Ashley was wonderful. She worked until she found just the right inserts for my friend. There was no pressure to buy, but my friend bought the inserts and some shoes. She wore the inserts from the store and felt that they were helping immediately. Ashley has an attitude of servitude which will take her far. It was a pleasure meeting her and seeing her concern for the customer.

I went in that store in lots of pain and every worker in there was super supernice very informative and I left out with new art supports and my back feels so much better a very awesome store I will be returning.

I am thoroughly enjoying my arch supports. Before I got them I suffered from foot pain and lots of swelling..It took about a week to get use to wearing the strengthens. Now I can wear them for 6 hours at a time without any problem. This is the Best thing I have ever done for my feet. For anyone experiencing arch problems, do yourself the pleasure. I strongly recommend The Good Feet experience. I am one happy customer.

Wish I could give 0 stars. My mom came in there complaining of knee pain, she was tricked into buying 3 different inserts for $400 a piece. In reality you only need one and they convince you to get the other two as a system. No refunds so she sadly wasted her money. Will not be returning

I stumbled upon this place looking just to buy new shoes. What I got was excellent customer service, 45 minute assessment of my feet and the most thorough shoe/orthopedic fitting possible. The customer service here is immaculate!

My knee and my hip was hurting like I was thinking I was going to need knee surgery but as soon as I put the inserts in the pain went away. I wish they weren’t so expensive but they got the job done.

This store has rip-off prices . Go to amazon and you will find the same product A LOT CHEAPER. I should have read the price reviews on line before going to the store. Allie should have given us a price list or evenhave them posted some where in the store where people can see it. On top of it she failed to put in my bag the shoe lift which I paid for. to drive all the way back to the store is not worth it.

I would like share my Experience in the atmosphere with the young lady to that help me she was genuinely nice and supportive and understanding and she did it as was she were able to give me some relief off of my feet and I am planning to come in there in the next week and a half and buy those items because I stand on my feet all the time and I need to support I am in severe pain

The experience I had as a customer with Good Feet Store was exceptional. My sales person was Daniela and she was well educated on how the inserts worked. I tried on the inserts right in store. There was no pressure in purchasing anything. Daniela was nice and courteous. It’s hard to find associates these days that are willing to take time with so you know what you are purchasing and how it works.

Derrick was so helpfully and kind to my family and I. I had a lot of health issues and he was able to make me feel comfortable confident. I will highly recommend you see him for great service

I visited the IKEA location today and was served by Rodney Brock. My nephew recommended the store as he was pleased with his supports. I was able to make an appointment which allowed me to visit when there wasn’t a lot of customers. Rodney was very thorough in his evaluation and explanation of the research behind the supports. I could certainly tell that I have some posture and foot issues that I wasn’t aware of before wearing the supports. This was a very good experience.

The salesperson who worked with us was very good. She was detailed and thorough. However, if she would have led with how much the ‘3 part system costs’, we could have saved her the trouble. My husband and I were both interested but at $2400 before taxes, this was not an option. We may have invested if the price was half that. The up front cost is too much with no guarantee of effectiveness. I wanted to invest but the reviews were too negative. Want more business? Back up your supports with some sort of guarantee and lower the price.

My assistant was Aala. She was very informative and helpful during the fitting. She made me feel very comfortable as she explained the 3-step process. The inserts are a hefty price but I think it is a wise investment for anyone who constantly invests in shoe inserts like I do. I think the upfront fee will pay off in the end.I do believe that the company should be more transparent about their prices before or during the demo instead of at the end. Overall though, I personally had a positive experience.

Melanie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The supports had an immediate positive effect. My ankle pain was immediately lessened and I was able to stand and walk straight.

The store manager Melanie Thompson was so amazing. When I first walked into the store I felt like I knew her . She is down to earth and has a great personality. Upon entering store -The lady employee failed to engage or speak to Me. She happily greeted the person who came in after me. She didnt acknowledge me (she looked me in the eye & said NOTHING). I asked her why didnt I get a warm greeting upon entering-like the person she just greeted. She mumbled something- she failed to delight me with simple custumer service. I felt like I wasnt welcome there!! If my feet were not bothering me I would have walked out the store immediately. I was eventually greeted my an employee who came from the rear of store. She was White, I am colored- the person she spoke to was White. Definitely never going back to that locationAfter receiving generic feedback from owner, -general apology-(sad), - it is fair to say customer service or appreciation needs to be more of a focus !! My choosing this store was a mistake. I CHOOSE to NOT SHOP HERE. I am not a robot, please do not respond to me like that. I am not calling your number.

