The customer service was excellent! Great jewelry selection!

In late November of 2020, I unexpectedly loss my 25 year old niece and went to Brighton to purchase a locket for my sister and my niece’s 5 year old daughter. There my husband and I met Kim Ackary, salesperson. As I tried to make a decision trying to decide if the locket would be to heavy for a 5 year old girl I became overwhelmed. I finally disclosed to her why I was purchasing the lockets and she immediately showed such Sympathy. My grief became to much and apparently I check out for a moment found an empty chair to sit. She immediately started working with my husband and the two of them along with two of her other colleagues worked hard til they got pictures of my late niece downloaded and cropped just right to be placed into the lockets. They made everything look so pretty and special in each Brighton Bag...such attention to detail. My niece’s little girl loved seeing those pictures of her and her mommy together in her own little locket. She just continued to open and close the locket showing it to everyone. My sister loved her locket, and I could tell it brought her much comfort. It’s now the end of January and the pain of her loss is getting better . I saw a number calling from Charlotte, NC tonight, and on the other end was Kim from Brighton calling to verify my email/home address. She wanted to know how the trip back to my home town went and was genuinely concerned about how my niece’s daughter was doing. I cannot express how grateful I am to have met her that evening. My husband and I will never forget the compassion and professionalism that of each of these ladies showed to us.Dana & Zach
