Dr. Long was great, but the people who order the glasses not so muchThe man in there would not even bother to look at my insurance, told me that it would be about $750. so I left and went home only to be told by the wife we did have coverage, went to another location (not eye one) and thru insurance got them for $350. they were great until Long sold out. Dont go there. By the way, the frame selection is less than par, they now sell cheap ray ban frames that may last a year or two, junk in my opinion.

I always have a positive experience at Eye One. All the technicians and administrative staff are always friendly and professional. Recently I had a great experience when I needed a prescription medication refill while Dr Long was on vacation. Angel (really true to her name) ensured that another doctor approved the refill and she even double checked with me to make sure I had the medication before the close of business for the day.

My 89 yr. old father has been waiting since September to have cataract surgery. He missed his appointment yesterday, tried to reschedule only to be told Dr. Long was too busy and he needed to find another doctor. Now the whole process has to be started again!! Who does this to a patient?? I’ll be shouting this behavior from the roof tops!

Waited a tad too long but when I was finally seen I was very pleased with level of professionalism and Dr expertise and care in answering all my pre and post surgical questions

Got to my appointment about 10 minutes early, got in to the exam room almost immediately. The staff was awesome. I always feel like Im getting total attention from Dr. L. Highly recommend!

I’ll start by saying I don’t have insurance. Even before I went in for a common eye condition they were happy to look up pricing for me over the phone. When I got there everyone was friendly and attentive. I had seen other doctors including another specialist at Charlottesville eye associates about my condition and was given *terrible* advice. The EyeOne team asked me thorough questions and were happy to answer mine. They were persistent about looking up pricing for my follow up procedure as well and are consistent in their pricing. I highly recommend going to them.

Dr. Long provides professional and proficient exams for glasses, and for every type of problem. I had cataract surgery done by him and I see very well, Well pleased. I have been seeing him for about three years now.

They cant seem to schedule appointments for me on any of my days off or after my shift ends. Hopefully this will not be as huge of an issue when I start my new schedule but it is a bit ridiculous that I cannot get an appointment set up unless it is a half hour to an hour before my work day is complete. Other than that staff is helpful and they called me back practically before I sat down in the waiting room

Went to the Berkmar location. I would describe the customer experience as assembly line. A tech will do the initial check. An optomitrist will them come in and to the which is better ... this or this thing. Then you can look at frames, dodging the others looking at frames, while even more sitting in the waiting chairs for their frames.Disclaimer: I have really bad eyes, so if youre closer to normal, it may be fine. Long story short, the prescription was bad, the frames didnt fit (cause really, its way more important to unload inventory than order something that might actually fit your head). Had the glasses for a while now, so I gave them a chance. Not going back. Bleh.

I thought the service was great we had to be worked in to the schedule due to a eye problem the wait was minimal overall great service from the minute we entered until we left

Very small selection of glasses. Had to research myself to find a pair of glasses which im still waiting on a month+ now. Very disappointed about the service here.
