needless to say, I had high hopes. They were shattered. A total disappointment all the way around. The fact that they sell their cars over seas. Over priced and garbage to boot. Is repulsive, not only to me as a American buyer. Even more so that they are making America look bad. Selling our American cars over seas to different countries and selling and ripping them off. For thousands of dollars. Which they dont have. Its pathetic and its a disgrace. They should be shut down.

I was looking for a C6 Vette for some time and found one at Gary Jacksons Motors and you couldnt beat the price but after dealing with Jordan my salesman, you couldnt beat the service either. Bought a f-150 truck here for about $16000 and barely drive it. Most likely put about 5000 miles on it. One year later I’ve all ready put $3000 into repairing it. All ready replaced brake lines, e brake cable, struts and leaf springs now. Honestly disgusted.

Purchased a vehicle from GaryJackson motors. During the purchase I indicated I would take the truck with 3 issues, back carpet, passenger door stuck, and cracked dashboard.Paid for the vehicle and had them do the registration for new plates. Took them 3-4 days to get the plates cause the registry was busyI took the vehicle to get an oil change (yes it was sold needing one) and to have the tires looked at. Tires were bald and I was told wouid not pass inspection.During the oil change, they ran a complete safety check and the vehicle needs tie rods, sway bar, etc etc and four new tires.State inspection failed (obviously). Notified Gary last week and was told there was nothing he can do before the holiday. Mind you the vehicle is unsafe to drive per the state and is illegal to drive.Called him today and he said drop it off CANt as it is illegal to drive and he is unwilling to provide a loaner vehicle during the time the vehicle needs repairs. He is unwilling to have the truck repaired.If I could give less then one star, I would. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERPer the response from Gary -I contacted Gary last week and was told There is nothing I can do before the holiday, call me on Monday I did just that and was told that he would have the same company repair it , that missed the issues to begin with, I have had 3 repair shops in my area review the car and all found the same thing.I did advise that I can not drop a vehicle that I can not drive, that would not possible.Gary has been VERY rude on the phone. I believe he used the term mommas boy more then once. As you can see from his reply he kind of implys the same thing. Oh well you are right, I needed assistance and to get a lower interest rate loan.Also it is not a very minor issue. The quotes are over 2400.00 in repairs. Including 4 tires!The repair shops in my area have even offered me a loaner vehicle. I have attempted to have Gary agree to the repairs closer to me and was told car repair places are worse then used car salespeopleedit 7/22/19 ----I spent 3800.00 to repair the vehicle at my local repair place. this was after 2 other repair shops provided quotes. I had the vehicle repaired at a local shop 5 minutes away, the owner indicated he wanted to get it repaired at a shop 30 min plus away. I can provide a COMPLETE list of items that were repaired. sway bars, front end, all four tires. Two tire shops advised me that the tire looked like they were turned inside out, to make it look newer on the outside of the tire.This dealer has no pride in his product. Spends too much time yelling and cursing at his customers versus just fixing the problem.

I was looking for a used older, 2500 Chevy Durmax and found one on CarGurus. I contacted the dealership ... Gary Jackson Motors to see if truck was still available. I talk to Gary the owner ,and ask questions about the truck. Gary was very professional and informative about the truck. I live 3 1/2 hours away and wanted to know what I was looking at because we know how pictures of vehicles can hide (dints , dents , rust, etc. ) Gary was straight and told me that this truck was very clean and rust free. Also he told me there was a small dent in the back. I was able to see from his pictures that he posted.I questioned Gary on injectors because Older Chevy durmax’s commonly have problems with injectors. He told me they needed to be done and without question he said he would get not just replace the(one) injector but all eight. I was interested on making the 3 1/2 hour drive to take a look at this truck.Gary hooked me up with one of is salesman, Brady. I talked with Brady and set up a time to view truck. Brady was very nice and professional. He made sure to talk with all other salesman and put the pickup aside for me to look at , Because of the drive.I met Brady and looked at the pickup. The truck was cleaner then I could imagine. Everything that I expected from the picturesOnline. Brady answered any questions that I had and let me test drive it. Brady wasn’t rushing and let me drive around, also let me test drive the suspension on a back Road. I was very happy with test drive. I put a deposit on the truck and Gary did as he said and had new injectors put in. They made the buying process super FAST and efficient.
