Brad and Heather were great to work with. After having our job postponed by no-show contractors on 7 occasions, B&H Floors saved the day. We had our materials and no one to do the job. I called near the close of business on Tuesday, Brad came the next day to measure and provide an estimate, my job was scheduled right away, and completed by Friday. All in less than 3 business days! I purchased carpet from them. Brad followed up when he said he would. The carpet arrived when he said it would (I had a tight timeline). The installers arrived when they said they would, were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I have dealt with lots of flooring companies and contractors and it’s hard to find good ones.
