I found this office to be very unprofessional.I had a 9:00 appointment and was asked to arrive 5 Minutes early to take care of paperwork. I arrived 15 minutes early and the door was locked and a note was on the door to call a number to have the door opened. I left my cell phone in the car so I have to go back out and get it. I was let in and Tara gave me papers to fill out. I waited till 930 before I was called in for my appointment. Then I was told by Judy she could not give me service without a me wearing a mask. I was not offered a mask so I elected to leave. I was at this office for 45 minutes and nothing was mentioned about a mask.

My right hearing aid wasn’t working. I called and was able to get a very convenient appointment. The audiologist I met was very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. They has a spare part to fix my hearing aid in 5 minutes. Great level of sevice!

Good hearing aids. Caring people. Second story suite in a nice office building. Small skeleton staff.(All of that is my 1st impression. )This company used to be Accuquest.They closed an office in Rock Hill near me.

Had a very good appointment.Both the receptionist and eye doctor were very friendly and helpfull.

I had stopped at the office to have my husband’s hearing aids serviced. I was pleasantly surprised to find Amanda came back as we always had good experiences with her. She promptly took care of the servicing and said she will follow up with us when the part that was stuck in the left hearing aid can be removed. Welcome back Amanda!!

The last 3 times I brought my mother to this location Judy was a very rude person. Judy didn’t take her time to help mom with her hearing test and we also went back twice because her hearing aid wasn’t working and she again was rude and didn’t take her time with mom. I called the Gastonia location and we took her hearing aid there to get fixed and Kelly took her time with mom and fixed it and we will be using Kelly from now on.

My mother hearing aids was not fixed after bringing them back several times. I would not recommend

I have appointment at 1.45pm today and I arrived at 1.30 pm. The door is I open and I said hello and waiting for somebody attend me . Call 2 time and is the machine and I leave a message. It’s 2 ladies in some office then I can hear they talking I said two time again Helli, hello, and they just talking and laughing and not please attention. So after waiting 30 minutes I leave a message to them and I leave the place . Is unbelievable. First and last time I come here.

I’m very happy with Jessica and Amanda. They are concerned about the patient and helping them get the most benefit from their hearing aids. The office has improved greatly with these two ladies. Previously several staff were only concerned in selling the newest, most expensive aids to everyone. Glad those folks are gone. The push should not be constant selling, rather do the best to improve a person’s hearing.

I am from out of town, and visiting Charlotte. One day one of my hearing aids stopped working. Not knowing who to go to I chose AccuQuest from the Internet. I am so glad I did. They were wonderful.Not having an appointment I went to their office, and they took me right away. They fitted me with a temporary hearing device and said they would send my Oticon back to the company for repair. Later that same day they called me and said there would be no charge.If I was a resident of Charlotte there would be no doubt who my hearing center would be. AccuQuest.