Melanie was very helpful n knowledgeable. We were extremely shocked by the price but decided to purchase the 3 step program for my husband. His feet are already better although he cant wear the relaxer. We will take a trip to visit again to sort out the relaxer

They need to rename the store to ‘The Happy Feet Store’. 😅 It totally amazed me on how great my feet felt after putting the new inserts in my shoes. Not only did my feet feel good, I was able to stand up straight when I walked. My posture was so much better. I had heard all ads for The Good Feet Store and found it hard to believe. I have plantars fasciaitis, hammer toes and flat feet. I could sit for 20 minutes, get up and pain in right ankle was extremely painful. After 2 days wearing orthotics I can already tell an improvement.

It was an unexpected experience and very informative, I learned a lot of things about my feet that I didnt know and what I need to help them stop hurting. I can truly say the supports make a huge difference. Thank you good feet!

I’m still in awe, from the “wow” factor!An amazing experience! Daniela was that wow factor; she knows the product, she is a great listener, very personable AND professional, plus she is also wearing the products! Her attention to my specific needs and “hurt” , my schedule and lifestyle, and what I came in for definitely part of that WoW factor!Having done my own research, I walked in knowing that the 3 step process was going to be some $$$. I let her know that I was interested, but if it was something I couldn’t afford, then I’d definitely want a pair of sneakers 👟 that would help in the meantime. I wasn’t sure or know of payment options.I respect sales people, well...Just Daniela , but they have a “forced trained” task of pushing the product or service first. Every sales profession does that, but Daniela LISTEN AND HEARD me and never pushed anything. She informed, educated, explained, taking her time but with a good pace and flow. My mom was present and Daniela was amazing with mom. Needless to say she (we) explored payment options, (there’s a service similar to carecredit, call (Acima ) I was approved and just paid $75 for my new balances and the inserts (I have 90 days to pay balance). My cost my not be the same as yours, so I won’t disclose...but I’ll say this: I have bone spurs and the planter fasciitis...I ache all day every day. Even on days off, laying or sitting down. I stand over 10 hours daily and work on hard concrete and tile floors. I’m wearing the “relaxer” (3rd step) inserts and it’s great to not need to pop a pill! This is one of the best investments for the only pair of feet I’ll ever have. It was made affordable and I feel a great difference wearing them. Didnt know what to expect when I walked into the store. Brandon my salesman was very knowledgeable about the arch supports. He was pleasant and friendly to work with. They are costly but you only get 1 pair of feet in life. Treat them well. I will recommend The Good Feet store to anyone with feet problems.

The young lady that helped me did a great job..she was very knowledgeable of the products... however, I feel that the customer should be told up front the cost of the products...I was not prepared to spend almost $1500.00 on three insoles...the product was great however, knowing the price would have saved time...Be honest and upfront with the consumer from the beginning...the service was a Five star, the product is a five star BUT the method of the company to introduce the price until you reach the counter is terrible, it’s a 1 star...

I heard about The Good Feet Store on TV. After deciding to check it out Im very happy I did. My counselor is Melanie and my experience with her was phenomenal. Melanie was very patient and thorough in explaining the process of wearing the orthotics as well as the fittings. I am now wearing my new orthotics for flat over pronated feet and enjoying not having pain when walking. THANK YOU MELANIE!

Wish I could say that I had an excellent experience. I have used the maintainers to do my errands after that I can hardly walk Returning to my house, I use the relaxes but the pain is the same. The next day I can not even get up. Once I have used the strengtheners for 30 min, I have not felt any relief I do not think it was worth so much expense, I went because I was looking for help because of the heel pain and it turned out worse. I havent been using the archs for a week!I have not used them again, now it is only garbageI hope that archs can help others

Shannon Omelchenko convinced me to come give it a try. I have multiple problems with my feet and hips and back. Melanie spent an hour with me and my husband and we are both now walking with no pain. I can actually stand up straight for the first time in years. Thank you Shannon and Melanie.

I worked with Valencia to fit my orthotics. She was SO knowledgable and spent a lot of time making sure everything fit perfectly. I felt completely confident that I was in good hands, and left the store knowing I made a great investment in my wellbeing.Completely separate from my experience with Valencia and the fitting.... A week before I made the appointment, my husband and I walked in and asked how much it cost. We were told $399. I thought that was steep for a pair of orthotics, but knew I needed to do something to alleviate my pain. What I wasnt told, is that its a 3 pair system, and the actual cost is $399/pair. At the checkout I was taken aback when the total was over $1,300. I wish the initial guy told me that when we walked in, so I wouldnt have been in total shock at the end of the appointment. That being said, given the amount of issues I have from my feet, I felt it was a worthwhile investment.

Wish they were more upfront of the cost of stuff rather than giving me a history lesson on feet. If you dont plan on spending $1000+ dont bother going in there.

Daniella was the associate that helped me. She was knowledgeable at her job and was tentative to my needs.

Me and my girlfriend went here on Sunday and Kyron assisted us with getting sneakers. It was originally suppose to be just me (for my early christmas gift), but we were so impressed by his level of customer service that my girlfriend got her a pair too. We will definitely come here again.
