I ordered via Ubereats, I immediately received a call from the store telling me they sold out of the flavor I wanted. They told me they took it off the app, and were very sorry I was able to order it. The woman on the phone was incredibly kind, and accommodating. She even offered to mix some flavors and toppings together to make it! Kind service goes so far!

Literally the most milkshake I’ve ever had simply because it was just milk & chunks of pecans. Very unpleasant for a $9 milkshake. QT gas station does far better for half the price. This was heartbreaking! I can walk to this location from home 😩. Guess I’ll make the drive elsewhere. Also it didn’t come with napkins or any utensils as told on the receipt.

Everything I expected! Walked in and it wasNice and clean. The staff was super friendly. The lady who helped us recommended a few flavors for us to try and it was AMAZING. My nephew and daughter got chocolate fudge and I got a scoop of the strawberry and the pineapple. So delicious! The scoops were generous and they have different options of cones which I think is awesome, even the waffle cone was delicious! They have a little seating area where you can enjoy the weather as well.I will definitely be coming back!

Neat little ice cream parlor off of Providence Rd that was a wide selection of flavors of ice cream. I ordered the Brownie special and it was delightful. Highly recommend this place! Parking is limited though :-/

The menu was outdated. Flavors I chose were not in stock,she said pre covid menus.Store was clean and cold. Not much outside lighting. I drove past it,had to turn around at gas station using GPS. Cashier was ok, didnt heat cookie up like you are suppose to beneath icecream. No photos of icecream and no samples available-depressing.

Just picked up 2 pints of ice cream and a waffle bowl from this store. I will never get anything from here again.... I walk in and the girl behind the counter stares at me a solid 7 seconds before asking me if I needed help..... I placed my order online and came to pick it up...... then she hands it to me after showing her the order.... the other girl stops me as though I wasn’t supposed to have the order..... This felt so much like racial discrimination......Will never go here again.... almost don’t even want the ice cream but I paid for it so I will eat it smh

Came here on the free ice cream day. The employees were nice and the ice cream was pretty good.

The clerk gave me half a cup of whipped cream and less than a scoop of ice cream when I ordered a $6.49 Justice Remix Sundae....$3 tip....smh. And she said that she didnt know how to make a banana pineapple milkshake.

I ordered an ice cream cake from here and the texture was gluey/chewy. I paid $44 for this and it didnt even taste like a ice-cream cake! I also want to comment that the strawberry flavor tasted like VANILLA! I like their ice-cream but this cake tasted like disappointment. Can I have a refund?

I think a lot of people can vouch for Ben and Jerrys Ice Cream. The flavors are good and they just dont hold back when it comes to their ingredients. This place is no exception and really feels like a quaint place.

How on earth do you choose which flavour to have!? The selection is mind blowing but the service was excellent. We were able to taste the flavours before choosing which meant that we ended up with the flavour we craved. Well worth another visit.

It was an great experience staff very friendly clean store. Everything was visible to the eye. Even the merchandise was visible to purchase.love love love. Happy ice cream day

We tried their ice cream and they were so good even with the fact that me and my companion were not so fond of ice cream and generally not so much with anything sweet. However their serving is only a scoop that cost much and I think that is because they can give you the best ice cream in town.

I love the ice cream flavor coconut and nuts.

I am in love with Americone Dream BUT it seem to have melted enough the the bits of cone was soggy so it was quite sad.

Hands down my favorite ice cream shop. Everyone is always cheerful and happy to help and give samples. Of course I always end up getting one of my classic favorites: cinnamon buns, milk and cookies, phish food, or vanilla caramel fudge. YUM!!! But its always good to sample!!

Never Again. DO NOT Order Online. Order completely wrong ordered a hot fudge sundae, instead they gave me two chocolate cookies and one scoop of the wrong ice cream. It was supposed to be a waffle cone with chocolate fudge brownie and triple caramel crunch ice cream. The toppings were hot fudge and m & ms with pecans. They gave me pecan crumbs and very little m and ms. Also a order of cookie dough and chocolate ice cream. Once again two of the wrong flavors. The shake was also not as good as it could of been.

We love ice cream and especially B&Js! Nice selection, friendly staff, clean store and magnetic letters for the littles to play with. Also non dairy/vegan options are ALWAYS a plus!
