I bought a keychain from them online a few weeks ago. Craftsmanship product! Very well made and beautiful leather. I decided to stop at actual shop today and the place is so beautiful! Very historic and cool looking. They even made a necklace band for my pendent!! I loved it and definitely recommend their stuff!!

Excellent shop and service. All their products are super high quality. I went to the store over the holidays because the Apple Watch band I had was a little too large, and they cut it down and put a few more holes in on the spot with no extra fee. It was very polite and professional and only took about a minute. Its on the steeper side price-wise, but everything Ive bought or been given is worth the money. Other than that, just going into the store alone is worth the experience!

I walked into their shop, looking for a replacement wallet. After talking with them, and their suggestion to repair mine, I started discussing a belt. Since I wasnt from Charlotte, they got right on my order. As I looked around their shop, I saw the ed attention to detail and craftsmanship. I spoke about my grandfather teaching me their craft as a youngster. Id love to work in a shop as theirs. They are highly attentive to ones needs/wants, friendly staff and very personable. Ill travel back from Greensboro, if/when I ever have any other work needed.

Solid leather goods, hand-stitched and locally made. I seriously considered requesting a purse for Christmas, but went with a Frye bag instead due to the weight difference. ColsenKeane uses thick, beautiful leather, but it is heavy. After wearing a shoulder bag there for just a few minutes, I could feel it staring to pain my shoulder. I think if you were to get one of the wallets or belts or another item that wont be heavy it would be fantastic. Even a briefcase would be excellent since its not worn like a purse is. The quality cant be beat, and the pebbled leather I fell in love with is super soft.I recommend going in and seeing all of the options. They take appointments or you can stop inside. Some items are already made for sale, or you can request a specific item with your preferred leather. You can watch as the leather goods are made on site. Truly a local business.

Ive bought several leather pieces from ColsenKeane, from Leather Satchels to Leather belts and alot in between. They never disappoint, their quality and workmanship is top-notch. The leather pieces they make are Gorgeous and will literally last you a life time. The staff is very knowledgeable and always there to answer your questions. Never meet the owner Scott in person but have talked to him on the phone several times, he definitely knows his leather products and is a pleasure to do business with. I have been in this store several times and recently my wife bought me a No. 820 in crazy horse leather. I became the annoying customer with two changes I wanted made to the bag. Bay (sp?) was amazing to work with and helped me come up with a custom outside phone pouch that they added to the bag. I also wanted an inside pocket removed and they did that for a minimal cost. After having the bag about a month, it needed an adjustment on the inside from settling in and they handled that on the spot. I cant speak enough to the aesthetic of their store and the quality of their goods. And, if something does go wrong theyre very quick to jump to get it fixed. Ill be shopping here often. Thanks

I have a simple set of coasters that are probably one of my favorite leather items ever. The quality of their goods is second to none! You really do get what you pay for with ColsenKeane. Bay Robinson helped me while I was visiting and was so wonderful to work with.

I purchased a large minimalist bag. Their up-front customer service was excellent. The bag is absolutely gorgeous and rugged and just fantastic for my daily use. I had a small issue right after purchase with the strap (unclear if it was my doing or in the manufacture) but the folks at CK had me ship it to them and they resolved the issue very fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

Recently purchased the small duffel 613. All I can say is WOW, what an incredible piece from the bench of Colsen Keane. I have been a customer since they opened more than 10 years ago... Both the bags and Colsen Keane get better with time. Truly a work of art. I think I get at least 10 compliments per day on the small duffel. Way to go Scott !!

I have several Colsen Keane products and have been very impressed with the quality and durability. They will last a lifetime! I recently contacted CK to inquire about purchasing two leather shoulder cushions for the shoulder straps on my satchels. Customer service responded very quickly and immediately placed a work order for the items to be fabricated. To my surprise, I received the two leather shoulder strap cushions in the mail within three days...without charge! Fantastic service for fantastic products!

I love their work in almost every way I can think of and I travel the world often. I ordered a truckers wallets a small and a large. The small was that almost of a coin wallet for EUR. My fault for not reading is my guess but the work is some of the best I have ever seen..they are also very good to work with you so take advantage of that.

I came in for a belt and was in and out and in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was very helpful and kind. I absolutely love my belt and will no doubt be back for more pieces!!!

I have bought a small bag, Watch strap, trucker wallet and iPhone pouch from Kolsen Keane.Their customer service is excellent, even if they are sometimes slow to respond. More than satisfied with their helpful attitude with customers. The leather they use is excellent as well.The crossbody bag I purchased is LOVELY. The Havana Brown leather is gorgeous. However, the strap is a single strip of leather that constantly twists up, gets tangled and grips onto clothing, making it almost impossible to wear the bag. A more robust, stiffer strap with perhaps two strips of leather would be better. Also, the bag doesn’t close fully. So when you bend over and you’re wearing the bag, out drops everything. It’s geared towards women but the rough interior is a dirt and debris magnet. So unfortunately I don’t wear it much as it’s not suitable for an every day carry for me. Partially my fault for not laying more attention to the design.The trucker wallet is excellent and I hope it lasts forever!Despite sending my wrist measurements in twice when I ordered my watch strap, (they did acknowledge receipt), I was sent the standard size men’s strap which was ridiculously large. I cut it down myself, and poked new holes. Also the clasps were installed backwards so I needed to buy a set of micro screwdrivers to remove the claps and flip them around. Other than that the watch strap is awesome and still going strong after almost 2 years or daily wear.The stitching on the cellphone pouch has come undone after 3 days. The first pouch they sent was the wrong size, the second pouch was the right size but yeah, not happy about the stitching. I’ll use it for my passport since it fits in there, but I’m not gonna carry my phone around in a pouch that’s unraveling.

Great looking shop with a variety of handmade leather products. Prices are steep for the everyday man, but this place is good if you want to treat yourself.

Just saw on local North Carolina cable. Very impressive. The question is why didnt I think of that? Well I am so glad he did. Will for sure look into buying some of their products. I still have my grandads and dads stuff. Talking about going green! I have had to get replacements 3 times for my cell phone holder and it is guaranteed for life. Now I know about these guys.
