My family and I will not be returning to this Optometrists. We are new in the area and this was my first selection for an eye dr. About 10 days after the exam I got my new glasses and they didnt seem right, but I was told a new prescription takes some getting used to, so I tried to get used to it for a few months, but always ended up reverting to my old glasses. I was told when I got the glasses that everything was covered for 2 years, so I didnt think there would be a problem when I finally found time to get back to the office to have them checked out (just over a year later). I didnt feel rushed to get back as I was super busy at a new job and would have had to take time off of work to go. Also, knowing that I had two years meant I had time or so I thought. It turns out the prescription was WAY off from my old glasses and Id have to get another exam. The kicker is they wanted me to pay for not only the exam, but the replacement of the new lenses. That is simply unacceptable to me as the issue is the bad first exam from the dr. They mess up, you pay. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.
