They have a decent selection of shoes and the prices are reasonable. Not many fashionable options and sizes are limited.

This is my go to place when I want some new casual shoes. They always have a large selection of buy one get one half off, so I generally buy two pairs of shoes at a time.

They do not have price match options , I saw the same crocs on the original brand website for $32 and rack room price is $54 !!! I asked about it and they said sorry we do not have any price match option for this, why would someone pay extra on the store ?

Great collection of brands, but per-brand variety suffers because of this: shoe sizes, designs, color options. Great place if you dont know what youre looking for, but if you know what brand of shoe you want head over to Nike (in Barracks, it;s nearby); they have a MUCH BETTER collection of shoes

While in the store I was shopping for the best price online as well, and the sales associates kept following around the store and watching me. I Guess I was taking too long for their liking. Then when I finally find the best shoe and price I proceed the the register and upon leaving I see a security guard just standing there looking at me as if they want to say something. I’m highly upset with this company and I will be taking the shoes back right now! I’ll take my business elsewhere!
